The apartment, of 70m2, with two rooms with a garden of 40 m2, is completely renovated. Design and exotic, we feel on holiday with more comfort and calm.

Lush garden with barbeccue, and for relaxation, jacuzzi (bubbles and jets) Balinese atmosphere!

On request for a baby or a young child we provide free of charge: cot, bath, high chair, games, bike, even a cleaning service and childcare on request ...

No extra charge for your holiday: no supplements for sheets and linens, we leave at your disposal bath products, spices and basic ingredients for cooking, cleaning products.
Only a cleaning fee is offered as an option if you wish for the end of the stay.

It is a true village as we love it in Provence: its market, its cafes in terraces, its small squares, its conviviality, its truculent characters, its small streets which converge towards the sea.

Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt in Toulon hat und gefallen. Die Wohnung kannten wir von Bildern auf der Plattform. Wir waren sehr erstaunt, dass die Wohnung am Rande des Zentrums lag. Für uns etwas sehr laut. Vorallem weil durch die Hitze die Fenster nachts offen standen.. Zudem hatten wir eine Information, dass der Strand 2 Schritte vom Strand sei. Unabhängig voneinander, sahen wir ein Bild mit Gartentor direkt am Strand. Wir waren sehr erstaunt, dass wir 20 Minuten zum Strand hatten. Es war machbar - aber wenn man etwas anderes erwartet .. sind diese 20 Minuten zu weit. Das Parkieren unseres Autos war etwas problematisch. Je nach dem drehte man schon einige Runden. Die schöne Umgebung und Landschaften entschädigte uns für die kleinen Makel.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis chez Julie, l’emplacement est idéal. L’appartement est joliment décoré mais attention toutefois aux jeunes enfants pour qui cela n’est pas adapté parfois.

Très bel emplacement, proche des plages et dans le quartier du mourillon. Parking pas si facile mais on trouve. Patricia, qui gère l’appartement en l’absence des propriétaires, adorable et réactive. Appartement bien décoré mais bricolage vieillissant et pas très sécuritaire pour des enfants en bas âge. Propreté très moyenne.

Superbe endroit! Superbes vacances!

Nous avons adoré l'appartement qui est vraiment cosy et dépaysant! Le quartier du Mourillon est un vrai "village du Sud" avec l'ambiance du marché tous les jours, boulangerie, boucheries, boutiques... plein de terrasses de cafés, bar et restos sympas tout près! L'ambiance est vraiment plus authentique que dans les stations balnéaires et les plages et criques sont à 5mn à pied. Les conseils laissés par Olivier et Julie étaient excellents notamment les bonnes adresses de plages tranquilles et restos typiques. Un vrai plaisir!

Formidable!

Nous avons tout simplement adoré notre séjour; L'appartement est propre, clair, lumineux, on a vraiment apprécié son agencement et sa décoration à la fois moderne avec des touches d'exotisme. Très bien placé, nous avons profité de sa proximité avec le marché quotidien du Mourillon, et avec les criques et plages fabuleuses que nos hôtes n'avaient pas manqué de nous indiquer ! Un lieu qui vous fait oublier sans regret les stations balnéaires classiques! Le jardin n'est pas bien grand mais ravissant, on s'y sent en vacances ! Merci encore à la disponibilité et à la gentillesse d'Olivier...

Sympa!

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines à Toulon. L’appartement, situé dans un quartier sympathique de la ville, présentait le confort nécessaire et toutes les facilités pour un séjour en famille réussi. Des lits confortables, une cuisine bien équipée, un petit jardin sympa et calme, et tout cela dans un quartier pourtant très urbain offrant de nombreuses possibilités pour faire les courses (supermarché, pâtisserie, boucherie, fromagerie, épicerie etc. et un marché à proximité). Pour se rendre au centre, il y a un bus. De belles plages peuvent être atteintes à pied. Merci pour l’accueil sympathique et un déroulement aisé des formalités. Nous sommes très contents d’avoir pu séjourner à Toulon et espérons y revenir bientôt.

Etat de proprete laisse a desirer

Appartement certes bien situe dans le Mourillon et a la decoration originale mais a l'etat de proprete deplorable. A l'arrivee, la nourriture du chat n'avait pas ete debarassee (et ne l'avait toujours pas ete lorsque l'inventaire d'entree fut fait), le lave-vaisselle non vide et les serpilleres laissees dans leur eau sale sur les marches des escaliers menant au jardin. Lorsque le lave-vaisselle a ete vide, il s'est avere que le filtre etait absolument noir de graisse et de salete, le fond de la poubelle etait tout aussi sale et jonche de megots de cigarette et apres avoid souleve ces problemes aupres d'Olivier, de reservoir un texte s'excusant brievement de ces oublis et nous souhaitant une bonne journee! Apres un jour ou deux d'utilisation, il emanait de la baignoire une odeur desagrable et apres une matinee entiere passee a la recurer elle parut enfin propre et utilisable. Nos enfants sont petits et font souvent tomber leurs jouets, en nous baissant pour les aider a ramasser leur lego nous avons decouvert des oeufs de Paques (!) sous le canapé, un maillot sale derriere un coffre et tout a l'avenant (coussins vermoulus, chaise-haute de bebe dans un etat de propete deplorable) Nous avons demande a Olivier de le rencontrer pour parler des problemes de salete rencontres mais il n'etait pas pret a discuter et lorsque confronte a l'etat des choses Il nous a respond que nous etions bien tatillons, qu'il ne fallait pas s'attendre a un traitement cinq etoiles, que la salete des lieux n'etait pas un probleme!! Nous ne sommes ni tatillons ni ne nous attentdions a arriver dans un hotel cinq etoiles mais etant donne qu'il s'agissait d'une location saisonniere payante et non d'un depannage, nous nous attendions a un endroit propre. La proprete est certes subjective mais lorsqu'il s'agit d'une location payante, il y a des standards de proprete objectifs auxquels tout un chacun se doit d'adherer. Un commentarire au sujet de la qualite de la relation proprio et locataire? Arrive en retard pour l'inventaire de sortie avec une mine de dedain terrible et renvoyer le chequer de caution plus d'un semaine apres note depart....etait-ce vraiment necessaire?

location charmante!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un appartement très calme et dépaysant; situé dans un quartier typique de Toulon à l'architecture provençale. Les jolies plages du Mourillon, le marché quotidien très animé, les nombreux petits commerces artisanaux sont à 2 pas. Aucune mauvaise surprise.
