The flat is located on the last floor of Residence “Li Velieri” with a view of the swimming pool and garden. The pool is open from June to September and has different heights, with a shallow, independent area ideal for kids. The area around the pool is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and tables. The flat has two double rooms and a double sofa bed for a total of 6 comfortable beds. A big terrace is ideal for an outside dinner. The whole area is very quiet. The Residence is sited in the center of the village and the Rena Bianca beach is only 10 minutes far walking. Bed linen and towels included. Restaurant and excursion booking service.

Nice apartment in ideal location

The apartment was ideally placed to walk to all amenities including the beach, shops and restaurants, the port for boat and ferry trips and the bus station for trips out of town. The location couldn’t have been better. The pool was lovely and never too busy. The apartment was comfortable with very nice gardens.

Nice stay in Sardegna

My wife and I stayed here 5 nights in mid sept. We were pleased with our selection and stay. Nice balcony. Clean and as described in listing. Francesca was very responsive and helpful in spite of not being on location we were easily able to checkin and out with the on site caretaker (who was also very kind and was able to get a hair dryer for my wife to borrow). The setup and equipment is basic but functional. If you come by car you may want to bring the basics with you (sugar, salt, pepper, dishwashing soap etc) although there is a nice “price leader” supermarket with very inexpensive supplies if you need. The local beach in Santa Teresa is within 10 min or so walking distance with the hill to climb coming home to build your appetite! Other beaches close by are great too if you have a car. We slept with windows open mostly although there can be some noise from garbage truck and local bar down the street. No insects : that is great! At night it’s quiet otherwise. Parking was not a problem at the time we stayed. We did not try the pool but it was clean and appealing. All in all good stay. I think a family with a couple younger children would enjoy as well.

Super entspannter Urlaub im Herzen von Santa Teresa Gallura

Wir waren Ende 14 Tage in Francescas großzügiger Wohnung. Kaum angekommen, haben wir sofort die äußerst leckeren Kekse vertilgt. Vielen lieben Dank für dieses tolle Begrüßungsgeschenk, Francesca! Beinahe jeden Tag haben wir den richtig großen Pool genutzt, Liegestühle und Schattenplätze inklusive. Die Wohnung liegt super, zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar, sogar Capo Testa könnte man in einer halben Stunde erreichen. Lediglich die Geschirrausstattung hätte etwas vollständiger sein können. Die Kommunikation mit Francesca war 1a. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à Santa Teresa di Gallura. Bel appartement dans une jolie résidence, très propre et au calme. Belle piscine utilisable de 9h à 13h et de 16h à 21h. Nous avons pu découvrir le nord de la Sardaigne que nous ne connaissions pas. Nous avons testé plusieurs restaurants : Girasole, Bajalana, et le formidable Da Thomas qui a régalé nos papilles et nos yeux. Nous avons pu loué un bateau en fin de semaine pour découvrir l’archipel de La Maddalena que nous avons beaucoup aimé (attention si vous n’avez jamais navigué). A cause d’un Covid trop récent je n’ai pas pu faire de plongées mais nous reviendrons pour cela. Olivier RITZ

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo appartamento. Piccolo ma con tutto ciò che occorre e a due passi dal centro. Abbiamo viaggiato con due bimbi piccoli e anche la bellissima spiaggia Rena bianca si può raggiungere in un quarto d'ora di camminata. Terrazzino ampiamente sfruttabile. La proprietaria è stata disponibilissima nell'offrirci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno anche dal punto di vista turistico! La piscina è stata la ciliegina sulla torta! Che dire:è andato tutto più che bene!

Schöner Strandurlaub

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die zentrale Lage und kurze Entfernung zum Strand hat uns gefallen. Am Pool könnten wir uns austoben und entspannen. Der Strand und das Meer sind wunderschön. Im Städtchen gibt es viele Eisdielen und Restaurants. Die Gastfreundschaft der Sarden ist überall zu spüren.

Very nice apartment with a balcony and the swimming pool, located in the city centre, but in the quiet location. Short distance to everything you need. Very friendly and helpful host, from which we got very useful information about the recommended places, beaches and restaurants recommended. The only minus was that supply linen and towels were not included in the price.

Residence molto carino, di giuste dimensioni (non troppo grande) e ottima disposizione degli appartamenti che garantisce il massimo rispetto della sfera privata. L'appartamento è accogliente e perfetto per una famiglia di quattro persone anche se ne può accogliere sei. Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo l'appartamento pulito e la gentile collaborazione del custode. La proprietaria è sempre disponibile telefonicamente o via WhatsApp e molto gentile. La posizione è comoda essendo in città. Ci sono molte belle spiagge intorno. Per quanto riguarda le necessità giornaliere non sorge alcun problema in quanto disponibili tutti gli esercizi commerciali necessari. E' una sistemazione che consiglieremmo a parenti e amici. La sistemazione è adatta anche ai bambini piccoli ai quali ha fatto molto piacere la piscina nei momenti di relax. Alessandro Renda

L'appartamento è spazioso e ben organizzato. Fornito di tutto quello che serve anche per cucinare. Bella l'esposizione, mai troppo assolato. La sera cenare sul terrazzo è un piacere. Bella piscina, utile in caso di tempo incerto o forte vento. Il custode è sempre presente e molto disponibile. La propietaria, sebbene non fisicamente presente, è molto disponibile e simpatica. Il suo aiuto è prezioso se non si conoscono la Sardegna e i sardi. La spiaggia di Santa Teresa è una delle più belle, e a due passi trovate tutto quindi anche coi mezzi pubblici farete una bella vacanza. Assicuratevi di sapere il prezzo prima di acquistare qualunque cosa, anche in gastronomia! A volte si hanno brutte sorprese...

Why they chose this property

Sardinia is an island that can conquer you immediately, and this is what happened to me 25 years ago. I fell in love with the scents of the Mediterranean vegetation, with the bright light and with the transparency of the sea that has nothing to envy to the Caribbean (well…perhaps the temperature!). We go back every year and never get tired of it.

What makes this property unique

Once you arrive, perhaps tired for the trip, first take your time and open the windows of the balcony, your luggage can wait few minutes. Breathe deeply and enjoy the scent of Myrtle in the air, look at the flowers in the garden beneath you and relax for a while by looking at the hills in the horizon. You are on holidays!
