Ideal for 2-4 people. It offers 1 living room with kitchen corner equipped and sofa-bed and 1 large bedroom with shower room.

J’ai découvert la région et j’ai adoré. Pour faire le plein de nature c’est l’endroit idéal. Avec le golfe comme endroit privilégié pour faire du bateau. Et le relief de la côte qui est une invitation à la découverte. De plus, le logement répond au besoins que l’on a lors des vacances. Il est situé au calme. L’hôte est des plus sympathique. Je le recommande vivement!

Le gîte est correct bien que très impersonnel. La proximité des gîtes voisins avec vue sur leur cour nous a obligé à passer la semaine avec les rideaux tirés par souci d’intimité pour eux comme pour nous. Environnement rustique mais sympathique.

Séjour exceptionnel

A 2 pas de Vannes la location de Benoît est d’un calme absolu... Très confortable et en pleine nature nous sommes au centre du golfe du Morbihan L’accueil de Benoît est formidable par sa gentillesse et ses conseils avisés pour visiter le golfe.. Merci encore et allez y les yeux fermés mais ouvrez les vite pour découvrir cette superbe région !

Parfait

Logement un peu isolé en pleine nature. On est cependant à 10mn à pieds du centre ville et à 5 mn d’un Super U. Nous avons bien apprécié le barbecue à disposition et le calme. Le propriétaire est sympathique et donne de bons conseils de visites. Le seul bémol aura été le tire bouchon un peu foireux :) Nous conseillons vivement cette adresse !

Het is een 4-persoons huisje, maar daarvoor lijkt het te klein. Wij waren met 2 en dat kan prima. De bank (bedbank) is niet geschikt om op te zitten. De ontvangst (door Maud) was prima. Ze was ook bereikbaar toen de electriciteit uitviel.

Déçus par cette location. L'appartement n'a aucun accés sur l'extérieur, on s'y sentait vraiment enfermés. Pas d'accès internet malgré ce qu'on nous avait promis. L'équipement en vaisselle est très limité et une des chambres a en été aménagée ds une ancienne cuisine donc en guise de table de chevet in a des plaque edf et un frigo... La fenêtre de la chambre ne s'ouvre même pas à cause de l'escalier. Quant à la chambre en mezzanine, elle est tellement petite qu'on ne peut même pas tourner autour du lit ! Et pas un placard dans les chambres.... Ca va bien pour 2 nuits mais pas plus à notre avis !

séjour dans un petit bourg très sympa , logement très facile à trouver , confortable, propriétaire très accueillant , bien situé pour visiter tout le golf , une semaine avec le soleil !!!! je recommande cette location pour couple avec enfants

Un port d'attache idéal

Hébergement idéalement situé pour rayonner dans le Golfe du Morbihan en étant très au calme et à la fois proche des commerces et des lieux touristiques. La présence d'un grand jardin arboré et d'une terrasse privative sont des plus appréciables. Le logement est très fonctionnel, récemment rénové il ne manquerait qu'une touche décorative pour donner de la chaleur à l'ensemble. Le propriétaire des lieux, qui base tout sur une confiance réciproque, est aussi sympatique que discret. Malgré un début d'été météorologiquement capricieux, nous avons passé une semaine très dépaysante

Location très bien située pour visiter le golfe du Morbihan. Lieu très calme avec verdure, bien que très proche du centre d'Arradon et des commerces, accessibles à pied. Confortable, propre, conforme à la description et aux photos du site, propriétaire sympathique et discret. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour. Les avis lus avant de choisir cette location ont été fort utiles et correspondent à notre propre appréciation. Location à recommander et golfe du Morbihan à visiter absolument !

Location bien située et très confortable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée avec 2 chambres et une grande terrasse très agréable. Le lieu est très calme, avec un terrain commun bien arboré, tout en étant proche du centre bourg (moins de 10 min à pied par un petit chemin), des plages et de Vannes. La longère a été très bien rénovée, déco et équipements simples mais efficaces et confortables. Le propriétaire est également très sympathique et arrangeant. Bref, une location agréable à vivre que l'on recommande sans hésiter !

En plus il y a du soleil !!

Location 4 personnes agréable au rez-de-chaussée. Comme promis la literie est confortable, le logement en très bon état. Même si c'est un peu minimaliste, l'équipement et la surface sont suffisant pour des vacances. La machine à laver et les aspirateurs collectifs sont un plus appréciable. Notre petit chien a bien été accepté et a pu profiter comme nous de notre coin terrasse. Emplacement très calme, à 10mn à pied du centre et des commerces. A noter l'accès à 5mn des navettes gratuites mises en place par la commune pour aller à la Pointe d'Arradon. Très bien pour découvrir et profiter du golfe, surtout côté nord: accès rapide à Port blanc pour les embarquements à destination des îles, à 10mn de la belle ville de Vannes, ... Je confirme, le proprio est sympa .... Et en plus on a eu du soleil !!!

Un séjour très sympathique. Idéalement situé, proche du port d'Arradon à 5 mn. Nous avons passés 3 semaines à naviguer sur le golfe. Le propriétaire sympa et arrangeant pour le rangement de la remorque du bateau. En bref une adresse à retenir. DM.

Ecapade entre filles réussie !

Accueil très sympathique et propriétaire très arrangeant. Location "Tout nickel". Super endroit pour rayonner dans la région. Quelques jours bien trop courts mais bien reposants. La région est très belle et le lieu retiré au calme tout en étant proche de tout.
