Very bright open space penthouse (60 sqm) with air conditioning and large terrace (150 sqm) ideal for couples or families with 1-2 children / teens.
Very large living / sleeping area with the following beds: 2 in a quality double sofa bed with 12cm mattress; 2 in single beds. Living room with TV 28 "and a library available to guests.
Fully equipped dining / kitchen area (oven and microwave).
Bathroom with shower; wall-mounted washbasin, toilet and bidet.
Available washing machine, iron and ironing board, useful for long stays.
Wi-Fi internet connection.
Terrace with umbrella, table / chairs and deckchairs, with sea view and on the surrounding countryside / hills. Located in a recently built building, very quiet and silent (currently abandoned railway).
A mini-guide and numerous tourist brochures are available for guests.
Beach of sand mixed with pebbles, with equipped beaches and free beach less than 1 km away, easily reachable on foot or by car, parking lots always free.
Possibility to organize boat trips / fishing by prior arrangement with the owner.
