House single easy to reach, in an ideal setting, five minutes from the sea. Its main feature is the quiet, because it is built in a large garden of about three thousand square meters, completely fenced, so that children and pets can play safely .All'esterno has two large verandas, where you can enjoy a relaxing ,, and there is also a shower with hot water. Inside the house is equipped with every comfort, the 'decor is nice, and there is a small vegetable garden, where in summer you can taste the succulent prickly pears. The house is located in the most southern island and the sea in this part is gorgeous, the colors resemble those in the Caribbean Ionian coast (where there is the house) but you can choose the Mediterranean Sea, a few kilometers .The beach is free, but those who wish may choose structures equipped lido. The house is in a great place because it is not far from cultural and historical centers. Nearby are several restaurants where you can enjoy regional specialties and you can rent bicycles, cars, dinghies to explore the beautiful coastline or take long walks on the beach of the Vendicari a few kilometers. Rates are discounted in relation to the living room.
