Family vacation

Beautiful and spacious property for our group. Great kitchen with everything we needed to make all our meals. Pool was very nice and well maintained. Great vacation rental home! Maly the property manager was lovely and very helpful.

The house is great, and is in a very quiet and private area. We never heard any noise from any neighbors the whole week we were there. The house is high up on the side of a hill, so the view from the patio is spectacular, with the ocean in the distance. The pool is wonderful; it’s heated, so very relaxing.The Super U is close, and an excellent supermarket. Maly was very welcoming, a polite and professional host, and responded promptly to any questions or issues.

Amazing Stay at Villa Jasmine!

We were two families with teen kids and we had a wonderful 10 day stay at Villa Jasmine! The views are spectacular and the space is beautifully decorated. The outdoor living area is particularly gorgeous and we spent many hours relaxing in the pool and enjoying the great weather. Maly was amazing at recommending restaurants and helping with reservations and responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Christmas Holiday

Amazing house with pool. Stunning view of the water from all the rooms. Maly was wonderful, helping with a flawless check in and checkout as well as with any questions or needs during the stay. The house is a short driving distance from many different beaches and close to the supermarket and a small fish store (with fresh fish caught that same morning? The house has everything you need and the pool is heated. Would highly recommend.

Holiday week in Paradise

The Villa Jasmin was the perfect home for my family of 9 over the Christmas holiday. The house is set into the hill overlooking CuldeSac and the ocean and afforded us wonderfully light, views and the constant breeze from the ocean. The indoor and outdoor space flowed comfortably and we all enjoyed lounging and swimming (particularly my grandson) in the pool. The house has a contemporary Caribbean flair that we all loved and the bedrooms were comfortable and private. Our host Maly was welcoming and informative and always quick to respond to our questions and made excellent recommendation for eating, shopping and beaches. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

Wonderful house in French St. Martin paradise

Villa Jasmin is a beautiful home overlooking Orient Bay. Lovely sunrises visible just to the East of the house. Although it is a steep walk to the main road, it is a short 15 minute walk to a nearby gym, pharmacy, pastry shop, ATM and grocery store. The host for the house is Maly. She is an amazing resource for the property and directed us to excellent food, activity, and beaches for our trip. He response time was phenomenal with every minor problem remedied quickly. Will definitely try to rent again in future trips to the lovely island of St. Martin.

Stunning Property

This property was everything we expected and more! Extremely spacious, including all bedrooms. We were 9 people in total and very comfortable . Everything was well kept and spotless. The view is spectacular. Just the driveway was very steep and a little scary, but we made it up and down no problem. The property manager was also amazing, she answered all my questions and made reservations for us at beach clubs every time we asked. The only suggestion that I would make is that an air conditioning unit would be a great asset in the common area of the home where we watched TV as it got pretty warm when doors and windows were closed at night . We would most definitely return to this property!

Spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped villa

Our family of 8 stayed at Villa Jasmine March 10th-17th 2022. Maly the property manager, was easy to deal with and quick to respond, helping to arrange car rentals, large taxis for our group of 8 and dinner reservations. The villa is located between Cul de Sac and Orient Bay, 10 minutes from Grand Case. The road up to the villa is steep but if you are so inclined, you can walk to the grocery store in about 10-15 minutes. A quick 5 minute drive. We walked it many times. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own shower room and all provide great views of the water below. The outdoor space is perfect, lots of seating inside and out. The living and dining room doors open to bring the outside in. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would ever need. I highly recommend this villa. So much space and designed for relaxing and comfort!

Magnifique semaine !

Nous avons passé une super belle semaine, tout était parfait. La villa était très propre et bien entretenue, identique aux photos et elle est très bien située. La vue est exceptionnelle et très relaxante. nous sommes allées souper au Calmos café où nous y avons passé une très belle soirée . Nous avons également fait appel à Anna qui est venue nous masser directement à la Villa, elle est à recommander sans hésitation. Bref, une semaine inoubliable pour tous, nous y retournerons l'année prochaine sans aucun doute. Merci beaucoup !

Havre de paix aux Caraïbes

Encore un été qui est passé trop vite... cette année encore nous avons loué la Villa Jasmin, comme l'année dernière. Et uns fois encore, nous avons été comblé. Cet endroit est magique...! On est 10 dans la maison mais personne ne se marche dessus, il ne fait jamais trop chaud car en hauteur, et le fait d'avoir cette immense terrasse ombragée n'est qu'un prolongement de la maison. Vous êtes accueillis par Mélissa et/ou Maly... adorables, se mettant en 4 pour que le séjour se déroule à merveille et du coup.... il se déroule à merveille :-) Bref, un bonheur!!! Villa Jasmin

Nous avons vraiment aimé nos vacances à la Villa Jasmin. Je n'ai pas de négatif à dire. La villa est très belle, propre,et surtout bien située. Maly est toujours disponible à répondre à nos questions et ce rapidement. Nous avons tellement aimé le concept d'être dans une villa, que nous allons refaire l'expérience l'an prochain. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le restaurant Le Piment situé à Orient Bay et nous avons adoré pouvoir se procurer des bonnes grillades à la petite boucherie situé juste en bas de la rue. Bien sur, la visite de l'Île PInel est un incontournable. Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de ce séjour..... Nathalie et Compagnie

Amazing Villa!!!!

We recently rented the Villa Jasmine for our Christmas holiday with family and friends. The villa was amazing and the pictures do not do this home justice.. The gorgeous panoramic views of the island are breathtaking. Every room in this villa is impeccably designed and captures the outdoor space. The private pool was just icing on the cake. Maly, the property manager was wonderful. She made our trip just perfect including setting up car rental with Banana rentals. A big thanks to Michael who picked us up at the airport and escorted back to the Villa. As for convenience, you are only minutes away from the grocery stores and some of the most amazing beaches. Highly recommend venturing out to the Dutch side of the island. The food and shopping were also incredible and just a short drive. If you want the WOW factor, Villa Jasmine should be your next vacation rental.. We are already planning our next stay... Thanks again Maly!!
