We really enjoyed the stay in this great and spacy house. For us, the highlights were the terraces with a great view and the pool.
The every part of the house is well equipped - especially the kitchen. But other parts as well, including the air-conditioning in all four bedrooms and a living room with a TV with all the TV programs you can imagine.
this is a great hourse for one or two families.

Carl and his family have been exemplary tenants. They took care of the house and returned it in excellent condition. We recommend Carl for future owners.

The house is very nice with the second floor enough space for 8 people with a ground/garden around. It is well equipped al what we needed was their. Alain and his family were easy to contact and very helpful and friendly.
But the best is the area outside. There is a nice roofed place with grill and a large table directly to reach through the kitchen. Wonderful to sit in the shade enjoying the place and surrounding. Highlight of course is the infinity pool with that excellent wide panorama view through the hills, no neighbours or anything else in your way.
Just a perfect and lovely place 100% recommendable to stay there!
Best regards Ralf & family from Germany

Lovely
We stayed for two weeks with various family members arriving and leaving at different times, so easy access to Nice airport was a definite positive!
The house is much larger that the pictures give credit, there was plenty of space for everyone. Everything you could need was provided (although there were only 4 lounge chairs by the pool and maybe a pool table/table tennis would be helpful if older children are on holiday!). We saw Alain and Sylvie a few of times during our stay when they came to service the pool, they were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
We were within easy driving distance of coast and mountains, an ideal location for getting out and about. It was about 15/20 drive to a large supermarket but the smaller supermarket in town (5/10 minute walk) we found had all we needed and meant we could spend more time by the pool!
All in all a lovely house in a stunning location!

Peaceful, beautiful, comfortable - a perfect holiday house.
We stayed in this house as a family group of six adults. It was perfect for us, comfortable, well-equipped and with enough room for everyone to find a quiet spot.
The infinity pool and the terrace look over the valley to the impressive hills beyond; we sunbathed under the olive tree - silvery leaves against a pure blue sky, beautiful - and watched a different sunset every evening.
We had some good meals at nearby restaurants and great trips to Nice and Monte Carlo, but the house, the peace and the extraordinary view are the things we keep remembering. It is such a lovely place to stay.

Amazing Villa
We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. The pool was stunning, the gardens beautiful and the inside spaces were great. Its a huge villa and the photo's don't do it justice! Great for the kids to have a space out of the sun to relax in too. Alain and Sylvie are just charming and so helpful with everything. It really felt like a home for 3 weeks rather than just an anonymous house.
The position of the villa allows you to look over the hills and the countryside with amazing sunsets and views.
Top lovely villa and we'd love to stay again soon!

VILLA TRES AGREABLE

This is a family house allowing our children spread around France to meet together on a regular basis. On a daily basis, we live with our 14 years old sun. We are a Sales Director and a teacher. We love traveling, musing and high tech.
Why they chose this property
Our house is located 10' drive from the sea in a quiet and wild area with a dominant and clear view to the mountains. It is oriented to the West with a large terrace, a swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. You can enjoy the animation of the riveria in the day and the peace of our house in the evenings. We would be happy that you enjoy our house for which we fell in love when we bought it 7 years ago.
What makes this property unique
Typical Provence house, quiet, with a nice view on the moutains and close to facilities and maini touristic spots of the Cote d'Azur
