Our neo-Provençal villa of 200 m2 is located on the heights of Grasse in a private, secure and classified domain. We limit the capacity to 6 people. Two bedrooms are upstairs, one of which is en suite and one is on the ground floor, facing the swimming pool. There are two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The new designer kitchen is open to the living room. <br>You will enjoy a south-facing Mediterranean garden with a breathtaking view of the bay of Cannes - Mandelieu (20 minutes) and the Esterel mountains. Nice airport 30 minutes.<br>The swimming pool - terrace, secluded from prying eyes, offers a jacuzzi sunbathing area. The pool is heated from September 2026.<br>The city centre of Grasse, the world capital of perfume, is a 10-minute walk away. You can sunbathe around the pool, visit the picturesque surrounding villages or easily reach the beaches of Cannes, Mandelieu or Théoules.<br>Ideal for holidays with friends or family.

Stunning property on the outside with a lovely spacious outside area, beautiful pool and stunning views. Inside is a lovely kitchen with all you need. Other areas inside are minimalist, and in need of some finishing touches but as most of the time was spent outside, with the bonus of air conditioning, this did not concern us too much. Only downside as far as we were concerned is a couple of the rooms upstairs, including one of the rooms with the balcony overlooking the pool were locked and inaccessible. This was not detailed in the listing. Good location, only a short 10 minute walk into the centre of Grasse. Communication with host very good.
