Amazing view

The building is located in a fantastic location and the views are wonderful. Apartment is very roomy and clean. Walk out of the building onto the sand. Enjoyed our stay

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht, die alles hat, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt: sehr gute Ausstattung, herrliche Sicht auf die Bucht von Roses, Klimaanlage, sehr gute Ausstattung, ein eigener Garagenstellplatz für das Auto, direkter Zugang zum Strand. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Helen war unkompliziert, sie war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Das Appartement ist ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen!

Idéal aussi l'hiver.

Excellent emplacement. Vue magnifique. Bel appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Période idéale ( fin décembre, début janvier) pour le calme et pour apprécier la beauté de l'environnement.

Emplacement sensas, l’appart est équipé avec tout ce qu’on peut avoir besoin et est très propre, parking juste à côté et plage et restos à 100 mètres. Nous recommandons sans soucis 👌

Magnifique semaine de vacances a Sta Margarida

Cet appartement moderne et spacieux est superbe, tel que les photos le montrent. Il est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque, tout est prévu pour le confort des vacanciers. La vue en entrant dans le salon est magnifique sur la baie de Rosas de jour comme de nuit. Appartement très calme, aucune nuisance sonore. La place de parking est très appréciable. La propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et bien qu'absente de Sta Margarida a suivi avec Naema notre arrivée et installation. Encore mille excuses à Naema qui présente à notre arrivée nous a attendues en bas de l'immeuble alors que nous l'attendions en haut , un Monsieur nous ayant ouvert la porte d'entrée. Simplement un petit problème de wifi à notre arrivée vite solutionné par un technicien envoyé rapidement par Hélène Dessort que je remercie encore (ainsi que Naema si gentille) pour notre belle semaine de vacances passée dans son appartement que je recommande vraiment.
