Absolute lovely villa complex. The pictures i the ad do not capture the whole experience. We were 30 friends that had a perfect holiday here. Very fun pool with lots of space, cozy sofas around the premises, etc. The host was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed help with.

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The host was first class, friendly and happy to help with any questions we had. The property was just as good as presented on the Vrbo site. The kitchen had everything we needed for all the meals we made. Thanks Benedetto for a great stay

We had an amazing stay! We had 15 people, 4 families with teens as well as 4 kids ages 5,6,9,11. The property was great with the two pools, swings for the kids and access to chef for some beautiful outdoor meals at the villa. The only difficult part for some was “ firmer” beds- but this would not prevent us from returning. Cefalu was amazing to see and train was a 5 min walk from villa. Rental car made getting back and forth to grocery store more practical. Beautiful secret access to clear water cove Mezzaforno was only 10 min. Away. We loved our stay!

This was a truely amazing find. If you have multiple groups of 2-5 in a group, where everyone has equally beautiful accommodations then this is the place to come. The layout, from parking to the pool just works. Everyone had their own space but could come together easily too. Can’t rate this place highly enough. Close to shops, restaurants, the beach and train station. In addition the host was accommodating and available. If this is available - book it!

Dream Villa

Great place to stay. Whole family, 15 of us, ages 3-72 had a great time together! Very accommodating for all our needs. Space to be together. Space to be alone. Beautiful property. Great to recycle & compost! We would definitely come again.

Superb

We had a superb stay at the villa to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our company, taking current and former staff there for a week. Benedetto was the ultimate host, responsive and supportive, and the setting was superb. We enjoyed both staying in the villa and touring the locality, from the beach and culture in Cefalu to wine tasting in the mountains. What a special way to celebrate our anniversary, thanks Benedetto!

The location is great. We used the train to go to Palermo and Cefalu offen. We were a large group. Everyone had their own space. There is an outdoor space where we all could gather but personally I wish the larger outdoor space was a bit more comfortable. There's two large picnic tables. We like to hang out together. The spa isn't open to use all the time. There are good restaurants near by. The sea is just a short walk.

Absolutely wonderful place and host

The host Benedetto was so welcoming and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. He hooked us up with a private chef who came and cooked us classic sicilian food one evening. We were a total of 14 people aged between 3 and 67. The pool area and the houses suited us perfectly. Short distance to the beach and train station and the place has bicycles for free use. We couldnt have been more pleased with the compound or with Benedetto, will defenetly come back.

Just want to say that we had the most incredible experience staying at these villas! The property itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, spacious, and surrounded by breathtaking views that made our stay feel truly special.What truly set our time apart was the warmth and care of our hosts Benedetto, Chef Marco and Maria Concetta Moreci. They went above and beyond to organise not only a gorgeous wedding venue and a delicious dinner, but also wonderful entertainment with live singing and a lively disco to round off the evening. The atmosphere was perfect—joyful, relaxed, and unforgettable.Our whole group felt so well looked after, and we could not have asked for a more perfect setting or more thoughtful hosts. Thank you for making our wedding celebration and stay so memorable—we’ll cherish it forever!

Perfect Sicilian vacation

The "Ville dell'Eden" is a lovely place in the middle of the Sicilian countryside perfect for a family vacation (we were two families and five children) as for every one else. The villas are very well maintained. The fantastic pool area is surrounded by bushes and orange trees and is great for swimming and playing. The owner is very helpful and service minded. Lovely relaxing villa with superb pool and close to the beach - strongly recommend it.

We had a lovely week at Benedetto's villa. It has a great outside area with a superb pool. The villa is very well equipped and suited out needs completely. Our flight was delayed - but Benedetto was still there to receive us at midnight and gave us a full tour of the property. There are local supermarkets within walking distance and a good cheap train service to take you further. There's also a lovely relaxing beach bar - at very reasonable prices. The only downside is that there are not many good restaurants we found that are within walking distance - and the trains from Cefalu (which has many restaurants) finish quite early. We would recommend a hire car.

We were a large group of extended family. Check in was easy; Benedetto met us there and gave us a tour. The streets are not well-lit, or really lit at all, and the street signs are practically nonexistent, so a couple people in our group who didn’t get there until after dark got lost at first. The three villas were clean and we had everything we needed to cook for our group. However, most of the pots and pans were very much the yard sale variety. The yard was spacious and there was plenty of outdoor seating.The pool was wonderful—very large for a private house and we all loved it. Be sure to bring plenty of bug spray, as the mosquitoes are numerous. The beach, train station and supermarket are all an easy walk from the villa.

It was a good stay and friendly host

We enjoyed our time and thought Bennedetto an excellent host. It felt a little rushed in the morning to get us out before our checkout time, and that was a little annoying. But there was rain coming and they were trying to wash all the sheets, so it was understandable. The property was excellent and the pool and villas were 5 stars. The mattresses and pillows are what you might find at a solid 3 star hotel (but not at a 4 star hotel). If you need a good mattress, like a few in our party, that might be the only concern. But they were great for the kids. Just not great for the adults. Same issue with some of the pillows. The distance to the beach was wonderful, and the bikes were very fun and made for some late night rides to the ocean. Again, I would recommend this place for anyone trying to stay somewhere close to Cefalu but in a bit quieter location, away from all the tourists.

I almost never write a response but this time it is necessary for the inaccuracies that this guest writes; the departure time is scheduled for 9.30 but at 11 many rooms were not yet accessible for the start of cleaning, causing delays for the next guests who would have arrived during the day; as for the mattresses, they are of the memory type and the pillows are orthopedic, hypoallergenic and in Aloe vera, as in a 5-star structure.

Anazing space, great pools and close to a train station!

The three houses were plenty big enough, so many room options for multiple people. The place was mostly very clean and surrounded by lemon trees. The pools were really great and one of them is HUGE. Having the bicycles was a brilliant add on as you needed one to pop to the local supermarket. There is a beach a couple of mins walk down the road but I wouldn't say it was a family friendly lounging beach, more of a pleasant walk and quick exercise swim. We were there in May and there was not much open but there is a great train station a couple of minutes walk away which goes all along the north coast. We visited Cefalu several times (a very beautiful town!). The villa owner was extremely responsive and thoughtful. Nothing was an issue. There were 15 of us total and it was a glorious couple of weeks. We also used the spa/massage which was a lovely addition to the trip. You can walk 15/20 mins walk to various restaurants but do check if they're open first. This may be because the month of May is just generally quite. The views from the poolside were beautiful and we would return. Thank you Benedetto!!

Wir haben mit unserer ganzen Familie im September 2 wundervolle Wochen hier verbracht. Die Zimmer waren auch von der Aufteilung her wie gemacht für eine große Gruppe wie uns. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Außenbereich mit großer Sitzecke und Grill. Sogar ein Pizzaofen ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist riesig und wird regelmäßig gereinigt.Die Unterkunft ist gut geeignet als Startpunkt für Ausflüge ins Hinterland, oder nach Palermo oder Cefalu.Einen Stern Abzug gibt's dann aber doch, weil Teile des Equipments wie die Spülmaschine, das Außenkochfeld oder die Toulettenspülungen teilweise nicht gut funktionieren und mal getauscht werden sollten.Der Strand ist nur ca. 400 Meter entfernt und nicht sehr überlaufen, trotzdem gigt es in der Nähe einen kleinen Lido mit Beachvolleyballfeld und einer Bar.

We came here to celebrate my mum’s birthday, and it has been absolutely wonderful. The villa is incredible—there were 10 of us, and everyone had their own bedroom, with several rooms to spare. Each villa has its own kitchen and feels like a self-contained apartment, giving everyone plenty of space to relax, whether together or on their own.The pool is amazing, surrounded by lime trees and beautiful scenery. The views of the mountains surrounding the villa are breathtaking and create a peaceful, picturesque setting. The grounds are stunning, tranquil, and perfect for enjoying the beauty of Sicily. It was the ideal place for our family celebration, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting.The train station is just a two-minute walk away. I would recommend downloading the train app, as not all trains stop in Lascari. The train ride to beautiful Cefalù takes only about 10 minutes. While there, we enjoyed a wonderful boat trip and several fantastic meals.We did not rent a car and found it very easy to get around. Bikes are available, and it’s a short ride to the grocery store. There is also a wonderful restaurant, La Voce del Mare, about 10 minutes by bike or 6 minutes by car.Gorgo Lungo is the local beach, about a 15-minute walk away. It has a lovely café and is close to a great little pizza place, making it the perfect spot to spend a relaxing afternoon by the sea. Benedetto is an amazing host so accommodating.

Excellentes prestations à un emplacement idéal.

Cet ensemble de 3 villas est idéal pour les groupes. Le coin des 2 piscines est magnifique et spacieux. Des jeux pour enfants sont prévus ainsi qu'une balançoire. Le jardin autour des villas est très beau, et nous avons pu profiter pleinement des odeurs des nombreux orangers sur place. La proximité avec Cefalù, les grands axes de la Sicile et la gare de Tascali est un vrai plus ! Pour finir, merci à Benedetto qui a sû s'adapter à notre arrivée et notre départ très tôt le matin. Une réussite pour notre séjour !

Wonderful Stay

Benedetto was a gracious host, and we would book here again. Great location close to Cefalu, train stations, restaurants, grocery, and many lovely villages. The rooms were comfortable, and the pool area was so relaxing. The villa was secure and had plenty of parking.

Soggiorno indimenticabile. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Struttura da cinque stelle con tutti i confort. Appena arrivati non credevamo ai nostri occhi, un vero paradiso. Se dovessimo ritornare certamente sceglieremo queste ville.
