Quite and bright loft, completely renovated with brand new forniture. There are a kitchen, a living room with sofa bed,double room, single room with 2nd pullout bed, bathroom, 2 wide terraces one accessible from the living room, the other one from both the double and single room. You will find table + chairs + sun umbrella set for the terrace. At the same floor of the building there is another available flat for the summer rent.
It is located downtown, a few 100 of meters from the sea, close to San Benedetto Del Tronto. At the ground floor of the same building there is a farmacy and right next to the building there is a big parking lot. Available from 25/06 to 06/07 and from 27/08 to 17/09.

Beautiful, clean apartment with wonderful views

The apartment is on the top floor which means there are gorgeous views of the countryside from the front terrace. The apartment has a lovely bright colour scheme and has everything you could need for a self catering holiday, including a wonderful Weber bbq. It was extremely clean when we arrived, and hopefully we left it clean! The common areas are also kept very clean by a lovely young lady. The free car park below the apartment was a real bonus. The bakery opposite (Elio's) had fantastic bread and pastries. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets and a wonderful fresh pasta shop (Emma's in Via Aldo Mori). The pizza at La Ruota are delicious. Franca is the most kind and welcoming host we have ever met in our many years of travelling to Italy. A very vivacious lady who really cares about her guests. Thank you so much Franca! Just a couple of minor points that would be helpful to have - kitchen towels and a small table on the rear table for coffee or drinks. This in no way detracted from the apartment and we are looking to return in 2024. Grazie Franca, sei e' molto gentile e ci sentiamo molto privilegiati di averti incontrato. Spero che il mio italiano sia migliorato quando torneremo! A dopo xx

Fantastica

Ci siamo trovati benissimo Franca una donna fantastica, casa accogliente un bel balcone al sole e uno a nord dove in fondo vedi il mare….. se potessi dare più stelle le metterei.. certamente torneremo .. ciao Franca ciao Martinsicuro.

Die große und helle Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock (Fahrstuhl vorhanden) und verfügt über 2 Terrassen. Sie bietet alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Der Strand von Martinsicuro ist zu Fuß problemlos erreichbar und auch Supermärkte und Bäcker sind in der Nähe.

Klasse Apartment genau wie auf den Bildern sauber und 400 m bis zum Strand der super für Kinder ist

Die Vermieterin Franca ist super freundlich und herzlich. Immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in Martinsicuro. Das Apartment ist für 3 Erwachsene oder einer Familie mit zwei Kindern optimal. Ich denke wir kommen nochmal!

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super sauber und entspricht genau den Bildern im Inserat. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht im Alltag. Auch eine sehr schöne Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Sehr nette Vermieterin, Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr gut und alles wurde zügig geklärt.

Casa accogliente proprio come Franca

Esperienza decisamente positiva. La casa si trova in un condominio distinto e piuttosto nuovo. La casa è bella e completa di tutte le comodità, spaziosa e curata. Ottima anche per i bambini. Bella veduta con ampi terrazzi. Casa pulita. Insomma, c'è tutto per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Ma soprattutto c'è Franca, che con i suoi modi cortesi ti fa sentire sempre al sicuro perché è sempre pronta a risolvere qualsiasi eventuale problema. Complimenti a Lei per il suo pregevole lavoro.

Soggiorno perfetto

Una delle più belle case vacanze mai viste, supera anche le foto già molto esaustive. I locali molto ampli hanno permesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole per passare il tempo tutti insieme. Completamente accessoriata di tutto il necessario e più. Il terrazzo con un grande ombrellone permette di passare anche del tempo all'aperto. La casa è in una posizione eccellente, vicino alla spiaggia e ai principali servizi, ma in una zona comunque non troppo trafficata. La signora Franca è stata di una gentilezza straordinaria nel risolvere un inconveniente che si è creato. Appartamento super consigliato.

Splendida casa a due passi dal mare e dal centro, comoda e funzionale

Casa comoda,terrazza con ombrellone e lettini per prendere il sole in maniera discreta e per mangiare in totale relax, 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e 5 dal centro, proprietaria di una gentilezza e premura disarmante, veramente tutto positivo non ho trovato niente che non si adeguasse alle mie esigenze, eravamo con mio figlio di 6 mesi, di nuovo un applauso ed un abbraccio alla proprietaria Franca che e' insuperabile

Bellissimo!

Abbiamo trascorso due bellissime settimane nel appartamento della Signora Franca. È stato tutto molto confortevole e nel appartamento non manca nulla. La Signora è molto fidabile e coscenziosa. Speriamo di ritornarci. Eine hervorragende und sehr gut ausgestattete, neuwertige Wohnung mit viel Platz. Alles ist blitzblank und sehr gepflegt. In 5 Minuten Fussweg ist man am Strand, die Bäckerei ist gleich gegenüber und die Hauptstrasse mit den Geschäften in einigen Fussschritten erreichbar. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, ruhige und sonnige Wohnlage im obersten Geschoss eines Wohnblockes. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Clarissa Baroni

Tutto ottimo...anzi di più

Devo scrivere un vero elogio...si, è passato un anno da quando contattammo la Signora Franca e prenotammo e ho detto lo devo fare perché se lo merita. L'appartamento per una famiglia in vacanza è un simbolo, perfetto...spazi, servizi, servizi del paese vicini, tranquillità, bellezza, cura, dell'appartamento...la signora Franca è gentile, riservata, attenta, accogliente....molto ma molto meglio di un hotel 4 stelle... vi racconto cosa mi successe a me personalmente: rimango nella doccia e finisce l'acqua!!! chiaramente a tutto il palazzo, scendo nel locale garage ed incontro un signore condomino locale che mi racconta che purtroppo non è la prima volta...risalgo in casa e la Signora Franca era già arrivata con una serie di taniche d'acqua per le prime necessità....ma attenzione la Signora Franca non abita nello stesso palazzo, abita in una frazione di Martinsicuro!!!! La stessa cosa identica, mi capitò in camera di albergo di un villaggio 4 stelle in Italia l'anno precedente...rimanemmo senza un filo d'acqua fino al giorno seguente...tante scuse ma nessun provvedimento!!! Fate le vostre conclusioni. Gente merita! Il mare è ok, spiagge valide e spaziose senza eccessi, le zone sono molto belle, ci sono molte cose da visitare: Ascoli Piceno, Tortoreto Alta, San Benedetto del Tronto (molto vicina ma molto caotica), Atri, Civitella del Tronto, Colonnella....passeggiate in bici a non finire in completa sicurezza anche con i bambini. Signora quest'anno vogliamo andare altrove ma terremmo il suo contatto...di sicuro! Buone vacanze a tutti!!! Simone

L'appartamento è veramente ben arredato, luminoso, pulitissimo e super-accessoriato! I due ampi terrazzi, dotati di tavolo,lettini ed ombrellone, consentono di pranzare e di prendere il sole in maniera riservata nonchè "vista colline & splendidi tramonti"...La zona è tranquilla,servita ed a due passi dal mare (Bandiera Blu). Complice uno splendido settembre abbiamo potuto godere appieno anche dell'entroterra,assolutamente da non perdere, essendo agevolmente raggiungibile....Colonnella, Civitella D/T, Ascoli Piceno, Offida, Acquaviva P., Atri etc....per non scordare,ovviamente,la costa.... Un saluto ed un abbraccio alla Gentilissima Signora Franca!!! Luisa e Renato

OTTIMO APPARTAMENTO CONSIGLIATO

Ho trovato su homeaway questo annuncio che sembrava serio e curato, anche nelle foto. Confermate anzi superate le aspettative. Appartamento pulitissimo, arredato con cura, in una palazzina tranquillissima a 400 mt dal mare (5/10 minuti se passo lento a piedi effettivi ). La Signora e' stata gentilissima, ci ha lasciato all' arrivo tutto l'occorrente x soggiornarvi e oltre. L'appartamento ha un ottima climatizzazione in corridoio che permette la frescura senza i danni causati dall'aria condizionata diretta che a volte trovi nelle camere, necessaria anzi indispensabile essendo all'ultimo piano con sottotetto e con questa estate torrida (ci ha salvato la vacanza!!!!) Due terrazzoni molto ampi dotati uno di lavanderia e lavatrice all'esterno e tavolo x pranzare, l'altro di sdraio, comodissimi e molto riservati da occhi indiscreti, da cui godi un ottimo paesaggio sulle colline. La mia famiglia lo consiglia vivamente. Ultimo consiglio: chiedete alla Sig.ra x i bagni a spiaggia migliori, e soprattutto chiedete e verificate prima di scegliere, puo' esserci anche una differenza notevole di servizi e pulizia offerti tra un bagno e l'altro. La gente del luogo e' comunque sempre molto gentile, semplice e si mangia bene con prezzi onestissimi . Colgo l'occasione per salutare cordialmente di nuovo la SIg.ra Franca.

Casa eccezionale, accoglienza meravigliosa

La sig.ra Franca è disponibilissima e molto gentile. L''appartamento pulitissimo e ben arredato, non molto distante trovate negozi di vario genere tra cui un pasticceria dove fare colazioni favolose. Ci sono molti parcheggi, la zona è tranquilla. Non poco distante potrete visitare alcuni dei più bei borghi d'Italia, Grazie Simona, Giulio e Ferdinando

Molto soddisfatti

"Molto gentile e disponibilissima la sig Franca come pure la figlia . Abbiamo trovato l''appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort.Ben arredato,molto spazioso,luminoso e fresco.Comodo a tutti i servizi....a pochi passi c''è veramene di tutto......panetterie,supermercati,farmacia eun sacco di altri negozi di vario genere.La spiaggia è molto vicina e ci sono molti parcheggi sotto casa.é stata una vacanza molto piacevole fra mare e meravigliose montagne nelle vicinanze.Consiglio l''appartamento nella convinzione che possa soddisfare anche i più esigenti e.....noi lo siamo molto!!!! Le foto pubblicate non rendono giustizia.....è meglio di come sembra.Grazie ancora.Cristina,Franco,Eric,Amos e Liam"
