There are a kitchen, a living room with sofa bed,double room, single room with 2nd pullout bed, bathroom, 2 wide terraces one accessible from the living room, the other one from both the double and single room. You will find table + chairs + sun umbrella set for the terrace. At the same floor of the building there is another available flat for the summer rent.
It is located downtown, a few 100 of meters from the sea, close to San Benedetto Del Tronto. At the ground floor of the same building there is a farmacy and right next to the building there is a big parking lot. Available from 25/06 to 06/07 and from 27/08 to 17/09.
