The house, on a plot of 1000 sqm is ideally located in a residential development in the heart of the Carcans- Maubuisson station. It is 600 meters from the wide sandy beach of the largest lake in France (in photos), 1.3 km from the center with its shops, numerous restaurants, cinema, museum, discotheque, etc ... and to 5KM from the ocean and beaches that stretch for tens of kilometers. It is possible to travel by bike around the resort through 120KM of bike paths in the forest.
For athletes, it is possible to enjoy many activities such as windsurfing, dinghy, catamaran, water skiing, wakeboarding, kitesurfing, surfing, boogie boarding, SUP, paddle boating, parasailing, tree climbing, tennis, climbing wall, golf adventure, archery, etc ....

Gut, wie beschrieben

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist ideal wenn man Meer und See nutzen will. Ideal wenn man mit Kindern fährt, da es nachts, trotz Hauptsaison, relativ ruhig war. Was toll wäre, wären Fliegengitter!

Gute Lage

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage in Maubuisson und man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am See. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in einer Viertelstunde am Atlantik. Bei unserer Ankunft war es leider nicht besonders sauber - die Bettdecken waren grau von Schmutz und wir haben das komplette Haus noch einmal selbst geputzt. Es hatte den Anschein, als wäre das Haus vor unserer Ankunft nicht gut gereinigt worden. Im Inserat wird ein "Ofen" angegeben - tatsächlich handelt es sich jedoch nicht um einen vollwertigen Ofen sondern um eine Mikrowelle mit Grill/Ofenfunktion.

Toller Vorsaisonaufenthalt im Médoc

Zweckmässig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhigem Aussenquartier mit einem traumhaften Garten mit vielen Schattenplätzen und über 23 verschiedenen Baum- und Straucharten.In 2 Min. am See und in 8 Min. am endlos langen schönen Atlantikstrand. Die bewaldete Dünenlandschaft sowie das gänzliche Fehlen hässlicher, mehrstöckiger Hotelkomplexe machen diese Gegend zu einem tollen Ferienort. Sehr zu empfehlen zum Wandern, Velofahren oder Schwimmen im Meer oder See oder zum Ausruhen im Ferienhaus.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man viele Touren unternehmen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr angenehm.

Liebenswertes Ferienhaus

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus im ursprünglichen Kern von Maubuisson, in traumhafter Lage etwas oberhalb vom großen See. Umgeben von wohlriechenden Pinien haben wir uns drinnen und draußen rundum wohl gefühlt, durch das große Grundstück und die ruhige Umgebung ist man wirklich ungestört. Die Ausstattung ist genau wie beschrieben, auch das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Auch mit wenig Französichkenntnissen wie bei uns hat das gut geklappt. Der See, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants etc. sind prima zu Fuß zu erreichen, für die Strecke zum Atlantik lohnt sich ein Fahrrad. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, in einem der nächsten Sommer wiederzukommen zu dürfen. Merci beaucoup!

Maison parfaite pour un séjour en famille

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Monsieur Meunier. La maison est propre, parfaitement équipée, confortable et sécurisée pour de jeunes enfants. L'environnement est très calme et verdoyant, et nous avons apprécié le grand jardin clos. La plage du lac et le centre de Maubuisson sont facilement accessibles à pied.

C'est la seconde fois que nous avons loué cette villa. La cuisine et le salon séjour ont été rénovés rendant cette maison encore plus fonctionnelle. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location .

Haus von nettem, hilfsbereitem Besitzer

Ein einfaches, älteres Haus, circa aus den 60er Jahren, zum Teil noch alt, auch die Einrichtung (Betten), zum Teil renoviert (die Küche ist ganz neu). Wir wurden vom Besitzer nett empfangen, und er zeigte sich auch äusserst hilfsbereit. Zwei Sachen muss man wissen: 1. Im Haus und im ganzen Quartier Haut-Maubuisson gibt es sehr schlechten, zeitweise gar keinen Mobile-Empfang. 2. Bettlaken muss man selbst mitbringen. Wenn man das alles weiss, hat man jedoch wie wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Wir haben im Ort Fahrräder gemietet (das lohnt sich). Der Strand von Maubuisson ist sehr schön und für kleine Kinder ideal (langer Sandstrand, grosser Bereich von untiefem Wasser).

Detached house with large garden in a great location. 10 minutes walk to the lake shore and 10 minutes by car to the Atlantic coast. Nice garden with old trees and a cozy hammock in a calm environment, very well equipped kitchen, friendly and very helpful host.

Petite maison très agréable sur un grand terrain idyllique. Sans vis à vis, les écureuils et oiseaux divers aiment s'y prélasser. Tranquillité et silence remarquable. Le lac à 10mn de marche est parfait pour les enfants. Eau chaude, grande plage de sable fin, pente douce, le bonheur des parents! Mr MEUNIER est très sympathique et disponible à tout moment. A recommander donc.

Un agréable séjour à Maubuisson

Un descriptif de location parfaitement conforme à ce que nous avons trouvé. Une maison bien équipée, très propre avec des extérieurs très agréables, située dans un quartier calme et proche du lac. Un accueil très sympathique de M. MEUNIER le propriétaire. Pour la deuxième année consécutive nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous comptons bien y retourner l'année prochaine.

Bonsoir Monsieur, Désolée de ne vous répondre que maintenant mais beaucoup de choses à faire. Oui, nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans votre maison d'abord par son confort et propreté et également par le calme de l'environnement (enfin au moins de Septembre et en semaine). Nous avons pu faire du vélo et des promenades dans les pins. Il est bien évident que Carcans est surtout un endroit pour faire du vélo et aller se baigner mais c'était le but de notre séjour et n'avons pas été déçus. Peut-être dans votre descriptif vous pourriez préciser un peu plus où est située la maison ? mais bon, les explications fournies par l'Agence Immobilière nous ont permis de la trouver facilement. Sinon rien à dire sinon que nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Cordialement. J. Garbet.

nature et calme

Nous revenons tout juste d'une excellente semaine passée dans ce havre de paix, équipé et situé idéalement. Lac et océan à portée de vélo, tout comme les commerces ; bel espace autour de la maison, où chacun, petit ou grand, peut trouver son bonheur ; accueil ensoleillé. Bref, un lieu que nous avons grand plaisir à retrouver régulièrement depuis un an.

vacances parfaites!

De très belles vacances à Maubuisson dans une résidence particulièrement calme et agréable. La maison est en très bon état, propre et bien aménagée. Nous y avons vécu 3 excellentes semaines à 7 sans se sentir à l'étroit! Le jardin est particulièrement appréciable avec 2 terrasses et un jardin parfait pour les enfants. Nous avons apprécié d'être proche du lac et du centre ville sans en avoir les inconvénients. Nous remercions Christophe et sa famille pour son accueil et sa disponibilité! Nous espérons y retourner l'année prochaine. Merci!
