From this old farmhouse completely immersed in the countryside you can enjoy a stunning view of the lake and the surrounding hills.

The apartment is composed by 2 bedrooms, 1 Kitchen, 1 Living Room and 1 Bathroom.

The house is part of ancient rustic that has been recently refurbished and most of the furniture are handmade.

Passignano sul Trasimeno is a small authentic Umbrian village with an enchanting promenade on Lake Trasimeno.
You can organize pleasant day trips to the islands on the lake by ferry.

It is also less than an hour's drive from the main cities of Umbria and Tuscany such as Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Perugia, Deruta, Cortona.

In just over an hour you can reach the famous spas of Chianciano Terme and Bagno Vignoni or the famous vineyards of Montepulciano.

Moreover, by the nearby Terontola Cortona station you can reach Rome by train in about an hour and a half or Florence in an hour directly from the small Passignano railway station.

Finally, in just over an hour you can organize a trip to the famous cathedral of Orvieto and the nearby Civita di Bagnoreggio "the dying city" destined to disappear due to its geological conformation.

Haus mit schöner Aussicht

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Haus. Das Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den See. Leider stören Nachts die Auto auf der Schnellstraße.

Schöne Haus mit wunderschöne Ausblick

Das Haus ist über eine holprige Straße etwas schwer zugänglich. Der Ausblick jedoch wunderschön über den See. Der Garten bietet eine gemütliche Pergola, die auch am Abend noch genutzt werden kann, da es ein Aussenlicht gibt. Das Anwesen ist ruhig gelegen. Leider ist das Bad nach jedem Duschen überflutet. Allgemein bietet die Wohnung ein schönes Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen.
