Rent a pretty villa with swimming pool, in absolute calm, in Allauch, at the foot of the Pagnol hills. This small Provencal village is located a stone's throw from Marseille and is backed by the most beautiful massifs in the Bouches du Rhône (Le Garlaban, l'Etoile).
The house, on one plane, is at the end of a dead end, in a residential area.
The accommodation: a large living / dining room of 45 m2 with a large table 2m30, 4K TV (neufbox channels); a fully equipped independent kitchen with American fridge; 1 master bedroom with 1 160cm bed; 1 children's room with 1 90cm bed; 1 bedroom for young couple or teenager with 1 sofa bed 160cm; 1 bathroom with bathtub; Separate WC; 1 dressing room with wardrobe and washing machine / dryer.
Outside: a large shaded terrace with barbecue; the swimming pool (secured to CE standards) is south facing with garden furniture and deckchairs. An area of 250 m2 at the back of the house for outdoor games.
Sliding gate with remote control giving access to two places for vehicles.

A rental contract between individuals will be established for payment by bank transfer / check or cash (no charge).
A 30% deposit (cashed) will be required for all reservations. A deposit of 1000 eur (not cashed) will be requested as well as the balance of the rental amount at the start of the stay.

A discreet little cat will be present in the garden.
