We will have the pleasure of welcoming you to our little corner of paradise. This house open in all seasons, specially renovated and refurbished for a vacation stay with family, friends or business trip
An ideal location between the sea and the hills, half an hour from Cassis and 10 minutes from Ste Victoire
You will appreciate its large grass areas with deckchairs
A large terrace of 60 m2 shaded by mulberry trees equipped with a garden furniture, gas plancha and a table with 8 seats

Tout d abord jles placards se ferment très bien et la baignoire est largement utilisable Bien du monde avant vous l ont utilise !! Quand au ménage nous vous avons laissé une maison nette et propre Vous vous êtes simplement vexés parce que je vous ai demandé la somme due pour le ménage vu l état de saleté de la maison !! A votre départ nous avons retrouvé une maison très très sale , les sols noirs pleins de taches collantes , des papiers partout Un des placards de la cuisine ou tout était renversé a l i intérieur ( filtres à café , boîte à sucre) et j en passe ) Je ne vous parle même pas du barbecue à gaz que vous n avez même pas nettoyé et des poubelles pleines !! Quel manque de respect !!!

Comfortable house but persistent tobacco smell

We liked the location and how comfortable the house was but we were bothered by the smell of cigarettes that was lingering in this home. Also there was no soap and several of the dishes were dirty.

Tout d abord comme il est indiqué sur l annonce ce logement est un logement non fumeur Effectivement le savon n est pas fourni Je pense que nous vous avions mis à votre disposition pas mal decproduits de 1 ère nécessité tels que sucre sel poivre dosettes café ,sopallin papier toilette sacs poubelle produits d entretien et j en passe …. Et tout cela n est pas une obligation !! Nous le faisons gracieusement !!! Je pense qu il n est pas dans vos habitudes de louer des maisons Les placards à vaisselle sont nettoyés régulièrement Nous somme désolés que la maison ne vous ai pas convenu Bonne continuation

Peaceful stay with all you need!

A lovely peaceful spot with beautiful views. House was nice and big with the children having their own annexe which they loved! PS3 kept them busy! Air con was definitely needed and grateful for! Nice and airy and spacious. This house definitely embraces outdoor living. So many seating areas for sun, shade, drinks, reading etc and the pool was just beautiful. Clean, refreshing and perfect for the children and their inflatables! We spent many days by the pool and eating outside. You can explore the coast and Aix very easily and supermarkets are close by aswell as take away pizza places. Safe and secure. Just perfect!

Never thought we'd spend a month in Provence!

Our family (2 parents plus 2 adult children) needed a place to be for the month of September as we were watching numerous Rugby World Cup matches. We are so happy we picked this place! For months before we arrived I was sharing the online pictures of the place with friends and family - they couldn't believe how nice it looked. Well, we showed up on a sunny warm afternoon and it looked exactly like the pictures here on the site. No need for us to upload any! The Sunday and Wednesday morning markets were fantastic. The 2 bakeries in town were a real treat. If you're only used to Paris prices for pastry, come on down to this part of France! Lots of good food choices, supermarkets, etc., near by. I went everywhere by car, but others in my party used public transportation and were very happy with the choices. The hosts are very very responsive and very nice to work with. So glad we were there.

Wonderful Villa

Of all the villas that we have stayed in this has to be the best! Nathalie and Gilles have worked very hard to provide a well maintained, attractive villa with a wonderful garden and pool. Gilles met us on arrival with welcome cold drinks and showed us around and how everything worked. Everything was in tip top condition and the finish of the villa was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and we slept soundly every night. I have to be honest, we didn’t stray very far as we were happy to spend our time sat by the pool which was nice and warm and easy to access with large steps that you could sit on and cool down. It was so peaceful, in the week we were there we only heard bird song. A brilliant gas fired bbq gave us some delicious meals and other cooking facilities were good. Good internet access kept us updated with the weather. The local village Biver was lovely. Not too much there but a fantastic Boulanger and a supermarket were very useful. I am only sorry that we didn’t have longer in this lovely villa and was sorry to leave but our batteries have been well and truly restored. We will definitely return.

Prachtige vakantie

We hebben een prachtige vakantie achter de rug. Het huis was fantastisch, heel mooi zwembad met gemakkelijke ligstoelen. Hele leuke plaatsjes in de tuin om lekker knus iets te drinken en eten terwijl we konden genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Het petanque pleintje was voor ons een grote meerwaarde. Je hebt ook geen inkijk van de buren. Binnen is het ook heel gezellig, ruim en fris met de airco's. De grote frigo's zijn ook heel handig. Bedankt Nathalie en Gilles

een heel mooi vakantieverblijf. Binnen heel ruim en van alles voorzien. De tuin even mooi en vooral de verschillende zitplaatsen vonden wij leuk. Fijne verblijfplaats voor een gezin

We werden vriendelijk en aangenaam ontvangen. Het huis was heel gebruiksvriendelijk en zeer proper. Alle accommodatie die je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Het verblijf is praktisch gelegen nabij winkels en grote uitvalsweg voor uitstappen, Het domein biedt echter voldoende privacy en rust om er te verblijven en te ontspannen. De eigenaars zorgen ervoor dat hun gasten een deugddoende vakantie kunnen beleven. Ons gezin had een zeer fijne week in jullie verblijf.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine de vacances en famille (3 générations!). La maison est très confortable et spacieuse, chacun a son espace. L'environnement est très calme et l'on ne voit ni n'entend les voisins. L'extérieur est magnifique et dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire : 2 barbecues, terrain de pétanque, table de ping pong, plusieurs espaces ombragés où se relaxer ou déjeuner... et bien sûr une grande et belle piscine!Gardanne et son marché sont à quelques minutes en voiture. Très beau séjour à Gardanne. La maison est très grande et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et avenants.La propriété manque de rien. Le quartier est agréable et calme. L’espace piscine est fonctionnel et très propre. les commerces sont proches.

Empfehlenswert!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, da alles vorhanden war was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Sehr nette Gastgeber, tolles und geräumiges Haus, gepflegter und sehr sauberer Pool, genauso wie der Außenbereich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Aussenbereich, sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat einen grossen und gepflegten Aussenbereich mit vielen und gut beschatteten Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Poolbereich mit Wiese und Bäumen war unser Lieblingsplatz. Nathalie und Gilles sind sehr nette Gastgeber und immer erreichbar, wenn was ist. Die Lage ist sehr schön und absolut ruhig. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
