Charming half-timbered villa of recent construction (2008), 200 m2 all comfort, large American kitchen under glass roof, bar, disabled access, walk-in shower on the ground floor, bath upstairs, Zodiac swimming pool of 7.4 m diameter, very fun and secure for children, large covered terrace surrounded by banana trees, games for children (swing, trapeze and slide), large flowered, wooded and fenced garden of 1750 m2.
