Our host was very accommodating and let us drop off our luggage early while the housekeeping was being finished up. The apartment had everything we needed, and we were easily able to explore the neighborhood, canal and Parc de la Villette, use the metro, and visit the restaurants and grocery store nearby. We just missed a major heatwave so we were able to stay reasonably cool and enjoy the city.

We were made to feel at home by our host, Mr. Vu. The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring all of the 19th on foot, or more of Paris by nearby metro. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the beautiful plants and artwork made the apartment a very pleasant experience. We would gladly visit again.
Great local bistro with relaxed family vibe. All the locals enjoy this place, hang out with kids and play games while enjoying their meal. Check it out!

This is an older apartment, not fancy but comfortable, with lots of utensils etc. in the kitchen. The opening windows to the street allowed for some great people watching. The supermarket was directly across the street and the metro was just down the road. The hostess was very accommodating and pleasant. We would return here to stay again.

We had a great stay. Our host was there to greet us and show us around the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and very cozy. There is a Monoprix across the street for easy grocery shopping as well. The metro is a five minute walk.

Real Gem of a place!

Fantastic apartment! Clean, well appointed, and great location. The host was very friendly, great communication and was so helpful. Made our stay in Paris so much fun. Would very much recommend this as a place to stay.

Great family stay

This is a great stay for a young family. Our kids loved the bunk beds. You can buy groceries right across the street, the metro is close, and we found some good restaurants in the neighborhood. Ninh is a great host and very responsive to questions and anything you might need.
