Tastefully decorated chalet "Carpe Diem" that can accommodate up to 8 people with an area of 90m² on 2 floors. Located close to shops, restaurants, bars and tourist office in a small mountain village. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the glacial valley of the Salt Fountain and the Massif du Sancy.

400m from the start of cross-country ski and snowshoe trails. You will also find Gayme lake 500m away, with pétanque, children's playground, ping pong table and pontoons for fishing.

Lors d'un nouveau séjour en famille pour arpenter les volcans d'Auvergne, nous sommes revenus une seconde fois au chalet. Comme l'année dernière, séjour parfait, logement impeccable et localisation idéale. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Cozy and secluded chalet

A comfortable and well-equipped rental. It had everything imaginable in terms of kitchenware, recreational materials (games, cards), tourist brochures, cleaning materials, and bathroom supplies. The tourist information was solely in French as well as all instructions for the use of appliances. We highly recommend an English version, especially for the appliances, for those who have little to no French. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the owner about charges for linen and towels. The VRBO English site indicated no extra charge for this. It seems that the French site did. This is a serious oversight/problem. Beware users of the English website before you book! However, Corinne was very amenable and understanding about this issue and we resolved it amicably. Overall, the accommodation is very good. And visiting such a beautiful volcanic landscape was an unforgettable and once in a lifetime experience. Merci, Corinne.

CHALET CONFORT POUR UN SEJOUR REUSSI

Equipements - isolation - déco - propreté - canapés+tv+couchages de qualité (très rare en locatif estival) - accès et localisation - calme - et temps clément, autant d'éléments essentiels et positifs qui nous ont permis d'apprécier nos 15 jrs cet été, en faisant peu ou 0 km pour de belles randos à faible dénivelé pour les genoux. Terrine et bière en guise de bienvenue ! Boucher-traiteur + boulanger à 10 mn à pieds. Voisinage immédiat par chance discret. Pas de rencontre physique avec les propriétaires éloignés mais contacts fluides et retours rapides et efficaces. Quoi demander de plus !

Le confort au calme

Chalet super joli avec tout le moderne qu il faut dans le charme d un chalet. Tout est pensé pour notre confort. Environnement super apaisant avec la forêt et un petit ruisseau juste derrière la maison. Plein de visites à faire a 15 minutes maxi (lacs, super Besse...). Je recommande !

Weekend entre amis

Un weekend entre copains pour fêter une occasion spéciale. Le chalet est absolument parfait dans sa configuration, son équipement et ses prestations. Le cadre est somptueux. Cette année, l'Auvergne était majestueuse avec cette météo qui avait favorisé la végétation. Les échanges avec la propriétaire sont très fluide et les réponses parfaites. Avec gentillesse et bienveillance, ce qui est très appréciable! Merci!

Superbe chalet, tout confort

Le chalet est vraiment beau, donne sur une forêt magnifique, il est très confortable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour petits et grands (ustensiles de cuisine, équipements, jeux de société...). Malgré le beau temps pas vraiment au rendez-vous, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le chalet et avons apprécié la beauté de la nature environnante. Notre hôte a toujours été trės réactive et très arrangeante. Nous recommandons vivement!
