New villa, air conditioned in every room, comfortable, with 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 beds 80 can be pushed together), each with a private bathroom, a large living room fully equipped kitchen. The 40 sqm terrace is covered and offers an unobstructed view of the countryside.
The villa 'A Murta is located on the lower joint of Sollacaro in the countryside, near the prehistoric site of Filitosa. The nearest beaches are a few miles Porto-Pollo and Abbartello (Olmeto-range). Propriano 20 km away.

We also offer a villa for 6 persons for rent.

Très bon séjour, maison très sympa au calme avec une vue magique pour les repas en soirée, maison toute équipée, propre, moderne, bien entretenue, clims neuves ... Parfait. Merci aux propriétaires, disponibles, agréables, très attentionnés, vraiment tout y est pour passer un bon séjour. Location très bien placée : Ajaccio, Propriano, Porto Vechio et bien-sûr Bonifacio dans un rayon de 1h30 de voiture.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires . Rien à redire sur la maison : tout est parfait! Très propre, maison moderne très bien équipée avec la grande terrasse permettant de prendre les repas à l'extérieur . Hors village, au calme avec vue panoramique sur les vallons corses... nous avons passé un très agréable séjour ! La villa est bien située, au calme tout en étant proche des commerces et de la plage. Villa Propre, Spacieuse, bien agencée, rien ne manquait. Très beaux parterres de fleurs et même un petit coin potager ! Grand jardin avec un coin détente qui appelle à la farniente sous un olivier. Belle vue de la terrasse. Propriétaires sympathiques.

Wir haben uns in dem neu erbauten Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt; die Vermieter waren nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war in einem sauberen, tadellosen Zustand. Zu jedem Zimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad; dieses ist türlos an das Schlafzimmer angeschlossen. Die nahegelegenen Strände (v.a. in Richtung Propriano) sind besonders schön. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

"Une très agréable et très confortable nouvelle maison, dotée de tout le confort moderne. Une grande terrasse couverte permet de profiter d''une vue magnifique. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances magnifique à 10 minutes en voiture de la côte tout en étant à la campagne. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis très gentiment, bref un séjour inoubliable dans un pays magnifique."
