Hello, my name is Gordan. I have managed "Affordable Villa" for the last 14 years. I am also Property Manager for 3 other villas in Sutivan.
Please read all references.
During the summer I reside in Sutivan, and I 'll be your host for the duration of your stay. I have a house at the same alley, 10 steps away.
Please note that bed sheets and towels are provided. Consumption of electricity and water, and villa cleaning charges are included in the rental price.
As common practice, guests that have booked villa for 2 weeks or longer, will get replacement towels and bed sheets on mid-term or after one week stay.

As your host, I shall contact you close to the time of your arrival with detailed instructions for the easiest and the fastest way to get to the villa from the Split Airport or, if you are arriving by car with driving directions from the Supetar Ferry Port to Sutivan Parking and to villa.
If you are planning to arrive by car, or if you decide to hire a car upon arrival to the Airport or Supetar, please let me know in advance, and I will send you detailed instructions how to get to villa from the Supetar Ferry Port. Villa is approx. 15 minutes' drive from the Supetar Ferry dock [ 7 Km ].
After arrival and refreshment at the villa, I’ll take you for the tour of Sutivan to show you the shortest way to the beach, and to get you familiarized with locations of the grocery stores, ATM machine, café-bars, restaurants, exchange office and other amenities. This will take approx. 20 minutes' walk.

As part of the house rules, please note that parties are welcome, but we would appreciate if you would respect the neighbors and keep noise down after 11 PM!

There is a large terrace with gas barbeque and open view of Sutivan, ideal for al fresco dining.
Comfortably can accommodate maximum 10 people. Also, villa is at a very quiet location, away from daily bustle yet close to everything.
Villa is 3 min walk to "Bunta Beach" - Sutivan's most popular beach.
It is about 20 meters away from the popular garden restaurant "Dora", and
2 minutes' walk to grocery stores, ATM, parking and other amenities.

250m2 stone villa in the heart of old Sutivan. Spacious kitchen, Living Room and bedrooms. Fully equipped, A/C, W/D, D/W, TV, Wi-Fi. All bedrooms are air conditioned, plus the upper Sitting Room. # bathrooms + separate 2 toilet rooms.
