Your vacation home is protected by bacteria killing UV technology within the air conditioning equipment. The cooling/heating system is treated with an odor free anti-microbial product on a regular basis.
This unit is located on the 11th floor with over 1300 square feet of living space, 200 square feet of covered outdoor space with table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers. If you are lucky you will get to see the dolphins right out front. Beach service included during season.

Long Beach Resort offers three pools, 2 hot tubs and a beautiful sandy beach right out the back door with coded access. Long Beach is a gated community with 24 hour security and high speed elevators for your convenience.
Panama City Beach is a great area to spend time with family and friends. We are close to shopping, lots of attractions and golf courses. The resort offers carefree check in so that you go right to this home (except during spring break) You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one person that is at least 25 for every two people under 25 years old. This condo is very popular so don’t wait to book your home away from home special vacation.

During this time, the beach access will be located at Tower 1, East Pool and Hot Tub are currently open (between Tower 1-2), Center and West pools are scheduled to reopen last week of March (tentatively).
