The pool and the house is ideal for families with children. You will be welcomed by professionals on site who will be there to assist you throughout the stay. Your well being will be our priority.

Garden maintenance and swimming pool twice a week.

Important Note July, August: Reservations will be accepted during the week from Saturday to Saturday only. Otherwise, the traveler will have to cancel the booking.

We left our car outside the property as the driveway was too steep to back into, especially as it was wet for the first week. Air conditioning/heating was a must as it was cold whilst we were there. The management company responded quickly when we had a query.

Clean and spacious. Loved the fridge's ice maker. Upstairs double beds both very low to the ground so not suitable for my elderly parents. More practical kitchen utensils would be useful. Tv and music system ( CD player) could do with updating. Otherwise very nice, lovely pool area and the Cafe Del Arte restaurant is fabulous and just a one minute walk.

Spacious villa with nice pool. Really good for kids with a gated pool and lots of outside seating Check in process was brief, but owner was very responsive and extremely helpful (eg to source the highchair which was missing on arrival as it was being cleaned). Would stay again.

Great Stay

This was a lovely property in a lovely area and only a five minute drive to the marina. The property itself was very nice and clean and the communication with the owner and property management company was excellent. I will definitely consider this villa on my next trip to Vilamoura!

Lovely villa

We loved this villa, it was perfect for young children. The gated pool was a godsend with both children being 5 and under. The walk to the marina was a good 40 mins, but there is a resort train which runs every hour which you can catch. The taxis are also very reasonable.

Spacious villa

The villa had everything we needed, plenty of room for 10 people to live and sleep. We had nights in with a barbecue and nights out in Vilamoura. The area close to the villa didn’t really have anything and it was a bit of a trek to the Spar supermarket but the Uber taxis were fantastic and so cheap. Would definitely recommend the villa to future holiday makers

Excellent villa in lovely location

We enjoyed an amazing 2 week family holiday here. The villa is spacious and had everything we needed. The outside space is also lovely, including the pool and pool area. The AC is great and very much needed during the very hot days/nights. There is no AC in the downstairs twin bedrooms, however these rooms never felt hot and the fans supplied were sufficient, so this wasn't an issue for us. The villa is in a lovely residential area and only 5 minutes drive to the marina, where there are many lovely restaurants and ice cream parlours to enjoy. I also have to mention Cafe Del Arte, which is a couple of minutes walk from the villa. Lovely food, attentive and friendly staff, definitely worth a visit. Any queries that we had were answered/rectified quickly either by the owner or property agency. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we return to Vilamoura.

Incredible holiday

Absolutely fantastic property. Perfect for families with the gated pool. Host and management company were fantastic, the host couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely return. We had the best 9 days here. Perfect location for exploring but also being out of the way a little. So easy in Ubers to get anywhere you want or on the little train. Nice restaurants in walking distance, coffee shop, spar for fresh bread etc. Thank you so much.

Fantastic property and holiday

Very easy to communicate with and villa was exactly as described. The villa was ideal for our party of 9, plenty of space and everything we needed was in it. It was an excellent properly and we will definitely use again. It was very clean on arrival with plenty of towels etc, cleaned during our stay, beds/towels changed etc and pool maintained several times during the stay. The best base to explore Vilamoura and surrounding areas. Check in was easy, we were met at the property by the agent, and check out was just the same.

Fabulous family holiday

Everything you could need for a family holiday! The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and we loved the sun beds. The pool was shallow enough one end for our 7 year old to stand up in but deep the other end, big enough to have a quick swim. Kitchen had everything you need to cook if desired, ice and water out the fridge was a nice perk.Check in and out was super easy and friendly, they sorted a cot and highchair for the baby with no issues. Communication before and during was really good, made sure we knew where we were going and someone was there to meet us, literally no stress at all.Location wise, its set on a beautiful street, really quiet, other than next doors parrot which supplied some laughs. We had a car so drove to the marina most days to eat or to the beach, only 6-7 minute drive and plenty of free parking. We also enjoyed the 10-15 minute stroll to nearby restaurants and the shop.We had such a fabulous relaxing week I'm sure we will be back.

We were a family of 9 and the villa had ample space to accommodate all of us very well. There were a couple of shower rooms a little on the small side and it would improve sleep with some quality mattresses one bedroom requires a long mirror and another hairdryer would have been a blessing. A portable ramp for car on drive is definitely a must as we struggled with the gutters being very deep. We worried about the pool not being heated but found it wasn’t too much of an issue the built in bbq was great and well used. We had a couple of issues like cooker didn’t work and 2 fans for the children’s room was broke but I contacted the owner and next day the problems were solved, Communication was excellent! It’s about a 20 min walk to the Marina and beach which is lovely and a 15 minute walk to the old town also very lovely but if you didn’t want to walk the taxis are super cheap. Everywhere was very clean and food was excellent we definitely are looking to go back and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at same villa.

Fabulous Family Villa

Beautiful villa and gated pool ideal for small children, gardens to run around in and security gates, so no escaping! Kitchen fully equipped with everything you could need, 2 coffee machines, great fridge with ice vending, washing machine and tumbler. Top floor bedrooms spacious and 2 bedrooms downstairs great for the kids, windows lock with shutters and good AC. Our host was friendly and always contactable if we had any questions. Area around the villa was beautiful, 2 great restaurants 2 minutes away or 15-20 walk to Old Village where there are some places to eat/small supermarket. Marina is around 30-40 minutes to walk but if the weather is hot best to get an Uber. Beaches are gorgeous and fully equipped with sun beds/restaurants.

Good-sized villa in a lovely location

On the whole we were happy with the villa and we enjoyed our stay.The outside space is its best feature, with a great pool and nicely maintained gardens.Inside, the Villa is a good size and had plenty of room for our party of 6 adults. The decor was OK but nothing special and it was interesting that, as we entered the villa for the first time, nobody said “oh, this is nice” or any of the usual things you might expect to hear when you go somewhere new that’s nice. I think one of the reasons is that the main lounge is quite poorly appointed. There is a slightly scruffy looking L-shaped sofa and that’s pretty much it. No coffee table to put your drinks on, just a sofa, one additional chair next to it, and then a large expanse of… nothing. There are two little white tables that are clearly for little ones to use which we tried to utilise as coffee tables but (a) they were so light that the slightest touch would make them move and potentially spill your drink; and (b) they look absolutely battered, with the edging strips peeling away and the surfaces bubbling. Also, the mantelpiece, which could’ve been a nice feature, had what looked like an old glass candelabra on it that, bizarrely, contained a handful of silver screws but no candle. I’ve no idea why it was left in prime position above the fire but it, plus the batteries that were also left on the mantelpiece, made what was quite a bare room look scruffy which was a shame as it has the potential to be a nice lounge area.

Hi Scott, I'm surprised by your comment, as I've never had any negative comments about the house as a whole, nor about the layout of the living room. As far as the sofa is concerned, it's fairly recent, dating from 2 years ago. We chose an angled model precisely so that we could lie down on it, but also so that we could open it up, as it is a sofa-bed, which is much appreciated by our guests. As far as the two white tables are concerned, they are coffee tables, not children's tables, and we chose 2 small ones so that they could be moved around easily, depending on the needs of the guests. As we stayed in this house for the holidays ourselves, I can guarantee that we never spilt a drink. The table, clearly intended for children, is pink and situated next to the wall with 2 small chairs. As far as the candelabra is concerned, each tenant is free to change its location, as it is not usually in this position. As for the batteries, the cleaning staff have left them there in case they need to change the batteries in the TV remote control next to the fireplace. As the house is maintained by a cleaning company and managed by a local agency, I find your comments a little harsh and unjustified. I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay and wish you all the best for the summer.
