Palmvillas 39A is a 4-bedroom spacious villa, located in a calm residential area of Vilamoura, a well know resort to have all the amenities you expect for a relaxing memorable holiday, whether you prefer to spend your time in the villa premises or take advantage of the exiting adventures offered at the marina. There is one twin bedroom on the ground floor, a second twin on the first floor and 2 double bedrooms both on the 1st floor, one of which is an en-suit with a corner bath. The kitchen is also very spacious, furnished and fully equipped in a typical Portuguese style. The town center of Quarteira and its beaches as well as the Marina of Vilamoura are 2.5kms away, 5 min drive or 20/30 min walk. There is a private pool 4 by 8 mts (13 by 26 ft) and a BBQ set in a tropical garden rich in palms and well-kept plants. The large living room (600 sq ft) has a dining table set for 10 people and a French door that opens out onto the garden. There are also 2 large supermarkets 1,5 kms away which meet all your needs during your holiday, including a variety of fresh baked bread at all times. In the town of Quarteira you can easily find many family run restaurants for local food at very economical prices. The villa situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Vilamoura.
This villa is semi-detached to Palmvillas39B, but each have their private grounds, pool and BBQ. Includes mid-week cleaning with change of towels.

This villa is absolutely amazing, with an equally brilliant host in Carlos. The property is extremely well looked after and very clean throughout, with everything you need to truly make yourself at home for the duration of your stay. The pool and gardens are perfect; it's clear that Carlos puts a lot of effort into maintenance. The villa is situated on a very quiet road, only a 15 minute walk to Continente or Pingo Doce, and around 30 minutes to Quarteira beach.We will definitely be returning and would recommend this place to anybody looking to stay in an Algarve Villa. Simply wonderful.

Amazing family holiday

We cant thank Carlos enough so easy to deal with and so helpful, really beautiful villa nice and quite area but still not to far from local harbor and beaches, Taxi ride if you have young kids. Pool area was great and kept all of us happy for the entire week. We are looking into staying again in the near future.

Beautiful villa in great location

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay in this lovely villa. The property is spacious and very comfortable. It is well-equipped and spotlessly clean.The garden and pool are of particular note- as a family we love the beach but only visited once during our stay as the pool was too good to leave!A final word about Carlos, our host. He is discreetly available at all times and his maintenance of the pool and garden is first class. Nothing is too much trouble for Carlos and he will certainly do everything to ensure you have a memorable stay.

Family Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa which is situated in a quiet residential street. Although we had a car we could easily walk into the marina (about a mile) The owner Carlos was extremely charming and helpful throughout our stay. The pool and garden areas are well maintained, we had bbq one evening and Carlos kindly gave us some charcoal! A great family break.

Beautiful Villa

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday staying in 39A Palmvillas. It was everything we hoped it would be, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Carlos was very welcoming and friendly and we would definitely stay there again. There are 2 very good supermarkets near by and it is a pleasant walk down to the marina and very easy to get a taxi back for around €6. Would not hesitate booking again!

Beautiful villa in the best location

We absolutely loved our stay here. Carlos was amazing. We had a really late arrival so he arranged for some food and drink to be at the villa for when we arrived. He was also very helpful when it came to getting out and about of the villa. Vilamoura itself is a beautiful place and the Marina was a brilliant place to visit during the day and of an evening, with some lovely restaurants and bars. We can’t wait to visit again.

This was our second stay at Carlos’ villa and once again it did not disappoint. The villa contains everything a family requires for their stay. We spent most of our visit outside in the beautiful garden where the kids had an amazing time in the pool. Carlos’ hospitality is unrivaled – accommodating all of our many requests. The villa is situated on a lovely quiet street and only a very short drive to Vilamoura Marina and the lovely beaches in Quarteria. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Der Gastgeber war super nett und hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft, besonders in der Villa-Umgebung, die eine entspannte Atmosphäre bietet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, was für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgte. La villa est exactement la même qu'en photo, magnifique et très propre ! L'endroit est très calme et idéal pour des vacances en famille. Gros plus : changement des serviettes de toilettes 2x par semaine, des draps de lit 1x par semaine avec le ménage.. tout est parfaitement géré. Carlos est un hôte très gentil, discret et très humain. Voiture appréciée malgré tout avec des petits loups car quelques kms pour aller vers le port/la plage. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce lieu où nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Merci Carlos !

Lots to Love About Villamoura…

The house and backyard pool area is very well kept - as advertised on VRBO. It’s a great location in an upscale and safe neighborhood and very close to grocery stores. Car traffic on the road behind the house was loud but we got used to it. Carlos is a wonderful host - went out of his way to get the wifi fixed when we had issues during our stay. Would recommend this villa to anyone.

Très belle et grande maison située dans un quartier résidentiel loin des bruits festifs mais assez près pour y accéder Carlos et un hôte très gentille et à l écoute de la moindre demande entretien piscine très bien suivie tous les deux jours sans nous déranger très surpris en milieu de semaine changement de serviettes de salle de bains par des toute propre ainsi que serviettes de plages tout parfait attention pour les capsul de cafés bien prendre ceux affichés sur le plan travaille merci Carlos Quand nous reviendrons dans la region nous reprenons en location votre maison

Why they chose this property

This property was designed and buit for my family use. And it provided many years of pleasure. However the children grew up and when on with their own lives, and it just became too big for 2. So we decided to give it a try and manage it as a holiday rental. Its been a success for the last 20 years.
