Completely renovated, this ideal apartment for a weekend or a long stay in the sun is located in the heart of Principe Real, 2 minutes walk from the charming Praca das Flores of the Botanical Garden and 5 minutes walk from Chiado, near the most famous view of Lisbon .

Located on the top floor, this apartment of over 60m2 offers two incredible views of Lisbon from the large living room terrace and the bedroom balcony.

The sun fills the apartment thanks to the large bay windows in the living room. The American kitchen opens onto the living room and allows you to cook before having lunch/dinner on the terrace.

The apartment is also fully 'connected': Wifi and flat screens with cable (100 TV channels) in the living room and in the bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A €60 CLEANING FEE IN ADDITION TO THE PAYMENT to Abritel/VRBO/Expedia, to be left on site before your departure.

For arrival after 8 p.m. please specify when booking. Fees may apply.

The property was beautiful! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed drinking wine on the terrace and seeing the amazing views. Being able to see the rooftops and the water while under the stars was incredible . The location was quiet but within walking distance around the city. The neighborhood parks with music and food delights were wonderful. There were small grocery stores nearby for snacks, and coffee shops for a good start to the day. We had a wonderful experience staying in this delightful apartment in this quaint neighborhood.

My wife and I stayed for 5 days in Lisbon. The condo was perfect for the trip. From the new Aldi (a 5min walk) to the public square with drinks, food and coffee this was a perfect location for our trip. The property is clean and well kept. Therese was a great host and always willing to help with any questions. We'd definitely come back to this location on our next trip to Lisbon.

I enjoyed our stay in this apartment, great views and a lovely large balcony where we sat each evening. It is within walking distance to many sights and tourist attractions. Even though it is uphill to get home, the metro is close by as well as the bus and trams. The host was helpful and left many tips for local activities. I hope to be back one day.

Fabulous apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at Therese’s fabulous apartment. We got used to the steep stairs but the reward of the stylish and large apartment made up for it. We had everything we needed - comfy furniture and b d, well equipped kichen including a washing machine and a lovely bathroom. Therese was very fast in responding to any questions we had and we loved the area with local restaurants and proximity to downtown.
