Cute apartment in a fantastic location—walking distance to a lot of the sights and with an abundance of bars/restaurants nearby. Very comfortable for four people. The host, Mario, was extremely helpful and accessible. We only stayed a couple of nights, but this would be a great place for a longer stay in Lisbon—if you can get in: it is often booked, and for good reason I now see!

Wonderful apartment in the center

Great location and a wonderful neighborhood. Close to many sights, restaurants, stores. Compared to other places we stayed at in Portugal, this one could use some minor updating, otherwise it would be 5 stars. Both beds (the queen and the sofa bed) were comfortable. The restaurant next door is great. Mário is super nice and responsive. He has several apartments in Lisbon and we’d definitely stay at one of his places again.

A Great Experience

We enjoyed the location of this apartment. There were many things within walking distance. The apartment was beyond expectation in terms of cleanliness and amenities. It was easy to contact Mario and he and his team were helpful and welcoming. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Lisbon.

Mobility

Lisbon is quite hilly with cobblestone sidewalks that are slippery when raining. The location is a 7minute walk to Rossi square where you will be close to great shopping and tons of restaurants

Comfortable Stay in Lisbon

The apartment is comfortable and has all the amenities we wanted--clothes and dish washers, 2 bedrooms, plentry of closet space and a house cleaning mid-stay. It's in a great location, too. We would definitely stay again. The manager was very accessible and willing to share his knowledge of the city. A great visit!

Mario is an excellent host. He’s thorough and kept in touch with me throughout booking and checking in. He’s very personable and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend staying here. It’s a perfect place in the center of town

Downtown Lisbon

Check in was easy with Mario. Just had to give him a head's up on when we would be arriving. We had a car as well and you had to unload very quickly as it is a one way street and then drive to the underground parking garage. Garage is safe with private key card access for residents only. The place is very sweet. Looks just like the pictures with a large kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. All the kitchen utensils you could ever want. The bathroom is a little old with a very tiny/narrow sink. The tub/shower was higher than the floor and it was a little hard for me to get out of as it was a big step down to the floor. It would be harder for an older person. The flat is on the 2nd storey so don't bring too much luggage as you have to walk the stairs. It was a perfect location. Comfy beds, lots of closet space. Loved opening the windows to the street below. Lots of restaurants close by. Would stay again.

Great location

We had a great stay. Mario was excellent with his suggestions around town. I am glad we stay here near great restaurants and the funicular which made it easy to go down to the water and other sights to see.

The apartment was extremely clean and Mario was very helpful. He responds to emails quickly whenever I needed information, he was great! He greets you at the place when you arrive and explains how everything works he was so helpful. Thank you again Mario!

Great location

Only 6 minutes to the Rossio train station and 6 minutes in the other direction to get to the Santa Justa Lift. Great restaurants all around. Make reservations at the restaurant 2 doors down to avoid disappointment.

Great place in perfect location!

Lovely Place with Great Location

We were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of four—clean and well decorated, plenty of space, comfortable beds, and all the amenities we needed. Mario is a very communicative and accommodating host, as well. The location couldn’t be better! Easy access to what we desired in the city, but tucked away on a quiet little street. We would definitely return and will recommend to friends.

Excellent accommodation!!

This property is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and in a great location for visiting Lisbon’s historic city center. We walked and used the Metro and trolley to get around…all very easy, especially with the Lisboa card for public transportation. We especially appreciated the quiet bedroom in the back and the many wonderful restaurants nearby.

Lisbon Chiada perfect stay. Luxurious place.

Mario keeps a beautiful apartment and a beautiful location. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring in every direction from his apartment for those that like to walk you will have the opportunity to explore over 5 miles of walking every day as we did. We had a car, but kept it parked in Mario’s garage.
