The private hot tub and gas grill on each individual balcony truly sets Turquoise Place apart from every other vacation property! Turquoise Place 801D is a Gulf front condo with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. There is a King in the Master bedroom, a King in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in each of the additional bedrooms plus one of the additional bedrooms has a Twin over Twin bunk bed. There is also a foldout couch in the Living Room for a total sleeping capacity of 12. Enjoy the spacious, over 1200 square foot balcony with great views of Cotton Bayou, overlooking the marina and looking out to the east. This condo also has direct views of the tennis courts as well as the lazy river, and being on the 8th floor is close enough to be within talking distance of the swimming pool, tennis courts and lazy river without using the elevator. Turquoise Place features an outdoor Lazy River, tennis courts, 2 Huge outdoor pools, 2 Huge indoor pools with, spacious steam rooms and dry saunas, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center. Very nice, spacious, with great morning sun, and conveniently close to everything in Orange Beach. The balcony railing was broken at the base and was repaired with a plastic zip-tied piece of plywood. Sketchy. TVs could use a refresh, and more dishes could be added.

Overall, it’s a really nice condo and it is worth the money for sure. The condo seems to be worn down, but with a new coat on paint on the walls, the place would look immaculate. Great place for a family vacation!

Beautiful condo with exceptional view

This condo, by far, was the best we have ever stayed at, in Orange Beach. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The management company was very helpful in setting up our vacation. The amenities were wonderful and the staff was extremely nice. We will definitely stay here, on our next visit to Orange Beach.

First, I want to start out by saying I love turquoise Place. This was my fifth time staying at the turquoise place and every experience either met or exceeded my expectation, but sadly this one did not. It had nothing to do with the resort but everything to do with the condo itself. In years past I have always rented a condo at turquoise place through private owners. This was the first time using Prickett Properties. They were helpful, attentive and easy to work with however the condo was in severe need of updates/repair. The whole condo was in need of fresh paint, The furniture was worn (apart from main couch), chairs were broken and the leather on some of them were ripped. Some of the curtains even had holes in them. It was definitely in need of some TLC

Great condo, great view

We love staying at the Turquoise place - the amenities are hard to beat. This condo was great, well stocked, had plenty of room for our family that ranged from 1 to 81 years old. Beds weren't the most comfortable - some of the furniture seemed worn out, but we weren't here to lounge on the couch - we were here for the beach! Kitchen was well stocked, extra pillows and blankets in the master bedroom, comfy patio furniture, grill and hot tub both worked great, and check in was a breeze. Thank you for a relaxing weekend!

This condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean. Great corner unit. WiFi worked great. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. The management company (Pricket Properties) was super easy from check in to check out. Overall great experience !!

Luxury unit but sub par furnishings

The Turquoise Place buildings are absolutely fabulous ! The huge rooms and balonconies definitely made leaving home better. The granite and the tile and color scheme was perfect. The kitchen is HUGE and is great for entertaining a large family. I love the hot tub on the balcony and the grill!!!! We did have to report nasty water and a jet not working but they promptly drained it and refilled and fixed on day 2. But it would have been nice on day one with the LONG drive we had to make. The pool and lazy river are amazing !!!!! We didn't try the sauna or the gym but looked very nice. We also love the little bar place to eat and have snacks or drinks by the pool! And drinks and dipping dots!!! Kids love that ! The main two complaints we had were the Furnishings all need to be replaced. The living room furniture is out of date, dirty and very uncomfortable. The master mattress was like cardboard and just awful to sleep on. The kitchen has no non stick skillet! And the master bath has NO lock between it and the laundry room! So if you have non family with you or in laws, they can walk in on you naked in a glass shower !!!! What were they thinking ! The owners said they removed it because it wasn't needed. ?!?!?! If you are renting out your condo, it needs to be set at certain standards of comfort and convenience. Also I feared the safety of the balcony railing. They said the last hurricane had damaged them. So there were plywood boards placed throughout the rails. It was several rooms not just this one. We had the love of our life , grandson with us and feared for his safety the entire time. I would rent at turquoise again but not this room NOTE. they did refund our cleaning fees after I send them photos

Great Vacation

This was a beautiful condo with lots of nice amenities!! The view of the ocean was spectacular! We loved all the space both inside and out, it made the vacation very comfortable. Now for the bad! Oven took for ever to preheat, hot water was hit or miss in the showers, had maintenance look at it with no luck. Also had water raining down on the balcony a handful of time, after complaining 3 days in a row the staff finally checked on it and found too many people were in the hot tub two floors up and it was overflowing. Overall it was a positive experience and the place was great!!!!

Spacious and well appointed

This condo was huge and very well appointed. I was there for our annual siblings get together. Myself, my three brothers and their spouses, all of us 75 plus. Love the patio which had plenty of seating and table space. Also plenty of seating in the living area and at the dining table. Kitchen was huge. We did have a problem working the oven; some instructions there would have been nice. Loved the ice maker at the bar area. Beds were extremely comfortable. Floor to ceiling windows everywhere.

Great family vacation

Normally I’m bored when we do a beach vacation. The amenities of the resort and condo are great for family. Our only issue was that the ladder for the bunk beds isn’t kid friendly (unattached and not sturdy enough for our 7 year old to go up and down), so we didn’t use the top bunk at all.
