Nice place with room for improvement

We spent 14 nights at this house with 2 families (4 adults, 4 children). We relay enjoyed this place outside of San Teodoro. The view from the terrace onto the sea was really beautiful. The distance to the beach is approx. 5 minutes walking. Swimming in the sea before the breakfast was a must. Having the pool and outdoor shower in the back of the house was nice add on especially for the kids. Nether the less we recommend the landlord invest into some improvements: the kitchen should be refurbished and cleaned up much more in detail. Especially the slight oil film on the surface of some cupboards was not that nice. A screwdriver could help to fix the doors, the dishwasher machine peers out abt. 10 cm from the rest of the floor unit, the dish is a mixture of different sets, not a single cover fitted to a pot and not a single wine glas in the kitchen (in Italy?!). The A/C must be cleaned in general. But overall not bad

Magnifique cadre

Très belle maison avec vue sur une plage magnifique. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la proximité de la plage isuledda. Terrasse et coin piscine très agréable. Literie et confort de la maison excellent. Toutefois il manquait de la vaisselle (couverts et verres) et un micro ondes. San Teodoro est ville sympathique et animée Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und sehr schönem Meerblick

wir hatten sehr schöne 2 Wochen Urlaub und das Haus entspricht völlig der Beschreibung. Gerne wieder und vor allem mit Kindern zu empfehlen da es nah zum Strand gelegen ist und man immer die Möglichkeit hat auch mal nur kurz zum Strand zu gehen oder am Pool tu bleiben wenn der Strand zu voll ist

Lovely property and stay but......

This is a lovely property and was in an ideal position for us but was spoilt by a few niggley things. Communication with the owner/manager was not good they were slow to respond and this was not helped by a language barrier. We had to wait some time in the hotel car park down the road before we were shown to the villa. This was after a call to ask whether we required bathroom towels and for how many people. At the property the extra childs put-up beds that had been agreed were not present, I had to show them the email where they had agreed to providing them. The beds were promptly provided but the bed sheets for all the beds and the towels were all dumped in a plastic bag. We had to make up all the beds. The swimming pool was still being cleaned with a robot, green algae could be seen on the pool sides so it had obviously not been done for some time. Glass bricks in the path near to the pool were broken with sharp edges exposed, hardly ideal when you have children running around. We asked for it to be fixed and were provided with cotton rugs to cover it up. One of the shower trays was cracked, it had been filled with sealant which had then gone black so was unsightly, the grout around the tiles in the shower cubicle was also very grubby...just needed a good scrub with some bleach. The fridge had been turned off and the door left shut so was smelly when we first used it. We were also concerned that the only socket in the kitchen for kettle, toaster etc was over the sink and afterwards we realised that we had struggled with the plugs as adapters were needed. When we left, the cleaner was waiting to go in and had linen with her so it seemed that for whatever reason they just weren't prepared for us. Such a shame as with a little effort we could have rated 5* throughout.

Straordinariamente bella! Ein wundervolles kleines Anwesen

Straordinariamente bella! Auch dieses Jahr habe ich dieses wunderschöne Anwesen gemietet. Die 1-Sterne-Bewertung von Uwe B. kann ich nicht bestätigen. Uwe B. ist anscheinend Hotelurlaub gewohnt und nicht diese Art von Urlaub. Es war auch in diesem Jahr wieder die beste Entscheidung, das Haus anzumieten. Es war sauber, es gab keine Mängel. Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren tadellos. Unter uns hat eine Familie mit drei Kindern gewohnt und es war trotzdem ruhig. Zum Strand sind es zwar nur ca. 200 Meter aber man sollte mit dem Auto unbedingt auch zu den anderen Stränden fahren. Nach dem Strand kann man abends noch gemütlich in den Pool springen und nebenbei den Grill anwerfen ... was will man mehr. Die Küche ist groß genug, um für mehrere Personen zu kochen und San Teodoro ist mit seinen vielen Restaurants mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreicht. Wenn Sie abends am Pool oder auf der Terrasse sitzen, werden Sie die Stille sehr genießen. Der hintere Teil des Hauses ist nicht verbaut, man schaut vom Pool direkt in die Natur. Wenn Sie kein italienisch können, dann lassen Sie sich die Telefonnummer von Adriano geben. Er kann gut Englisch sprechen und ist sehr gut per Telefon und SMS erreichbar. Einmal fiel die Pumpe vom Pool aus und er kam sogar noch nachts um 23 Uhr, um danach zu schauen. Habe mich jederzeit gut betreut und aufgehoben gefühlt. Fazit: ein wirklich tolles und ruhiges Haus mit einem Traumausblick. Absolut empfehlenswert!

San Teodoro Villa mit Pool nur 50 Meter vom Meer entfernt

Aufenthalt von Mitte Juni bis Anfang Juli 2016, 2 Personen Lage des Hauses: auf einer Anhöhe gelegen, sehr schöner Meerblick, Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings ist die Entfernung bis zum Meer niemals nur 50 Meter, wie angegeben. Inneneinrichtung: Wohnraum: Küche in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, , Spülmaschine spült nur in jedem zweiten Waschgang, Herd verschmutzt und Mülleimer ebenso. Geschirr teilweise angeschlagen, 8 Kaffeebecher insgesamt, einfachste Kaffeemaschine, Gläser (Wein- und Wasser) insgesamt 10 Stck. 1 Schneidebrett im gesamten Haus, nichts gegen einfache Ausstattung aber so geschmacklos und "zusammengewürfelt" einfach schrecklich. Sofa völlig verschmutzt und total abgenutzt, da hilft auch ein hässlicher Überwurf (ebenfalls schon sehr abgenutzt nichts). Bäder: sehr einfache Ausstattung, von uns bestellte Handtücher, ursprünglich mal weiße Farbe, völlig verwaschen, teilweise kaputt. Es wäre schön, wenn man ein Mindestmaß an Hygieneartikeln für seine Gäste bereithalten würde. (Handwaschseife und WC Papier). Schlafräume (3) zwei von uns genutzt. Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe. Alte und durchgelegene Matratzen, Kopfkissen, die man als solche nicht benutzen möchte (Nackenschmerzen vorprogrammiert), Bettwäsche kunterbunt, nur in einem Schlafzimmer Nachttische mit Beleuchtung, alles total stillos. In drei zur Verfügung stehenden Schlafräumen, 10 Kleiderbügel (natürlich abgenutzt und uralt). Da wird das Auspacken und Einräumen zur Herausforderung. Licht im Flur des Hauses ging vom ersten Tag nicht und wurde auch nicht repariert. Leider steht das Haus einem nicht komplett zur Verfügung. der untere Teil wird ebenfalls vermietet und es ist total hellhörig. Fazit: Wir würden dieses Haus nicht noch einmal mieten. man fühlt sich als Gast in keiner Weise in diesem Haus willkommen.

Ein Traum

Man hat alles was man braucht. Ein schönes sauberes Haus, ein Pool, einen Strand in der Nähe und eine wundervolle Terrasse mit Meerblick. Internetverbindung sehr gut und Klimaanlage in fast jedem Raum. Ankommen und wohlfühlen. Die Besitzer sind sehr zuverlässig. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen und nur viel Lob!

Lovely Villa, great location and views

We stayed for 2 weeks in the lovely villa. It is approx. 30 min walk into San Teodoro along the coast, the views are stunning and the pool is great fun. Luckily the next door neighbours were not there, as it would have been less private as their garden does over look the pool (They have 2 tortoises in their garden which were entertaining ;-)). Also some issues with the boiler for hot water, but the neighbour below who shares the boiler kept coming up to change the battery. A little annoying for privacy, but good he was close to keep fixing it. Overall a great villa, great for exploring Sardinia, we had a car and toured around the complete North of the island, gorgeous beaches and coastline and was great to get back to the villa, to have a BBQ and a drink on the balcony in the evening

Ottima soluzione fuori S, Teodoro

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in questa casa in località Costa Caddu, fuori san teodoro. la struttura è molto bella e ben tenuta in un contesto naturale tranquillo , fuori dal caos del paese. Internamente si ha un buon compromesso tra praticità e stile con tutti i comfort, inclusi aria condizionata, lavastoviglie , lavatrice, biancheria e stoviglie. All'esterno la struttura esprime al meglio il suo potenziale: barbecue , piscina privata con area prendisole e splendida terrazza con vista sul mare e Tavolara. L'accesso al mare è molto comodo e in 5 minuti (reali) a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia dell'Isuledda. Attenta la gestione con disponibilità ad accontentare il cliente (avevamo chiesto tavolo e qualche sedia per pranzare all'esterno e un paio di abat jour che ci sono stati portati in giornata). L'offerta è di livello elevato e il prezzo, in particolare nel periodo in cui ci siamo stati noi, è conseguente.

La villa si trova in un c...

La villa si trova in un contesto ideale per chi ama la tranquillità e per chi ha bambini, ben arredata e ben attrezzata. La vista di cui si gode dalla casa è meravigliosa, molto meglio che da foto. Molto bello anche il giardino, curato, un ulteriore spazio per i bambini. Bella anche la piscina. E' stata una splendida vacanza
