Spring break February 2025

At the end of the stay, we headed home pretty pleased. The day we arrived, we found the unit "not ready for guests." There was floor replacement done and cleaners were to clean, but did not. Neither the cleaners or the host did their job, and this started our stay out on a sour note. This was remedied, but never should have occurred. We four (4) were there, close to Peoria Sports Center, to attend Seattle Mariner Spring Ballgames, so location was good. The price was "too high for what we needed," just saying" not complaining. The location would be a prize for a group of 10 guys taking in Spring Break, as it allows parties and such, which you pay for even is your don't use. Hope you get my drift. I look at this rental as a learning experience in the VRBO market. The clues were there, I missed them, that's OK, it's on me.

Unfortunately there was an issue with contractors finishing a flooring job late. I took full responsibility, but the house was not ready on day one however I did make it ready on day two and as the reviewer stated, they were pleased at the end of the day. I appreciated their patience, although I am rather disappointed with the rating being that I did make it right. This was a one time issue and should not be a problem moving forward.

Nice House Quiet Neighborhood

Great place to stay for spring training baseball! Good house for a group because the owner provides flexible bedding arrangements. The kitchen is nice, the TV is huge, hot tub, pool table... responsive and pleasant owner. Glad we stayed here.
