Un super séjour

Le but était de faire découvrir la Bretagne à ma maman pour son anniversaire, pari réussi, elle a adoré. Le logement etait parfait avec une vue sur la mer incroyable et le soleil était de la partie... une réussite Petit plus, nous avons pu amener notre chien avec nous ce qui est une obligation pour nous... Merci Régis

Agréable logement pour court séjour.

Très bon séjour, hormis le WIFI presque inexistant. Pour avoir une connexion proche de la normal, un câble RJ45 est fortement conseillé. Pour le réseau téléphonique, juste un 3G avec deux petite barres.

Court séjour sympa

2 jours, quasiment juste dormis dans la location, belle vue de la cuisine. Tout est ok, propriétaire très sympathique. Un point négatif cependant : il est vraiment indispensable de mettre des voilages que l on puisse tirer si nécessaire sans se priver de lumière, ainsi que des rideaux occultants car tout est vitré sur la pièce de vie (y compris la porte d'entrée entourée de 2 fenêtres qui donnent sur le parking) car les gens qui passent ont le visuel direct sur nous (et on bien sûr tendance à regarder) et cela est dérangeant. Sinon petit triplex sympa.

L’appartement est bien situé pour visiter la région et aussi pour profiter de la jolie plage.

Appartement propre et bien situé. Idéal pour 3 personnes, il peut aussi être réservé pour 4 personnes mais attention pas de vraies chambres cloisonnées. Il est très bien équipé et il dispose d’une petite terrasse pour profiter de l’extérieur.

Un excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce charmant appartement. La vue sur mer est superbe, il y a possibilité d'aller à la plage à pied et de faire de nombreuses balades à proximité. Le logement est lumineux, d'une propreté irréprochable et il bénéficie de nombreux équipements (cuisine équipée, TV, bonne literie...) La situation est idéale, de nombreux petits ports à visiter, la proximité avec Pont-Aven (un incontournable selon moi), un très bon restaurant au bord de la plage de Kerfany. Je recommande cette location et je remercie le propriétaire pour son acceuil chalereux.

Point positif Vue sur mer sentier côtier à proximité

Point négatif,pas d' accès direct pour la terrasse et entrée de celle ci par l'extérieur et passage des voisins mitoyens, pas de volets et tringles de rideaux qui tombent ,table bancale , escalier pour aller aux étages dangereux, forfait de ménage de n'est pas à la hauteur de la propreté il y avait plein de poussière j'ai du le faire en arrivant très déçu on ne conseille pas cette location elle semblait accueillante et grande mais la photo est trompeuse

Sehr schöner Ort zum Urlaub machen!

Das Appartment ist klein, aber sehr praktisch und optimal genutzt.Für 4 Erwachsene ist es eng. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und umkompliziert, sie sprechen auch Deutsch und Englisch. Der Weg zur Bucht ist sehr kurz und der Ausblick herrlich. Die Umgebung mit Altlantik, der traumhaften Belon-Bucht und den anliegenden Felsen und Stränden ist sehr schön. Man kann baden, wandern und Auflüge machen. Das Mezzanine-Bett (ganz oben) ist nicht durchlüftet (kein Fenster), die Vermieter haben einen Ventilator gestellt, aber bei großer Hitze ist es dort sehr heiß zum Schlafen.

Kleines Appartement, aber gut gelöstes Platzangebot. Sehr sauber und toller Blick, allerdings kann einem jeder vom Parkplatz ins Wohnzimmer/Küche sehen. Ein anderes Appartement ist nur über die eigene Terrasse/Balkon erreichbar. Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts. Die Bucht ist toll!

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement charmant (rénové avec goût), très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La vue sur la mer et sur la plage de Kerfany est superbe. Les balades (sentier côtier à proximité) sont très agréables, notamment pour aller jusqu'au port du Belon. Je remercie aussi le propriétaire pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, je garde précieusement la référence de son annonce pour un futur séjour, et je n'hésiterais pas non plus à la recommander aux amis car c'est un très bon rapport qualité / prix pour la saison.
