Our apartment is a few hundred meters from the center of Lavandou and beaches. Located off the shopping areas and once the coming evening you will enjoy a quiet location, in a building where you will meet many year-round residents.
You will be welcomed by Fabienne, the wife of the caretaker. They will be at your disposal to solve your worries less about your rental.
Fully renovated apartment in June 2013, you will find all the comfort to stay there at your ease, both in summer and winter.
Rentals are usually from Saturday to Saturday but can be modified according to availability. Rentals few days are also possible. The long duration rentals are offered at a volume discount.

Excellent as always.

We have stayed numerous times and it always lives up to expectation. There is everything in the apartment that you could want. Fabienne the caretaker is fabulous. The position is very good both for shopping and the beach. The spring flowers have been wonderful and we look forward to our next visit in July. Private secure car park is an added bonus. In our opinion everything is excellent. John&Carol.

Appartement impeccable trés soigné decoré avec goût , fonctionnel , moderne il ne manque rien . Le canapé convertible dans le salon est de très bonne marque et rapide d utilisation . La salle de bain est très fonctionnelle une grande douche et des rangements. La chambre avec les deux lits est très fonctionnelle avec beaucoup de rangements , Il y a une petite fenêtre qui peut s ouvrir . La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et il y a tout . Les WC sont séparés , modernes et surélevés . Terasse oū l ön peut manger à 4 personnes . La résidence est très calme , sécurisée et propre . Carrefour est en face . Un excellent séjour . Rien à dire tout est parfait . Merci infiniment.
