Villa Gimino - Beautiful villa with heated private pool, table football and darts

Relax while you listen to the birds singing outside this spacious traditional-style country villa with pool! Villa Gimino is located in a small village of Pifari in central Istria, where olive trees dot the large property and garden.

The ground floor of the villa consists of a large open space living area with a fireplace and TV and where you can spend family evening together. Here you will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, but also one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a guest toilet.

On the second floor are additional 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Two of them have a double bed and direct access to a balcony, an additional place where you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity. The third bedroom has two single beds.

The outdoor area is the highlight of the villa. Here you can relax by the pool laying on the comfortable sun lounger reading your favourite book or having a refreshing swim in the large pool. Just a few steps away are the covered terrace with a grill where you can show your cooking skills and prepare delicious meals.

Beautiful spots for walks, bike riding, and trekking are in vicinity of Villa Gimino and with a short drive you can reach museums, historical sites, and aquariums.

Istria is known for fresh seafood, asparagus, truffles, olive oil, and fantastic local wine-be sure to make these culinary treats part of your Villa Gimino experience!

Perfect location for exploring Croatia

Excellent property for exploring Northern Croatia. Nicely decorated inside, good facilities, plenty of space for my family of 6, however it can sleep 8 people easily. Has a BBQ area, good swimming pool with sunloungers. The property owner Toni was very helpful. Many villages and attractions within 40-60 minutes drive. I would not recommend driving from Venice airport as the Croatian border crossing took 3 hours to cross. Also, would be useful if the property had a name and sign on the gate which would be useful when finding the property. Overall, excellent property for exploring Croatia.

Tolles Haus mit großem Garten

Wir waren als zwei befreundete Familien mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern in der Villa Gimino. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Garten in riesig und gut durchdacht (viele Spiele, z.B. Tischtennis, Dart, Kicker, etc., mit denen sich die Kinder die Zeit vertreiben können). Die einzigen Kritikpunkte für uns waren, daß die Betten nicht sehr bequem waren und ich daher nicht gut geschlafen habe. Die Matratzen waren im Vergleich zu Rest des Hauses minderwertig. Das ist schade! Es waren auch viele Insekten und Mücken im Haus, die aber durch Raid-Stecker einigermaßen in den Griff zu bekommen waren. Es ist insgesamt eine wirklich tolle Anlage und ideal für Großfamilien oder Freundesgruppen.

Ein paar Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen und könnten erneuert werden (Wäscheständer, Tischkicker, Dartschreibe). Die Küchenausstattung ist für die Anzahl der Personen die dort unterkommen können, nicht optimal.

Alles war sehr gut. Schönes Haus und tolle Lage, Rovinij, Porec, Pula, etc. alles in max. 40 min erreichbar per Auto. Einziger Kritikpunkt; die Betten bzw. Matratzen könnten bequemer sein. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Super Urlaub

Das Objekt erfüllte all unsere Erwartungen. Bilder im Netz entsprechen der Realität. Drei von vier Schlafzimmern haben eigene Terasse. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Der Pool war super und hat uns eine gute Abkühlung gebracht. Objektverwalter war sehr nett und hilfreich. Wir kommen gern noch einmal.

Besser als die Fotos zu erwarten glauben

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa Gimino, die Villa war sehr sauber und der Pool/Garten toll. Im absperrbaren Grundstück gibt es sogar auf der hinteren Seite des Hauses die Möglichkeit innerhalb des Grundstück mehrere Autos zu parken. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Klimaanlage in den oberen drei Schlafräumen funktioniert immer nur wenige Minuten, dann muss diese neu eingeschaltet werden(als wie wenn ein Timer hinterlegt wäre) in Wohnzimmer/Küche haben die Klimaanlage dagegen einwandfrei funktioniert Es gibt nur zwei Nachbarhäuser, bei dem einen haben wir so gut wie nie jemanden gesehen, bei demanderen Nachbarhaus waren zwei Familien mit Kindern, die man so gut wie nicht gehört.

A perfect vacation in Istria

The house was comfortable and the seven of us enjoyed staying there immensely. Weather was perfect and we had a great time exploring Istria for the week. There is only one thing which would make the house perfect and that is more light in the kitchen. Otherwise a perfect vacation home!
