Great condo few steps from Tamarindo beach !!!!

This is a condo property around a lush garden and pool. The units are a mix of full-time owners and people who primarily rent out their condo to tourists and snowbirds.

There is a full-time gardener who really takes pride in his work, with good reason. Pool is super clean, and the plants are amazing. We have 24/7/365 guard service

We stayed here for three weeks and really enjoyed the unit, the property, and the location just 2-3 blocks from the beach. There is no reason that you need a car, but if you want one for the occasional foray into neighboring areas then there are at least five rental agencies in town.
This condo is also available for a long term rent.!!!

Our word for the month was "humble". This is a very dated unit compared to the others. No hot water faucets but there was hot water in the showers. The bed is like sleeping on a board. Constant ants on kitchen counter. We were given raid but that didnt help. It was an ok stay but not what we are used to. Good location though!

The condo was an excellent value for our month-long stay in Tamarindo; it is a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants as well as the beach, but on a quiet back street that gets little noise day or night. The place is very secure (locked gate with guard), and the shared areas of the complex are kept in excellent maintenance: the two pools were terrific and our kids made use of them daily. The apartment itself we found very comfortable. Our host was always available if we had questions and a few minor maintenance problems were dealt with promptly through his local property manager; we were very pleased with the excellent service. The ACs in all rooms were great, which was a huge help in June/July. We hope to come back soon!

Great Condo in Tamarindo

Ideal location both in Tamarindo town, and within condo units (ground floor, away from entry gate). Pets allowed! Stayed two months, never needed a car, short walk to beach and groceries/dining. Nice pool. New (huge) washer dryer in unit Unit kitchenware could use upgrade, some cookware unusable/old. We cooked every day, and managed just fine but for the sake of less clutter, some stuff could get tossed. Rodolpho helped arrange delivery of drinking water bottles - very good option. Overall, an excellent place to stay in Tamarindo.

the exterior doors don't fit the holes. We got as many bites inside as out and the ants were everywhere until I bought raid. There is no hot water anywhere but the showers, he says that "this normal"not even the kitchen sink! the light fixtures are full of dead bugs. We cleaned for two days just to get it close to clean. Even the maintenance men were surprised he'd cut the hot water pipes!Garbage outside the back door, I stopped communicating with him when I realized he didn't understand. If I could get a refund I would.

Spacious comfortable stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo. Location is good; it's a short walk to the beach, near amenities like the grocery store and restaurants. We found the condo to be quite spacious for myself, my partner and our 8 month old. Each of the bedrooms had a bathroom, plus a third half bath on the main floor which was convenient. All the bedrooms and main floor were equiped with their own AC unit. The landlord was great to communicate with, quickly responded to any messages and was thoughtful in helping us secure some extra items for our baby (high chair, etc.). The condo is quiet, secure, lots of friendly neighbours and well maintained. There were lots of beach supplies (mats, umbrella, etc.) available for our use. The bathroom supplies were a bit limited (bring your own face cloths, hair dryer, shampoo, etc.). Overall we think the condo is good value and would definitely stay here again.

Fue una gran experiencia visitar Playa Tamarindo, el condominio esta ubicado muy centrico, a solo 300 metros de la playa y del centro de Tamarindo, los supermercados, resturantes, clubs, tiendas y bancos estan muy cerca del condominio, nos encanto este lugar, es muy claro y limpio esta bien equipado Las piscinas siempre limpias para tomar un descanso de la playa Volveremos a reservar este lugar!

Lindo condominio cerca de la playa

Estuve con mi familia durante Semana Santa, y nos gusto mucho el condominio por que es muy lindo y claro, tiene guarda las 24 horas, es muy seguro. Las piscinas y jardines están bien cuidados. La unidad tiene a/c en todos los ambientes y esta bien dotada con lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones.

Tamarindo Condo

We recently stayed at this condo in March of 2016. We've stayed in Tamarindo previously, but this was my daughter's first trip at age 9. Tamarindo is quite touristy but the simplicity of the beach and laid back atmosphere is lovely. Having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen is always helpful for us. Our daughter can have her own room, and we can prepare breakfast and simple meals if we didn't feel like going out. The condo was very clean but very simply furnished. Upon arrival, the downstairs air conditioning did not work, it is a portable unit that was discharging out an open window. Since the window couldn't be closed, it was useless. I can't imagine how anyone thought this method was actually going to cool the condo. We notified the management the next day, walking the mile or so into town, and while Chad and Aura were extremely nice and kind, the unit was not actually repaired until 2.5 days later. The temperature was 95F degrees so this was disappointing. They made a kind gesture and did a mid-week cleaning of the unit. The large window facing the pool does not have any curtains or coverings, which was strange. The pool area is very, very small. There are probably 3 lounge chairs, and a nicer gazebo with a single table and 4 chairs. This is not the place to enjoy an afternoon by the pool. Because of the condo layout, the noise level can be anything...we had quiet nights and some very loud nights with drunken college students on balconies and poolside, which did not faze the security guards in the least. The location is good, it's a short walk to the beach and town, but far enough away from the noise of the main street. Aura did a great job of setting up our transportation and tours, all of our day trips were great. If I came back to Tamarindo, I probably wouldn't stay here again.
