Beautiful T2 rental with 2 large sunny terraces rare in Empuria-Brava feet in the water overlooking 2 different channels (as on a boat!) and on the snowy mountains, one can even fish from the SOUTH EAST orientated terrace. all on foot (beach, restaurants, shops, bars). The scenery of Spain 30min from France. 2 terraces with breathtaking views of the canals in the largest Marina in Europe. Quiet, 2 steps from the beach, shops, many water activities and walks in the heart of nature (several natural parks nearby). possible parking at the foot of the residence. small residence 6 apartments only (1st floor / 2)

Tijdens ons verblijf waren er onderhoudswerkzaamheden. We werden elke morgen gewekt door de motor van een hoogwerker. Miscommunicatie want er zou nog niet gestart worden met de werkzaamheden.

Bel appartement avec une vue idéale

L'appartement est conforme à la description reprise dans l'annonce. Vue imprenable sur les canaux ! Super séjour. Même si tout était parfait, la dénomination "standing" est peut-être un peu exagérée mais une connexion au wifi pourrait sans doute y contribuer. Nous tenons à remercier Christelle et son mari, de la conciergerie Akoya, pour leur sympathie, gentillesse et serviabilité.

Ferienwohnung mit super Lage😊

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig, sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Einige Dinge bzgl. Geschirr, Platz im Kleiderschrank und defekter Gegenstände müssten vom Besitzer überdacht werden, damit der angegebene Comfort erreicht wird. Wir haben ihn informiert, er hat positiv reagiert. Mal sehen…. Wir hatten direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz und konnten unsere Fahrräder bequem im Hausflur abstellen. Eine Bäckerei ist 100m entfernt, der Supermarkt fußläufig in 10 und der Strand in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad alles in wenigen Minuten. Es gibt sehr schöne Fahrradtouren auf guten Fahrradwegen. Die Routen sind bei der Tourismus Information erhältlich. Die Balkone mit Blick auf verschiedene Kanäle waren wunderbar. Spül- und Waschmaschine haben einwandfrei funktioniert, der städtische Wlan Zugang nicht. Wir hatten trotz allem einen schönen Urlaub!

Appartement très agréable

appartement parfait pour passer d'agréable vacances; la vue sur le canal où passent tous les bateaux est superbe. L'équipement de l'appartement et la proximité avec les commerces et la plage sont un plus. Merci à Mr MASANET pour ses recommandations qui sont bien utiles. Nous avons découverts d'autres endroits intéressants également et même en arrière saison il y a des beaux endroits à visiter autour d'Empuria Brava (Figueres, Castello d'Empuries, Cadaques...). A faire et refaire....
