Great place to explore both mountains and seaside

We had a lovely time in Andreas house, which is ideally situated for exploring both the mountains (national park) and the seaside. Andrea has given us plenty of advice on where to go and what to do - including his favourite pizza place, a beautiful waterfall in the mountains and a quite natural part of the beach without a Lido, all of which we wouldn't have discovered without his help. We really recommend staying at his place!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time in „the new house“ and can fully recomand this object, to have silence and natur. In the evening the temperatur is getting colder because of the wind on the mountain and you find a relaxing sleep in august. Andrea is very helpful and sympathic host.

The property was lovely and full of comfort and character. It was perfectly set up for us as a family and had everything we could need. The location was amazing, up on a tranquil hillside with beautiful views to enjoy from the surrounding grounds. It was a great spot to explore the best sites in the region.Andrea was a fantastic host. He was so helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond for us, and he even surprised our kids with easter eggs which made the trip extra special for them! His communication was excellent and we've never had such well thought out and helpful advice on what to do in the area. Andrea's advice gave us some of our best moments of the holiday. We would definitely come back to this property when we're back in the region

Der Aufenthalt bei Andrea war sehr entspannend - es hst alles gepaßtWir sind richtig erholt nach Hause gekommen und zehren noch davon.Es gibt auch tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ( San Marino), Spitzenlokale und beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Mitten in der Natur mit traumhafter Aussicht haben wir uns richtig wohl gefühlt.Andrea hat uns gut betreut und war immer erreichbar. Unsere beiden Hunde haben das riesen, eingezäumte, Grundstück freudig genossen.Herzlichen Dank Andrea - wir kommen sicher wieder.

Un bon emplacement et bonne communication au début avec le propriétaire. Mais de gros bémols : le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement (toilettes et sales d’eau très sales, saletés sous les meubles avec beaucoup d’insectes morts). Dès que nous avons signalé les problèmes, la communication du propriétaire a changé et il a fait preuve de mauvaise foi. Il a finalement accepté de faire venir quelqu’un qui est resté 20 minutes sur place pour faire semblant de frotter quelques carreaux dans une des salle d’eau, dont 6 minutes à rire au téléphone avec le propriétaire…La piscine a tourné (eau verte et trouble) et le propriétaire nous a garantit, malgré les photos que l’eau était propre…. Nous sommes finalement partis une nuit plus tôt. Mauvaise expérience globalement, à cause d’un manque d’entretien, et d’un manque de considération évident du propriétaire vis à vis de ses hôtes.
Eau trouble dont on ne voit même pas le fond….

Aufenhalt Raggioletto

Das Haus Raggioletto hat eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Obwohl der "Old House" nebenan steht hört man von den Nachbarn fast nichts. Die Ausstattung ist Rustikal stabil aber komfortabel. Für diejenige die gerne wie wir kochen ist der Gasofen Goldwert. Man ist zwar abseits, was wir als Kriterium für die Anmietung als Voraussetzung angenommen hatten, aber es gibt in einen Kreis von ein paar Kilometer gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wenn die Tage Heiß sind kann man diese in den Großen Pool verbringen, es ist eine willkommene Erfrischung. Für diejenigen die Kultur oder einfach nur Strand oder Berge suchen hat Andrea, Gastgeber des Hauses sehr gute Tipps parat. Abschließend muss ich, das was wir als Highlight betrachtet haben schildern. Wenn die Hitze weniger und die Dunkelheit mehr wird startet ein einzigartiger Spektakel. Dutzende von Leuchtkäfer schwirren um einen herum, wie ein blinkender Weihnachtsbaum im Sommer. So was haben wir in Deutschland noch nie erlebt. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder zurückkehren! Danke Andrea!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie dort. Schön war die Lage des Hauses und der weite Blick, den wir schon beim Frühstück genossen haben. Unserem Enkel hat es gefallen das Obst zu pflücken und die vielen Krabbeltiere zu beobachten. Es geht eine steile gut befahrbare, aber nur einspurige Straße zum Haus Andrea als Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank!

Erholung pur

Ein wundervoller Ort um sich wirklich zu erholen! Wir wurden herzlichst von Andrea begrüßt und uns wurde sofort das Gefühl vermittelt absolut willkommen zu sein. Wir waren für zwei Wochen mit unseren Kindern ( 6 und 11 Jahre) hier. Das Haus war sauber, alles war für uns vorbereitet und verfügte über alles, was wir brauchten. Es stehen Bücher, Spiele und ein Plattenspieler mit einer Auswahl herrlicher italienischer Musik zur Verfügung, was unseren Aufenthalt noch abgerundet hat. Das Gelände bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht ins Tal, es gibt verschiedene (Schatten-)Plätze zum Verweilen. Zudem gibt es für Kinder die Möglichkeit das gesamte Gelände zu erkunden. Es kam keine Langeweile auf. Besonders gut hat uns die Plattform mit den Liegestühlen gefallen, wo wir abends unterm Sternenhimmel liegen und die Wölfe heulen hören konnten. Der Pool ist ein weiteres Highlight, der bei dem heißen Wetter oft für Abkühlung gesorgt hat. Schon im Vorhinein hat Andrea uns eine Liste mit Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant-Tipps zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles, was wir davon gemacht haben, ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Die Menschen in den umliegenden Orten sind sehr freundlich und offen. Ein persönliches Highlight für uns waren auch noch die Siebenschläfer, die wir jeden Abend beim Nüsseknacken in den Walnussbäumen vor dem Haus beobachten konnten. Dieser Ort ist für alle, die Erholung in der Natur und Ruhe suchen, absolut zu empfehlen.

Oase der Ruhe

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Die Außenanlage ist wirklich sehr schön mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. Natur pur! Es gibt einen gemauerten Grill, den wir des öfteren genutzt haben. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung, wobei grundsätzlich ein Auto erforderlich ist. Andrea Benzoni ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber und immer offen für Fragen oder Anliegen. Meine Frau und ich haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und wir können das Ferienhaus wirklich empfehlen.

Perfekter Ort zum spielen und entspannen

Der Vermieter ist unglaublich freundlich. Das Grundstück ist groß und umzäunt. Die Vegetation ist sehr schön. Man darf sich an den leckeren Obstbäumen bedienen. Der Pool hat eine super Größe für uns 6. Unser Labrador hatte viel Gelegenheit die Natur zu erkunden. Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

Dit vakantiehuis ligt in de mooie regio Emilia-Romagna. Van hier uit kun je veel steden bezoeken zoals Firence, Ravenna, Dozza, Bologna enz ... Het huis heeft wel een restyling nodig, het is immers allemaal wat 'ouderwets' aanvoelend maar het is wel gerieflijk. Opgepast, er komen wel wat extra kosten bij zoals vermeld staat op de site. Verbruik gas en electriciteit, 10 euro pp per nacht. Echter wat we niet onmiddellijk terugvonden is dat als je geen eigen lakens meeneemt, dan betaal je eveneens 10 euro per persoon... Als je dit alles bij elkaar optelt, vonden wij het prijs-kwaliteit dit verblijf wel aan de hoge kant. Wel een vriendelijke gastheer die ook een attentie voor ons had.

Un cadre paradisiaque

Une charmante maison de campagne, rustique et fonctionnelle. L'extérieur est très agréable et la vue sur les montagnes, superbe. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Nous recherchions la nature, la tranquillité et cette propriété répond bien à ces critères. Les enfants ont beaucou joué dans la piscine, qui offre aussi une vue magnifique sur les montagnes voisines. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits sympas à visiter aux alentours. Par ailleurs, le propriétaire est très sympathique et de bon conseil.

Wundervoller Ruhepool mitten in der Natur

Wir, eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Raggioletto. Andrea ist sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfbereit. Wir brauchten samstags einen Kinderarzt für unseren jüngsten Sohn und auch hier hat er sehr schnell einen super Kontakt organisiert. Nochmal herzlichen Dank dafür. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Natur sehr genossen und können Raggioletto nur weiterempfehlen.

Spätsommer

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt Anfang September in Raggioletto gehabt. Wir waren im "neuen" Haus mit Blick ins Tal. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben viel Zeit im und am Haus verbracht. Es gibt jede Menge Sitzgelegenheiten und schönen Ecken, die man je nach Tageszeit und Sonne wählen kann. Am beliebtesten war die Hängematte unter den rauschenden Bäumen. Das Gelände ist groß, von den Mietern des "alten" Hauses bekommt man gar nichts mit. Im September konnten wir frische Feigen und Mirabellen pflücken und genießen und unsere Speisen mit Rosmarin, Thymian und Minze aus dem Garten würzen. Der Pool -allerdings mit bester Aussicht- war ziemlich kühl, da waren v.a. die Kinder drin. Und tatsächlich: wir haben mehr Tiere als Menschen gesehen. Einige Male fuhren wir zum herrlichen Strand, den man so eher nicht an der Adria vermutet hätte: Lido di Classe. Ansonsten gibt es von Andrea viele gute Tipps für die Erkundigung der näheren Umgebung. Also: ein toller Ort, wenn man Ruhe und Natur sucht und mit Andrea ein verläßlicher Gastgeber, der stets gut zu erreichen ist.

Innanzitutto avevo scelto questo posto per il tanto verde e cercavo un posto fuori dal mondo con il solo rumore della natura e tale struttura a superato le mie aspettative. Il proprietario Andrea super disponibile e molto simpatico. La casa è molto rustica come piace a me e mi è piaciuta soprattutto perché aveva dei letti e cuscini super comodi cosa che a volte in alcuni hotel non ho mai trovato. La casa era super attrezzata di tutto il necessario: dalle pentole, alla luce perfino per vedere di notte. Non posso dire che c’è qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto perché io e la mia famiglia cercavamo proprio questo. È una casa attrezzata anche per chi ha disabilità come mio suocero che cammina col girello. Perciò chiedete all’Andrea e vi consiglierà la casa giusta perché nel complesso di tutto questo terreno ci sono 2 case molto indipendenti. Ultima cosa grIe Andrea per questo posto magico perché ho mangiato i tuoi meravigliosi fichi dall albero e sono riuscita a farmi la marmellata 😉 alla prox. Grazie di tutto.
