Perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat eine riesige Terrasse, die um die ganze Wohnung herumführt, und von der aus man nach Süden durch mehre Lücken in der ersten Häuser-Zeile auf das Meer sehen kann. Der Fußweg zum Strand dauert tatsächlich nur ca 2 min. Supermarkt und viele Restaurants und Bars ganz nah. Besonders erwähnenswert: Wir haben noch nicht oft so außerordentlich nette Gastgeber getroffen.😃

Good location, very nice apartment

The best ice cream bar just three minutes walking. Beach, restaurants. A little supermarket is just six, seven minutes walking. You have your pasta shop, your pastry shop, your fruit&vegetable shop nearby. The apartment is a little palace. Spacey and clean. The Italian neighbours listen to the television each night, which you hear through the wall. For my son, who never lived in a house with neighbours before, this was a fantastic experience. The tv-sounds are in the living room. They don’t disturb in the rest of the house. Ospedaletti has everything you need. We are here without a car. We rented a bike to go to Sanremo. It is just a 15 minutes bike ride away. Giovanni is the nicest host. Sweet, interested and helpful. We found our place to come back to next year.

Schöner Familienurlaub am Meer

Mit unserer 6-köpfigen Familie hatten wir dieses tolle Apartment für eine Woche im Sommer. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter hat uns in Empfang genommen und uns eingewiesen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Wir haben die Zeit tagsüber am nahegelegenen Strand verbracht, den man per Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreicht und abends haben wir uns auf der großzügigen Terrasse entspannt. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in diesem Domizil. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Parksituation ist furchtbar! Es gibt einfach zu wenige parkplätze, um die man dann auch noch mit den Bewohnern konkurrieren muss. So kann es auch schon mal vorkommen, dass man 10 Minuten zum Parkplatz in den Nebenstraßen laufen muss. Aber wir haben das gerne in Kauf genommen für die schöne Gegend und in dem schönen Apartment! Vermutlich werden wir nicht das letzte Mal mal dort gewesen sein.

Super Urlaub in einem schönen Ort

Wundervoller Familienurlaub. Ospedalatti ist ein recht ruhiges Örtchen für überwiegend lokalrs Publikum. Das fanden wir super, Abseits des Massentourismus und trotzdem alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (Strand, Strandprominade, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgescgäft, Markt usw.). Und wer Ausflüge möchte, direkt vor der Tür ist einebä Bushaltestelle, von wo man schbell und günstig zB nach San Remo, Bordighera usw. kommt. Wir haben Italien und Ligurien für uns entdeckt.

Eine Woche Sonne

Wir hatten in der Woche im Juni 2022 in Giovannis Appartement eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Jungs (15 Jahre) hatten Ospedaletti schnell erkundet und genossen hauptsächlich die Strandnähe (5 min). Die beiden großzügigen Terrassen (eine davon führt halb um das Appartement) boten Schatten und Sonne den ganzen Tag. Die Straße oberhalb der Wohnung ist stark frequentiert und nachts kann es durchaus vorkommen, dass man von der Sirene eines Krankenwagens geweckt wird, da die Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite liegen. Uns hat das nicht gestört! Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Geräten und Geschirr. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Für Kurzurlaub optimal, leider an lauter Hauptstraße gelegen

Leider falsche Zeit vom 05.05.2018-15.05.2018 Wetter hat nicht mitgespielt, Terrasse und Balkon nicht wirklich genutzt. Wer sich durch die laute Hauptstraße an der Unterkunft nicht stören lässt, ist hier in Strandnähe richtig. Ferienwohnung ist mit allem was benötigt wird, ausgestattet. Mit kleinem Aufwand könnten kleine Mängel behoben bzw. abgestellt werden. Der Pflegezustand im allgemeinen könnte besser sein, schließlich wird dieses Apartment als neu renoviert angepriesen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung sehr schön und zentral gelegen.

Wir wurden vom Vermieter herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat ausserordentlich viel Platz. Der Balkon sowie die riesige Terrasse laden zum Verweilen und Geniessen ein. Man hat Meersicht vom Balkon und der Terrasse. In ca. 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Meer. Lebensmittel einkaufen kann man ebenfalls in Gehdistanz. Bei Fragen oder Problemen ist der Vermieter immer für einem da.

Erholungsurlaub

Eine sehr schöne, geräumige und gepflegte Wohnung mit einer hervorragenden Ausstattung und einer tollen Terasse. Der Strand (Kies) ist ca. 150 Meter entfernt und bequem erreichbar. Das Meer war sauber. Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Parkplatz war vorhanden. Zahlreiche Restaurants sind vorhanden und auch die Versorgung (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Obst etc.) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe sichergestellt. Die Nähe zu San Remo sowie Monaco und Nizza ergeben zahlreiche Möglichkeiten.

Super Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter warten sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Terrasse der Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und ein absoluter Traum. Dort kann man sich den ganzen Tag aufhalten. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, nicht überlaufen und das Wasser war super und sauber. Die Wohnung war mit allem gut ausgestattet und ein kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Am Strand sind einige Restaurants, in denen man gut essen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderfully!

Our family(6 people) had the vocations in Ospedaletti in this charming apartment. Everything was so nice that we did not want to go home...The apartment is big,nice,clean with the beautiful terrace and the view to the seaside.Amazing! You have everything you need in the apartment. The housekeeper is a very nice man and sincere man,each time he was able to help,he explained everything very good and just a lovely person! Sanremo(1km),Menton(25km),Monaco(30km),Nizza(70km) you can reach very quickly from the apartment. There is a beautiful market in Ventimiglia,only 9 km from Ospedaletti. You can find everything you need in supermarket the few minutes from the apartment. There are different beaches only 5 min.,some of then are free,some you have to pay. So,I am sure that you will not find the better place to rest except this one! I am sure,we will come again! Thank you!

Traumhafter Urlaub in Ospedaletti

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche im Oktober 2014 in der sehr schönen und komfortablen Wohnung in Ospedaletti verbracht. Dank des liebenswürdigen Empfangs des Vermieters Giovanni, der uns mit Obst aus dem eigenen Garten begrüßte, haben wir uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Mit seiner hilfsbereiten Art und seinem guten Restaurant-Tipp (direkt gegenüber des Appartements) hatten wir einen rundum perfekten Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und man ist mit wenigen Schritten am Meer. Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite und bringt einen in wenigen Minuten nach San Remo, das uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Mit dem Fahrrad über die neu angelegte Fahrradstrecke am Meer ist man auch in kürzester Zeit dort. Überhaupt ist eine Fahrradtour dort sehr empfehlenswert. Mit dem Auto ist man relativ schnell in Monaco, welches auch eine Reise wert ist. Das Appartement haben wir in einem sehr sauberen und freundlich eingerichteten Zustand vorgefunden und uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Abends haben wir gerne auf der geräumigen Terrasse gegessen. Wir überlegen schon jetzt, wann wir wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Unser Urlaub in Ospedaletti

Ich und meine Familie (3 Kinder) waren in dieser netten Ferienwohnung die ersten Gäste und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht: ist frisch renoviert und befindet sich in einem absoluten Top-Zustand. Das Bad ist sehr sauber mit Dusche und Badewanne, die Küche verfügt über alles, von Geschirrspüler bis Mikrowelle und die riesige Terrasse sorgt für gemütliche Stunden unter der Sonne und bietet genug Spielplatz für die Kinder. Die Lage hat alle unsere Erwartungen einfach getoppt. Das Meer mit der wunderschönen Promenade liegt wenige Schritte entfernt und Supermarkt, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür und verbindet Ospedaletti mit den benachbarten und sehenswertesten Städten (Ventimiglia, San Remo, Imperia) entlang der Küste. Das Auto haben wir nur für Ausflüge nach Nizza und Montecarlo zweimal genutzt. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr nett empfangen, waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und haben uns viele gute Tips für unseren Urlaub gegeben. Wir haben eine ganz angenehme Zeit verbracht und werden im Sommer bestimmt wieder kommen. Grazie e a presto!
