Füt Naturliebende

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem alten schönen Haus. Wir haben die Stille und Abgeschiedenheit der Hauslage sehr sehr genossen.... Schöne Wanderungen haben unsere Ferien vielfältig gemacht und der große wilde Grten lädt zum Entspannen ein.... Wer es also Naturnah mag ist dort bestsens aufgehoben!

Zeer teleurstellend.

Wij hadden ons een vakantie voorgesteld op loopafstand van het stadje Monteretondo, zodat we daar plaatselijke Italiaanse feesten s avonds konden bezoeken. Daar de woning ook op uitgezocht. De locatie op wandelafstand (via Guido Rossa) bleek helemaal niet te kloppen. Zaten hoog in de bergen aan een doodlopende weg . Zeker 3 km verderop. Naar het dorp wandelen was geen optie, onverantwoord, helemaal in het donker. We voelen ons echt misleidt. Verder zegt de advertentie dat er 2 badkamers in de woning zijn. Bleek er een buiten in een schuurtje te zijn, deurtje van nog geen 1,5m hoog, waarbij je eerst door een vies, ranzig gangetje moest. Ook de woning zelf was erg stoffig , vol met spinrag. Zowel binnen als buiten een zeer sobere inrichting. Je had niet eens fijne stoelen om op te zitten en er stond geen fatsoenlijk glas in de kast. Buiten stond een oud roestig ijzeren tuinsetje. Ook bleek er dagelijks een man over het terrein te lopen, die via hun tuin toegang had tot een soort waterput, weg privacy. We hebben hier 1600 euro voor betaald. Hebben direct contact gezocht met de eigenaar, maar deze erkende zich niet in onze bevindingen en weigerde ons tegemoet te komen. Al met al zeer teleurstellend en misleidend. We hebben een klacht ingediend bij jullie organisatie, referentie nummer 22447976 en gaan er vanuit dat jullie de eigenaar van de woning wel kunnen aanspreken op deze misleiding en hen kunnen bewegen ons een deel van het betaalde geld terug te geven. Dit was het echt niet waard.

La mia casa si trova in una zona isolata un chilometro e mezzo sopra il paese di Monterotondo ed è ben specificato che per spostarsi è necessaria l'auto. Dal mese di marzo, quando mi è stata fatta la richiesta di affitto, non ho fatto altro che rispondere alle domande di questi signori: ho fatto trovare loro delle sedie a sdraio nuove in giardino, un nuovo barbecue. In casa ho predisposto tre camere da letto per loro anche se avevano prenotato solo per due persone, perché mi hanno chiesto se potevano ospitare altre persone per alcuni giorni. C 'è un bagno con doccia in casa e un altro di servizio a cui si accede dal locale dove si trovano la caldaia e la lavatrice. Non si tratta di un capannone ma di una dependance di un antico casolare toscano del '700 per cui la porta è bassa perché le belle arti impediscono di fare variazioni. Tutto è specificato nella presentazione. All'interno c'è un tavolo da 18 posti con altrettante sedie. I letti sono antichi ma la biancheria è completamente nuova. Mi sono rivolta ad Homeway per protestare contro questi signori e mi è stata data completamente ragione, il loro reclamo non avrà alcun seguito. Il signore che hanno visto è colui che si occupa della casa.

fantastica vacanza

il casale è molto spaziosa e accogliente. dotato di tutti i confort Ideale per famiglie con bambini o per gruppi di amici. Il contesto esterno è altrettanto bello e la posizione è un ottimo punto di partenza per gite nell''entroterra nonchè per raggiungere la costa. giardino fantastico I proprietari sono molto gentili e molto disponibili. grazie di tutto Contiamo di tornarci quanto prima

Vacanza relax nella 'maremma pisana'

Casolare immerso nella natura, per chi vuole vivere una vacanza fuori dal caos della città, rinunciando a qualche confort a favore di una esperienza unica e un po' rustica. Bellissimo il giardino e la location. Segnalo per dovere di cronaca che la spiaggia più vicina è a 40-50 minuti e che la scala a chiocciola non è adatta a bimbi piccoli. Stefano.

Grazie signor Stefano, mi fa veramente piacere che abbia apprezzato la mia proprietà; la distanza dalle spiagge più vicine (Follonica) è di 35 chilometri, ma la strada un po' tortuosa allunga i tempi di percorrenza, facendo apprezzare però i bellissimi paesaggi circostanti. Per la scala a chiocciola riconosco che per un bambino piccolo può essere pericolosa, nel caso di ospiti con bambini piccoli cercherò di procurare un apposito cancellino. We'd like to return (in warm weather)

First what I will remember about this house is spacious. Spacious inside – three large bedrooms, kitchen, 4 meters long dinner table in the living room are making the real atmosphere of the typical toscany house – exactly what every tourist needs. Big outside territories – garden, forest, where you can walk (attention – there are live deer!) The house is very well located – we had driven at Siena, Grosseto, Pitigliano, Volterra, Lucca and to the seaside. Of course you need a car to get around. But the second memory about accommodation is COLD. We had got bad luck, the temperature outside was 5 degrees during our holidays (21-28 of March!). Inside wasn’t hotter. Two big fireplaces, additional heaters weren’t managed to warm such a big house. Thanks to owners we could sleep in warm – there were a lot of blankets. I think that for comfortable conditions inside, the temperature outside must be higher then 15 degrees. Nevertheless after a few days past the holidays, the memory of cold have gone, but the joy of vacations remained. So I mark this apartment as very good.

"Rustico molto carino e confortevole posizionato in un ottimo contesto immerso nel verde della campagna. Peccato per la mancanza del riscaldamento che in inverno ,se non attrezzati, fa patire un po di freddo. Accoglienza ottima e pulizia adeguata."
