Perfect place for a week away

If you are looking for somewhere to stay with family or friends that is quiet and relaxing, but close enough to get what you need, then this is the place. Comfortable beds, cool breezes, the sound of the river, and a table outside to enjoy your coffee in the morning.

Superb house in beautiful area

The house is perfectly located, next to a little river with ducks and geese. The garden is big, there is a trampoline for the children, and a cave to explore!!! The interior is perfectly clean, the amenities work well, there is a bath and a shower, it is the perfect place. The owner, Fil, is great in communication, and answers quickly and is very obliging. We highly recommend.

Das Haus liegt direkt neben einem kleinen Fluss in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf. Alle im Dorf waren sehr nett und unser Gastgeber Filipo war sehr nett und hilfsbereit inkl. Vieler toller tipps was wir so machen können. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Das einzige worauf man achten muss sind die vielen Mücken am Abend - wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Sonst Top.

Very nice

Het huis had alles wat we nodig hadden. Heel ruim en mooie omgeving. De verhuurder Phillipo was heel bereikbaar per whatsapp. Als we een vraag hadden, stuurde hij onmiddellijk terug. De auto kan niet bij de woning maar staat langs de straat.

Wir hatten dort eine so tolle Zeit

Wir waren dort al Freundesgruppe und konnten die Zeit in dem hübschen kleinen Dorf sehr genießen. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und die Bäder sind ganz neu. Im Garten konnten wir gemütliche Grillabende mit Blick auf den Fluss veranschtalten .

Sehr schönes Haus in schöner Ecke Liguriens

Vielen Dank Filippo, dass wir 2 Wochen in deinem wunderschönen Haus verbringen durften. Es ist in einem kleinen Dorf gelegen und man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sehr viele, die auch innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Filippo war jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar für alle Fragen die man hatte.

Super maison

La maison est spacieuse et très propre , le matériel nécessaire (machine a laver , séche linge , grille pain ect) pour le séjour est déjà sur place ainsi que les draps couverture et serviette de bain. Le contact avec Filippo est rapide et claire en français malgretque cela n'est pas sa langue natale. C'est un propriétaire accueillant et très sympa , parle facilement ce qui rend d'autant plus agréable la location saisonnière. Malheureusement avec la sécheresse actuel nous n'avons pas pu profité de l'eau des rivières en bas de la maison mais il y en avait juste assez pour la baignade des tout petits et cela n'enlève en rien la beauté du paysage. La plage est à 10mn en voiture , le stationnement est très compliqué mais nous avons toujours trouvé. Encore merci pour ce séjour de 15 jours qui c'est très bien déroulé. A bientôt Angélique

Großes gemütliches Haus mit Garten in ruhiger Lage und schöner Umgebung

Moderne Bäder, große gut ausgestattete Küche & Wohnzimmer machen dieses Haus zu einer guten Unterkunft sowohl für Aktivurlauber, die die schöne Umgebung erkunden wollen, als auch zum Seele baumeln lassen. Der terrassenartige große Garten ums Haus lädt zum Entspannen ein, auch ein Grill ist vorhanden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam, zwar nicht vor Ort, aber immer erreichbar, und kümmert sich schnell um die Wünsche der Gäste - bei Bedarf mit Hilfe der Nachbarn vor Ort. In den zwei kleinen Tante-Emma-Läden im Dorf kann man sich täglich mit dem Nötigsten für's Frühstück versorgen, ansonsten empfiehlt sich ein Auto, um zum nächsten Supermarkt oder zum Strand in Albisola Superiore (10 Min) zu fahren. Im Ort gibt es drei kleine Trattorias mit typischer lokaler Küche, mehr Alternativen finden sich in den größeren Küstenorten.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Ellera

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Ellera. Filippo und seine Frau haben uns herzlich empfangen. Alles war super und perfekt. Das Dorf ist sehr nett und die Nähe zum Strand ist toll.

Really nice house!

We had a lovely week in the small village Ellera. The house has enough room for large groups, with a big kitchen, two bathrooms and a comfy living room. The communication with the "landlord" is nice and easy, we were always able to reach out to him and got a fast and helpful reply. All in all, I would definitely like to come back in the future.

Spontaneous 4 day trip

Beautiful old villa in a very characteristic village. The house is well equipped. Unfortunately on our stay we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the house at all. There were lots of dirty corners especially in the kitchen / bathroom. Maybe this was due to our very spontaneous booking, so that the host didn't have enough time to get everything prepared. But as we were there with a baby and had to pay a cleaning fee, we still expected a clean appartement, which we didn't find.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit vielen schönen 20er Jahren Details. Leider war außer den Bädern nichts geputzt, so dass wir zuerst einmal das Haus, Geschirr,... geputzt, bzw. gespült haben. Sehr ärgerlich! Auch hat die Angabe der Schlafplätze in der Beschreibung nicht gestimmt. Das Haus verfügt nur über 3 Doppelzimmer. So mussten wir erst noch umräumen, damit wir alle ein Bett hatten.

Wunderschön

Wir hatten eine tolle e Zeit hier. Das Haus war für uns mit 4 Kindern sehr geräumig, zudem ist es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wenn die Kinder früh wach waren, haben sie im Bach die Enten gefüttert- sehr entspannend. In Albisola und Noli haben wir tolle Badestellen gefunden. Die Wanderungen durch das Hinterland waren alle wunderbar. Unterstützung hatten wir für alle Fragen in Filippo, der immer hilfsbereit und sehr verständnisvoll war. Es ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen!

Filippo est très sympathique. La maison est jolie, spacieuse. Un grand plus pour les extérieurs (les enfants ont adoré le trampoline) Un 2e grand plus pour Filippo qui parle français! Seul petit bémol: une porte un peu vieille qui s'est cassée pendant notre séjour, nous privant d'accès à la cave. Je souligne que Filippo s'est mis en 4 pour nous dépanner, mais ça aurait été encore mieux si ça ne s'était pas cassé du tout...) Gazie mille Filippo!

Schöner Familienurlaub

Ein schöner Familienurlaub in Italien. Das Haus ist in einem kleinen italienischen Dorf. Wo nur nette Menschen wohnen. Die Vermieter sind eine sympathische und hilfsbereite Familie. Als wir dort waren hatten ihre Kinder auch Sommerferien und die haben trotz Sprachbarierre sofort die Freundschaft mit unseren Jungs geschlossen. Das Grundstück ist gut abgesperrt, so dass auch die Kleinen sicher toben und entdecken können. Das Haus bittet genug Platz für die ganze Familie und auch bei Hitze herrscht drinne angenehme Temperatur. Ein Supermarkt erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 min. Strand und viele Restaurants mit leckeren Pizzen sind in 10 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Liebe Grüsse von uns allen an die liebe Familie und die goldigen Kinder.

Beautiful house in beautiful nature of Ellera

We stay in this property twelve days in june 2018 .The flat iis verry nice on two levels can accomodate a big family or relatives like us.We have a nice days here ,Ellera is a verry quitle place with 600 citizens.In front of the house you have a garden where you can to stay or have a diner near the river which its in front of the house.We go for a swiming in Celle Ligure the beach is beautiful and from this place easy we visit San Remo ,Alassio Varigotti ,Finale Ligure,Varazza,Nice,Monako,Turin.The sea in this region is verry beatifyl.Owner Mr.Filippo is a verry nice man and if you need a help you can contakt him easy.
