This 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean view villa is located in building 1 on the third floor at The SeaCrest Resort. The two private balconies overlook the ocean, pool, and manicured grounds. Enjoy spending time with family or friends while taking in the views. This villa offers plenty of space to entertain indoors also. The kitchen opens to the dining area and seats six with two barstools at the kitchen counter. This villa is great for the whole family and the location is hard to beat!

Sea Crest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms, and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Enjoy visiting Lowcountry Celebration Park, a 3-minute bike ride away which provides active and passive recreational activities, playgrounds ship, amenities, and scenic views.

*** Lagoon repairs are scheduled to start January 3. They will be drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced. The project is scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and is scheduled to be completed by 5/1/2024 weather permitting.

SPRINKLER LINES IN GARAGE AT SEACREST BEING REPLACED 2024. All sprinkler lines in Buildings 2 and 3 are being replaced. Work in Building 3 will Start April 8th. There are several moving parts to this project and areas of the parking garages will be blocked off and inaccessible at various times. The expected completion for Building 3 is May 3rd. As soon as Building 3 is completed, work will begin in Bldg 2 and that is scheduled to be completed by June 21st. DURING THIS PROJECT, 1 BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 1 PARKING PASS AND 2+ BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 2 PASSES.

Great Property, Great Location!
Four of stayed in this unit. It was very spacious, and the rooms/suites set up was very nice. The location was great located right across from Coligney shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Sunny Balcony overlooking Pool and Ocean
Loved this unit, exceptionally clean. Some of the kitchen cabinets are badly worn. But access to beach bar, ocean and walkability to restaurants, two breakfast bakeries, and Piggly Wiggly can’t be beat. The heat pump to the pool broke down, unfortunately, because it was a bit cool in early March.

Great location and very clean!
The location can't be beat - directly across from Coligny plaza and right on the beach. If you go in February or early March, there's some maintenance going on the property in the lagoon pools although there wasn't any bothersome noise. Check the status of the swimming pools as they were both marked closed while we were there (they looked clean and swimmable to me). Pool Bar Jims was open from 11-6 which was a nice surprise. The unit was VERY clean and although the kitchen cabinets showed their age, the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. The unit setup was awesome for having separated sleeping/bathroom areas. Would definitely stay there again.

Great condo!
This is a great condo! We had a wonderful time here! The view from the balcony is fantastic (other than the empty koi ponds - they must have been doing maintenance). Everything was clean and it met our needs very well. It could use some maintenance. Some minor things, like dings in the wall & chips in the floor tile. Others a little more urgent, like the sliding door to the balcony that was almost impossible to open (we finally gave up) and the finish on many of the kitchen cupboards & drawers is lifting away. I mentioned these to the management company, so hopefully those will be fixed soon. Some good and bad with the management company. They didn't return our phone call when we were having a difficult time in the dark when we arrived, but the next day when we had tv issues, they got right on it. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.
