This is luxury! This is relaxation! This is Villa de Goulet. This home in Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island, has everything to make your next vacation memorable.

Majestic ocean views soothe the mind all day in this premier villa complex, but there's more: on-site amenities to entertain everyone like 2 outdoor pools with large decks for sunbathing, tropical landscaped grounds, and a paved pathway over the sand dunes right to the waves lapping at the Atlantic Ocean's beach.

This 3-suite top-floor condo sleeps 10 with 2 queen beds in two of the bedrooms, each with its own private bath of a double vanity, a soaking tub and a step-in glass shower with seating to let the cares of the day wash away. Each room is uniquely decorated for comfort as well. One suite has its own balcony with ocean views... but there is a larger balcony off the open-concept completely tiled living area, which features a great room, dining area for 6, and a fully-completed kitchen which includes bar seating for 4. It's great if you're cooking or just doing carry-out; it's spacious and open to accommodate everyone. Adding to all this, there is a washer and dryer also for your convenience.

Directly across the street, you'll find the Coligny Plaza Shoppes, featuring over 60 locations of fine restaurants, clothing or specialty gift shops, even live entertainment in season. Stroll through the area or bicycle your way over the many bike paths available.

Our host Meredith was very helpful and responded quickly to texts. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Location was the best. Steps to the beach. Two beautiful pools. Tiki bar with incredible food and drinks. Not to mention very friendly bar tenders. Shopping plaza with numerous restaurants and shops literally across the street easy to walk to. Very happy with our stay.

Great location and amenities - needs a facelift in a couple of key areas.

Beautiful condo perfectly situated beachfront and in a central location directly across from Coligny Plaza. A bit of updating could take this condo from "good" to "great". The main that fell short of expectations were the mattresses and the refrigerator. Aside from those pieces, we had a great stay in a beautiful condo and would highly recommend. Unfortunately, until those updates have been made, we would likely choose a different unit and hope for a better experience.

The property was fantastic for our large party of 12 people. We had toddlers and teenagers. It is so nice to have 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms so each family has their own space. We did have a leaking sink and it was taken care of in a timely manner. I would note that we didn’t have any pot holders in the kitchen and only 1 kitchen towel and rag were available for use. It would be nice to have a few more of those and some pot holders. The pools are great. The proximity to the plaza is amazing. We parked the cars and didn’t get back in until leaving. We would book again for sure.

Perfect Getaway

The place and location were ideal for our family. The unit is spacious and clean. Provides some great sunrise and beach views. Convenient to everything. We would definitely rent here again.

Our Stay in this Condo was exactly what we expected. - Clean, plenty of room for our family of 9. The view of the Ocean was great. Accessibility to Food and shopping was awesome. The Access the Beach was great. The 2 pools were perfect. And Jims Bar and grill on the property was also awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Wow

Our group travels together and anytime we find a location where we can park upon arrival and not return to our car until departing is a win! This location is perfect for lounging by the pool, walking to shops and restaurants! The staff was very helpful and the accommodations were perfect! Each couple had their own room and restrooms so no need to race for the shower! We will definitely return!

Awesome stay

We were very happy with our stay here. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. The only negative comment I have is regarding the cleanliness of the place - we found some candy wrappers and chocolate in one of the bedrooms which I’m sure was an oversight. The air filter was full of dust but when I called they had someone come out and change it that day. Will definitely be back.

Nice place

This is a solid condo. Not all that fancy but 3 bedroom, nice living area, great location if you want to be where the action is. We didn’t cook all that much but the kitchen seems fairly well equipped. We prefer Palmetto Dunes simply because it is a bit more chill but this was good for a Feb visit. I’m guessing that it is pretty active in the summer. Nice to have piggly wiggly and Coligny Square stores/restaurants directly across the street.

I have stayed at Sea Crest 3 times and it’s amazing how tired and uncomfortable the furniture can be. I know how hard people can be on rentals but I’m tired of not be able to sit down in a chair without 3 extra pillows that I have to keep shifting around. Your cane chairs while beautiful aren’t really practical in the main room. And a good old cookie sheet is needed . I won’t say I didn’t enjoy my stay but I’m all about comfort now.

Family getaway

Loved the property and we will definitely like to come back!! Even my grown children agreed. We had a total of 11 (6 adults and 5 children and it worked well). We were never notified prior to arriving that new living room furniture would be coming during our stay (smack in the middle) but we were very happy because the new sectional was very nice and much more firm than the older couch. We still wouldn’t have complained about the older couch either though. I have one constructive comment however I do not want it to deter anyone because I still feel it was 5 star…all bathrooms had step in showers which was great however no bathroom had a tall commode or handrails around the commodes or in the shower. My husband was able to use the tub in the master to help him pull himself up With that being said we did not request a handicap room. So again 5 star, loved it and we will be back!!!!

Grosly misrepresented unit! It is dirty, outdated and bad service! THE POOL IS NOT HEATED!!!!!

I gave this condo 2 stars only because it's in a convenient location. It has nice views, but the windows were too dirty to really enjoy it. The balcony was no better since there was a thick layer of dirt on the table and chairs. The vents, fans, baseboards had thick layers of dust. Carpet was dirty, worn and lots of stains everywhere. The kitchen is in desperate need of updating..ie: coffee cups were stained (gross), heating element on the range was crooked so the oil in the skillet would go all to one side. There was not even 1 garbage bag in the kitchen. There were broken blinds (missing slats and chains not working) in one of the bedrooms and in the living area, so the light was coming in very early making it hard to sleep. The door in Unit B does not close all the way due to a metal latch on the door frame and door (the purpose of which is to lock the door...ironic). Luckily we had the kids stay in that room. The bathroom tile is so dirty it looks like it's marbled, the dirt is caked in from years of poor cleaning. There were several light bulbs burned out. Stairwell has rusted pipes and it smells like urine in places. We contacted the management company and they sent over a very young girl. She couldn't even replace the light bulbs because she brought the wrong ones, and didn't know how to change the shower light bulb. She gave us extra blankets to hang in the windows to make up for the broken blinds...lol...not easy to do...blankets wouldn't stay up. They said they would send someone over the next day to fix the door and replace the light bulbs, but no one ever showed up or called. We were specifically told that the pools are heated....that was a big lie! None of the pools in this complex are heated! By the 3rd day the entry way light went out so it was difficult to see the key pad. No point in calling anyone, since they didn't respond to our initial request. We had to use a flashlight to be able to punch in the code the rest of our stay. Also, be prepared to hang towels and put toilet paper on the rolls in all the bathrooms when you get in.

Great beach location

Pool bar Jim’s (PBJ), which has a rich history on the island, is on property. Coligny plaza with shops and restaurants is right across the street. Beautiful beach. Good communication with management company. Property could use a little updating. That’s the only reason for a 4. Will definitely stay again!

Awesome location - appliances need some help

The location is perfect. The condo itself is very large and comfortable, we were thrilled with it. Several things that need to be fixed or repaired before anyone else stays:Broken washer, broken dryer, broken ice maker, two tvs didn’t work (back bedroom, and lock out), broken beach chair, multiple electrical outlets not working.So it was a bummer that all this stuff isn’t properly maintained but we loved the location.

Spring Break

Our family of 4 (including 2 teens) stayed here for 4 nights over Spring Break. Condo is as advertised and is in a great location! Single only complaint is that, upon arrival, we realized the ice maker wasn't working. We notifed the property manager (Five Star Properties) within the first 24 hours that it was broken. They responded fairly quickly that they would get an appliance repair person out to fix it. We never heard from them again. No repair, no communication. Went through out entire stay without a working ice maker. Mostly annoying when you pay a pretty penny to stay somewhere on a beach vacation. But the condo is lovely and clean overall!

Fall break with the family

When we walked in, I could not believe how elegant and beautiful this condo was! The first time there has been enough seating for our entire family. The bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms were ,great, also. We usually stay in the other end of the island, but loved being here. We highly recommend this place!

Such a fun location

Our family, age infant to 70 had a lovely time! The three bathroom set up was a game changer.. Perfect for literally 3 families (albeit small families 😎) Great location, beautiful views.. We will be back!

Great Location

The location is directly across from coligny Plaza making it convent to a lot of things. The walk to the beach is very short and the view was great. I would recommend this place.
