The open plan living, dining, entry and kitchen are a vacationer's dream. No one is ever left out of the family fun! Even the cook can talk to anyone in the condo or watch their favorite show on the 65-inch TV in the living room in Princess 903. There are 2 beachfront bedrooms, and the living room is also beachfront. You can access the balcony from these two bedrooms or the living room. The large balcony in Princess 903 has panoramic views to the east and west. And nightly sunsets are always guaranteed!

This condo speaks for itself! This luxury, family friendly condo has 4 bedrooms (two Gulf Front), each with a private bath. For that person that enjoys a long hot shower or bath after a day at the beach, the master bath has been renovated with beautiful solid maple cabinets, quartz counter-tops, a new Kohler bubble massage tub with heater and a huge double shower with 2 showerheads. Not to mention that all the guest baths and showers have been updated, too. The large kitchen and laundry room have not been left out! They have been updated with maple cabinets, quartz counter-tops and new stainless appliances. You can cook up a feast while watching the 65" flat screen in the living room where there is plenty of seating! The large balcony is almost 400 square feet and offers 180-degree views of the beach. Hands down, the views from this balcony are the best in Panama City Beach,

2 family spring break

Check in process was communicated thoroughly. The pictures represent the unit accurately with plenty of room for the 4 adults and 6 children. The beach is ideal and perfect for families with a wide age of children. The beach chairs are nice and located in a comfortable and quiet location on the beach, generally away from college spring breakers.

Great property. Spacious, immaculate, wonderful views. Everything you could think off to make your stay enjoyable was provided. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. Our yearly 4 couples getaway

Jen & Donna made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The Princess Condo was more than we anticipated. We had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the large balcony. We had 2 complimentary parking spaces, complimentary beach chairs, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and it had all the dishes we needed for a large group. We already know where we will be staying next year on our trip, The Princess, if it is available.

Spectacular beachfront views. I've stayed in 1403 and 903 at Princess and I love the layout of them. The bedrooms are in the four corners, each with its own en suite bathroom. They're furnished with all queen and king beds, which is nice for adults. Nobody has to sleep in a bunk bed Looks recently remodeled. The warm color palette is terrific. The property managers are great. Can't recommend enough.

This is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed in PCB. It was super clean inside and out. The swimming pool areas were amazing. The pool table in the game room was a great addition for he and my son to spend some extra time together. Overall a beautiful property!

If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on you vacation. Panama City Beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT.
