A lovely, comfortable house [200m2] situated in a wonderful hilltop position,reached by a private road and surrounded by the hills and valleys of the Florentine countryside.
Around the house a pleasant, large (more than 4.000 m2), fenced garden, well maintained, with barbecue, table tennis, a private car park within the grounds and a swimming pool (10x5 meters)set among olive groves.
The house is made up of three apartments: one on the upper level and two on the lower level .The property may also be rented as a single villa with private swimming pool.
Each appartment has a private equipped veranda with wonderful views on the sorrounding countryside.

What a gem!

If you're looking for gorgeous scenery in Tuscany, this is the place to be. We had the entire villa to ourselves so our older kids got to enjoy their own apartments - there are three. There are multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy the view. The pool is a very welcome touch during busy travel days. The ping pong was great fun. Signora Tiziana, our host's mum, was lovely. She made the check-in process seamless and took great pride in showing us the property. We would highly recommend this property. We hope to return one day soon. Grazie mille!

A fantastic place to stay

Our stay couldn't have been better, the location is perfect, only a short drive to Empoli where lots of trains get you to Florence and other places in Tuscany. The property is at the end of a private road on a bit of a hill overlooking the Tuscan landscape. Not a neighbour in sight, quiet, peaceful, relaxing. The property has 3 apartments which was plenty of space for our 10 people from 3 families. There's everything you need, it's clean, the beds are comfy and the apartment on the top is big enough to host 10 people easily for meals and entertainment. The whole property is big with lots of different spots to explore: some quiet seating overlooking the landscape, sitting on a swing dreaming the day away, lounges to sunbathe or read a book, a ping pong table and a lawn for some sport and activities and a pool to have a dip in when you get too hot. There's something for everyone! We ended up doing less excursions because the property was so amazing to be at. And it's all run by the lovely host Saida and her family, who is warm and welcoming and always responds for questions. Her family produces great Olive Oil. You can see her thoughtful touches all over the property. Out of 10 people, everyone gave 10 out of 10 for the stay. Highly recommended, we would be back anytime!

Bella dimora, pulita e tenuta bene. La proprietaria cordiale e disponibile. Ottima la sala grande dove riunirsi tutti insieme, ma altrettanto ottima è la possibilità di avere della tranquillità e privacy nei 3 appartamenti allo stesso tempo. Consigliato, 3 giorni fantastici.

Viel Privatsphäre und Platz

Das Haus bietet mit drei separaten Wohnungen viel Platz und Optionen. Das Grundstück ist sehr gross und ruhig auf einem Hügel gelegen. Es bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre, da keine Nachbarn in der Nähe sind. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien (alleine oder mit anderen Familien zusammen).

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hier verbracht. Es war durch die 3 Ferienwohnungen genügend Platz für jeden und auch die 4 Bäder waren für so viele Personen sehr angenehm. Man hat von der oberen Terasse einen fantastischen Ausblick über die hügelige Landschaft der Toskana und die Sonnenuntergänge sind traumhaft. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Einflugschneiße eines Flughafens, was uns aber nicht groß gestört hat. Im Gegenteil...mitunter war es auch sehr interessant. Das ganze Anwesen ist sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Das Selbe gilt auch für die Wohnungen. Der Pool war klasse und wurde auch jeden 2. Tag von der sehr netten Gastgeberin gereinigt. Was uns absolut gefehlt hat waren Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern und eine Kaffee-Filtermaschine. Für 8 Erwachsene mit den klassischen ital. "Espressokocher" jeden Morgen Kaffee zu machen war viel zu umständlich! Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen waren vorhanden. Im Dorf befinden sich ein paar ital. Restaurants und auch ein kleiner Laden, in dem man Brot, Brötchen, Wurst und Obst/Gemüse kaufen kann. 10 Minuten weiter in Empoli befinden sich ebenfalls große Supermärkte. Gute Brötchen oder Brot bekommt man allerdings nirgends, so dass wir dann irgendwann auf Aufbackbrötchen umgestiegen sind. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer Urlaub und für mehrere Gäste empfehlenswert.

Ottimo posto! Vacanze ideali in Toscana!

Martignana, n. 6666539. L'emplacement est un endroit central idéal pour visiter la Toscane ou pour se reposer à l'ombre des oliviers. La maison, légérement en hauteur par rapport au village est très calme, confortable et décorée avec goût, elle offre de plus une vue magnifique sur les collines environnantes, typiques de la Toscane. Très pratique pour un groupe ou pour une grande famille avec des appartements séparés mais aussi des emplacements communs (grande cuisine, piscine, extérieurs...) Saïda a été une hôtesse formidable et discrète, elle nous a accueillis et toujours conseillés sur les environs, les visites avec une grande disponibilité. Une adresse à conserver et à recommander !
