Beautiful country house "Bulleri", renovated. 4 km from the centre of San Casciano, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: property 30 ha. Private: large garden 2'000 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 16.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot (06.Nov. - 08.Apr.). Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Casa Bulleri is a carefully restored villa in a panoramic position in the Chianti Classico region near San Casciano, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Its original structure dates back to the 16th century, from which the rectangular tower and the little chapel of the still-running farm have been preserved. The owner's villa and several annex buildings are located on the 30-ha property. Guests have private grounds with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool in a position with great view. Wine-tasting and sales of wine, olive oil and Vinsanto (Italian dessert wine).

Spacious old home, gorgeous setting, nestled in the hills overlooking vineyards and olive groves, with incredible sunsets. Easy 30-min drive to Florence, with groceries and restaurants just 5 min away. Comfy beds, ample bathrooms and towels. Hosts were friendly and popped by with a bottle of wine from their winery. The home is 600 years old and can feel drafty and a bit sparse.

Lovely setting, but

I stayed 10 days in the Villa Bulleri that a friend rented for a month. As a multiple-time user of VRBO services, I was disappointed in the lack of attention to details and lack of customer service of the owner. The dishwasher leaked, a shower flooded, there were loose stones making it hard to get in and out of the door. The villa I rented in Crete and the one near Sansepolcro, Casa Spertaglia, the owners checked in everyday, made suggestions for nearby activities, had welcome bottles of wine and were passionate about their home and their tourist customers. This was lacking at Bulleri.

Het is een prachtig huis om te zien op een mooie locatie met een heerlijk zwembad. Helaas viel het huis zelf iets tegen voor de prijs die we betaalden. Met name door de keuken, oud, de ruimte was niet schoon en de pannen e.d. vettig/vies. De vaatwasser werk niet goed waardoor we regelmatig zelf de vaat moesten doen. Slaapkamers zijn mooi, ruim, fijne bedden. De ene douche werkt beter dan de andere. We hebben gereisd met drie stellen met kinderen in de leeftijd van 1 tot 8 jaar.

We are sorry to learn that the house did not meet your expectation. Guests can request additional cleaning on the spot if cleaning do not meet their satisfaction. As for the kitchen, it is a typical country kitchen design, this is shown in the photos. The dishwasher or any faulty equipment should also be reported on the spot so it can be assessed immediately for a fix as soon as possible. In any case, the the dishwasher is now repaired and fully functional. Thank you for your comments.

Schönes, aber viel zu kaltes Haus

Ein Haus in schöner Lage, die Zufahrtsstraße eher für SUV geeignet. Das Objekt ist für die Sommermonate vorstellbar, es hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit viel Platz zum Entspannen. Die Nebenkosten für die Heizung empfanden wir als ungerechtfertigt wegen der schon hohen Miete. Wir haben nur das Esszimmer beheizt, wegen der undichten Fenster im ganzen Haus wäre alles andere nicht vertretbar gewesen. Keine stabile Elektrik (1 Zimmer war ohne Licht), die Bäder sind sanierungsbedürftig.

House was old and unique, lots of space, first floor was nice and nice calm despite outdoor temperature was over 30 degrees. Kitchen is small and should have 1 BIG fridge as the house is for 10-12 people. We had a combination of half fridge/half freezer, so it was not the best option. Pool and the garden was great, had really nice time on the grill and the place for having dinner outside was super (table under the trees). The owners were very helpfull and nice. ABSOLUTELY-WORTH TO VISIT!

Bella casa con luci e ombre

Bel casale tipico toscano, con accoglienti e ampi spazi comuni e un'attrezzatura da cucina e pranzo adeguata. Più carente la zona notte, che necessita di parecchia manutenzione soprattutto nei bagni, che dovrebbero essere resi più attrezzati e confortevoli..la nota più dolente resta il riscaldamento che, a parte il costo, non riesce a rendere gradevole la temperatura della casa. Da consigliare sicuramente in estate!

Ein sehr schönes , grosses Landhaus in schöner Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren großzügig uns sauber. Einzig die Fenster sind teilweise kaum schliessbar. Bei starkem Regen regnet es teilweise ins Zimmer. Die Küche ist etwas dunkel und wir mussten einiges kaufen, Espresso-Kaffeemaschine, . Gratinform etc. Schönes Kamin, um gemütlich ums Feuer zu sitzen. Esszimmertisch müsste neue Holztischplatte haben...

Ett härligt hus med gammaldags charm.

Vi har firat en bemärkelsedag tillsammans med barn och barnbarn i denna härliga flera hundra år gamla byggnad. Det var gott om utrymme för oss alla, 7 vuxna och 2 barn. Varje sovrum har ett eget badrum med dusch, något som uppskattades. Vi hade en underbar vecka där vi badade i poolen, åt långa middagar i den svalkande pergolan och drack av vingårdens egna viner. Dessutom åt vi en fantastiskt god 4-rätters middag, givetvis mot en viss kostnad, hemma hos värdfolket som bor i granngården. Dottern i huset berättade engagerat om deras vinproduktion, samt tog med oss på en guidad tur för att se hur det går till. Vi var väldigt nöjda med allt och återkommer gärna.
