Nebida-Iglesias: Villa Laura, your dreaming holiday in Sardinia
A corner of paradise, a piece of Sardinia almost uncontaminated. This is Nebida, where the village "Tanca Piras" rises. In the heart of the village, in a privileged position and with one of the best panoramic views, is our chalet. Newly constructed, equipped with all comforts, the house is tastefully furnished with care and attention, in complete harmony with the colors of the surrounding landscape, making pleasant short and long stays. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The really strategic location allows you to reach the pool within walking distance and enjoy all the amenities of the resort with ease. The accommodation of about 60 sqm is spread over 2 floors and has a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 bedrooms and a furnished garden where you can eat while enjoying the splendid view of the Gulf. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house.

Why they chose this property
We decided to buy this property because we rarely saw a more beautiful and enchanted place. It was truly love at first sight. When we first saw the Gulf of the Lion, in the heart of the Sulcis Iglesiente we thought that was the place where we wanted to spend quality time with our family and friends and share with them the beauty of this untouched place, amazing in its simplicity.
