This home is a non-smoking, 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom, kid-friendly, pet-friendly, oceanfront house. It is located directly on the beach in Waldport Oregon and accommodates people Eight Comfortably. The house is located in the Bayshore neighborhood, on a quiet residential street that is parallel to the coastline. The neighborhood consists of single-family homes. Our home features a large oceanfront deck with direct views of white sand beaches and the Pacific Ocean.

Note: Check-in is at 4PM and all guests must be out of the home no later than 11AM on the last day of their stay.

The house was very well equipped with everything you could want in the kitchen, great toys and play space for kids, laundry facility, and beach location. The stairs in the house are steep and shallow and the beds were very mushy.

We would recommend this home to everyone!!! This home and property was absolutely amazing!! We loved everything about it. The sandy beach is literally touching the back porch. You can see the ocean from both downstairs and upstairs. It is fully stocked, games to play together, sand toys to use, and the owner has thought of every last detail! We loved the view out any window- whether it’s looking at the bridge on the bay, or the ocean out the back, it was exactly what we were looking for. The home itself is open, clean, and warm feeling- definitely a place you want to gather and stay in. We can’t wait to come back and rebook another stay. Thank you for such an amazing experience!!

Wonderful house very clean and comfortable furniture. Well stocked and host very reaponsive. Things that could be better the listing said 2 rooms with 2 queen beds when we got there one was in the garage torn down. It put an older adult in the kids twin bedroom which was not ideal. This house got so hot and there were no window blinds and we had fans running pulling air from outside. Problem was upstairs you can not open any windows. So fans in every room glad we brought 6 of them.

House was in pretty good shape. Kitchen was well-stocked. Most windows that should have had a hand crank were taken off or didn't work. People sleeping upstairs could not hear the ocean at night because of no open windows.Master bedroom had a 3" foam mattress on top of the mattress. It was hot sleeping because of that. It may have been placed there to cover the stains. This bedroom was the only one with a working window.One of the fans provided blew too hard and loud to be used at night. The other fan was dirty and rusty. Needs to be cleaned or replaced.The two Weber grills were filthy and rusty with parts missing and in disrepair. We wanted to use those, but it would have been dangerous to do so.For the money spent, I expected much better.

This is a wonderful house…clean, comfortable, inviting. The access to the beach was perfect. We have stayed in other beach houses that smelled damp, but this house did not at all. This house will stay on my list of first places to check when we come to the beach.

Close proximity to tons of fun stuff to do, beach access was nice, cleanly property, gorgeous house with great kitchen (I’m jealous). Accommodation for kids was very nice and the beds were weirdly comfortable. Literally had us looking up mattresses while we were going to sleep.

Our family of 6 had a great stay in this home for a couple of days after Christmas. The views of both the ocean and bay were gorgeous. I enjoyed the 3 separate, comfortable sitting areas where everyone could hang out. My son loved the huge bunk room with all of the train building toys. The house had nice touches, like throw blankets in the sitting areas and cute ocean-themed stuffed animals in the bunk room. The home is larger and more attractive than it appears in the photos. The weather was wild during our stay and it was lovely to have such a cozy place to relax in while watching the storms and waves outside.

Property needs refresh. Beds were not the most comfortable. Numerous light bulbs out throughout house. Space was excellent and kids loved the kid room. Appreciate all the toys especially with the rainy weather.

Very Nice Home BUT

The property is very nice BUT the lack of flow of air from the outside was unbearable. The weather outside during the day was 69. So the temp wasn't the problem. It stated that due to heavy winter storms the owner sealed the windows shut. We looked at other local properties and their windows were open. So we couldn't justify why they were sealed shut. My Grandson and wife left early because they couldn't sleep comfortably in the upstairs bedroom. Also there should be a TV in the living room for gatherings. This home has so much potential being right on the beach but they need to fix this problem.

Grandmas 90th birthday

The place was awesome!! Had a short walk to the beach. Had everything you could need for all ages. Worked out perfect for the family gathering. My mom having a rental property on the oregon coast she was vey impressed with the home. The one thing I would've fixed would be the back deck. Could have really caused an accident or tripping hazard. Other than that the house was amazing!!

Amazing Spot to Gather

This was a vacation for brothers, sisters and cousins. The house was amazing and comfortable for all. the rooms were great especially for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. the only reason this did not get a 10 is the pool. It belongs to the club and is only available at a fee for 3 hours during the middle of the day to renters. The kids were very disappointed since we had some cold days. We made it work though and talked about renting it again.
