Recently renovated and extremely clean Vintage 1958 "Old Florida beach cottage." High Speed Wifi. Private fenced in yard. Vaulted ceilings and Terrazzo floors, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath in the hottest most convenient yet quiet neighborhood in Delray. Walk or bike about 1 mile to the beach or Atlantic Ave. You can also walk to Bedner's Whole foods, French Bakery, Publix Grocery Store, drug stores, restaurants & bars, Popstroke and more. Renovated kitchen with dishwasher and stainless appliances, hurricane windows & doors and mini-split A/C Units in each room. Fully furnished and stocked with the needed linens & towels, complete kitchen and bath. There is one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, and a second bedroom with a twin bed and desk, two smart TVs for use with your streaming apps & high speed wireless Internet and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Lovely garden, fenced in patio area and a private place to sit or cook and eat outside, gas grill, 2 off street parking spots.
