Location, size, two bathrooms!

Right in centre town so its perfect to explore the city, connect to the train and experience the city. The rooms are large. The kitchen fully equipped. Bathrooms are large with lots of bot water. The host was helpful and responsive. Id stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights on the front end of a 14 day trip to Southern France. The location was AMAZING,! Literally steps away from a buzzing plaza full of dining, shops, the TAM (local train), and museums. The apartment had everything we needed although the clothes washer was quite tricky to use and took long to cycle. It is way too big for only 2 people, and had everything we needed (frig/freezer, coffee maker, stove, dishes, smart TVs, wifi, etc.). The hostess was amazing and very accommodating as our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until 11pm. Still she greeted us with the keys and a big smile! Our only complaint was the bedding. It gets 2 stars as the mattresses were super thin, and the pillows were more like old lumpy bags of discomfort. Four fluffy Marriott like queen sized pillows (a 100 investment) would have made our lives so much more comfortable and would have forgiven (mostly) the flimsy mattresses. If you are looking for ideal location, have 4 to 6 guests, and don't mind late night noise (there is lots of it here) nor the uncomfortable bedding then this is the perfect place for you. We would stay here again but only if the bedding were updated to be more comfortable.

Séjour en famille

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Stéphane. Il était très accueillant et arrangeant. Nous avons même pu accéder à l'appartement avant l'heure prévue, ce qui était très appréciable. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville. Cependant, nous avons été un peu déçus de constater que l'appartement était annoncé comme pouvant accueillir 7 personnes, mais le canapé-lit du salon pour 2 personnes n'était pas du tout confortable et impossible à utiliser pour dormir. Nous avons alerté Stéphane de la situation et il nous a annoncé que le changement du canapé était prévu. Malgré ce petit inconvénient, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et recommandons son appartement pour sa localisation et la gentillesse de son propriétaire.

Toute la famille a adoré ce séjour. C'était magnifique ! Nous y retournerons.

On était à 6, parents et enfants du 16 au 25 Aout 22. La première fois qu'on visite Montpellier. C'était mieux qu'on espérait ! L'appart est très spacieux, bien situé au cœur de Montpellier (j'ai beaucoup aimé la rue de la loge), bien équipé, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Et surtout toutes les chambres sont climatisées ainsi que des sanitaires en double !. Stéphane, l'hôte est très ouvert et disponible, nous a accueilli amicalement et gentiment. Il était vraiment flexible sur les horaires d'entrée et sortie. En tous cas on était tous ravis, sans le moindre soucis, et on est tous d'accord pour retourner. Lyazid.

In the heart of the city!

A friend and I just spent a month in this lovely spacious two bedroom two bath apartment in Montpellier. The layout is perfect for privacy. The owner couldn’t have been more pleasant. There were a couple things which needed attention during our stay and Stéphane immediately responded to our texts and resolved the issues. Everything is in walking distance - fresh meat, fresh vegetables, fresh bread. Restaurants abound. The train station and trams are a short walk. Located in a lively plaza, the nighttime noise was the only drawback. The apartment has wooden shutters and well insulated windows which greatly helped with the noise. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

Great location!

Apartment located in historic downtown area central to sightseeing, shopping and transit. Modern bathrooms a plus. Helpful host came to meet us at drop off point since taxis cannot enter pedestrian zone. One downside is noise every night: midnight merrymakers, cafés stacking chairs at 2am, 4am garbage collection directly outside window, then hour long street cleaning between 6-7am. Not ideal for light sleepers or those with jet lag.
