Clos Jeanne the countryside in town.

The charming 40m2 studio is located in the former wine cellar of our vineyard house .the shower is also located in the old wine vat (see photos)
 The house is surrounded by a park of 5000 m2 with swimming pool of 10m on 6
Private parking is reserved for you and a small private garden with garden furniture and barbecue
The new bridge that spans the Republic Lez front of the house allows you access to all comoditées foot: shops, restaurants ect
Trams 1, 3and 4 are 200 m from the house before the new City Hall of Montpellier designed by Jean Nouvel.

Sehr schön mit ein paar Abstrichen

Gut ausgestattetes Studio auf sehr schönem Anwesen mit sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeberin. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, Gastronomie, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe, Strand in 10 km Entfernung und gut zu erreichen. Soweit also alles gut! Wissen sollte man allerdings auch, dass sich das Anwesen direkt neben einem Neubaugebiet und einer stark befahrenen Straße befindet und das der vor der Haustür verlaufende Fluss - Lez - Heimat einer Vielzahl von sehr hungrigen Mücken ist! Wer mit diesen Rahmenbedingungen zurecht kommt, dem ist dieses FeWo-Angebot absolut zu empfehlen. Wir hatten, sieht man von den Widrigkeiten einmal ab, eine sehr schöne Zeit dort.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet écrin de verdure incroyable d'autant plus que le soleil était de la partie. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les hôtes. Le logement est fidèle à sa présentation, très agréable pour deux personnes.

Een mooie oase vlakbij de stad

Wij hebben volop genoten van dit mooie, rustige plekje vlakbij de stad. In een wip ben je met de tram of de fiets in het centrum. En na een uitstapje is het zalig genieten aan het zwembad. Bénédicte is een hartelijke gastvrouw en ook haar man onthaalde ons supervriendelijk. Een aanrader! We zouden graag nog eens terugkomen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben zum dritten mal eine wunderschöne angenehme Woche in dem netten angebotenen Apartment verbracht. Es gibt zwei schöne Terrassen eine in der Sonne eine im Schatten. Das ganze liegt in einer tollen Parkanlage! Die Gastgeber sind sehr charmant und freundlich. Das Meer erreicht man über einem Radweg in 10 km . Das Centrum von Montpellier kann man zu Fuß oder einfach mit der Tram erreichen.

Très agréable

Belle location, cadre magnifique, 2 terrasses, intérieur bien agencé, ventilateur. On peut largement y préparer les repas (plaque vitrocéramique, four, micro-ondes, plats...). La piscine est très belle ; l'eau était à 30 voire 31 degrés. Le seul bémol est le manque de climatisation. Nous y étions pendant une semaine de canicule, et on aurait apprécié la clim (28 degrés la nuit). Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants. Je recommande cette location

Une fois de plus j'ai passé des journées calmes et merveilleuses dans le petit paradis de Bénédicte et Bernard, des hôtes très sympathiques, dans leur charmant studio, situé dans leur magnifique parc de 5000 m2 avec une magnifique piscine. Le bien est très bien situé près de la mairie, le tram est à proximité et en quelques minutes vous êtes au centre de Montpellier. Un grand Merci à Bénédicte et Bernard !

Prima appartement/studio

Leuke studio met bijzondere douche, fijne tuin en mooi zwembad waar je gebruik van mag maken. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien met veel privacy. Het bed is het enige wat een beetje oncomfortabel is (en dat de koelkast s’nachts behoorlijk luid kan zijn). Parkeren en veiligheid zijn super, net als de ligging van de locatie. Gehost door een vriendelijke familie. Aanrader!!

Tolle Lage - vor allem mit Fahrrädern (schnell in der Innenstadt, hippes Viertel mit Restaurants nebenan, 10 km zum Meer…) Angenehme, freundliche Gastgeber. Montpellier experience

Quite a unique rustic style property with the feeling of being in the French countryside whilst in the middle of a large city. Well equipped with a lot of thoughtful touches (e.g some very useful mosquito repellent!) . Very nice gardens and pool although it was a little late in the year for us to try it out. Very friendly and helpful host.

Wonderful experience

A bit hard to find due to roadworks. But when you do, it is a wonderful experience. The host and hostess were available on site and did whatever they quit to make sure. I'll stay with pleasurable. The garden and surrounds a lovely the accommodation rate. Could not have had a better stay

Un petit joyau en ville

Le studio est parfait pour 2 personnes. Il est situé tout près du centre de Montpellier. Une fois le portail fermé vous vous trouvez dans un vrai havre de paix, entouré d’arbres et de nombreuses plantations. Et la piscine pour chapeauter le tout ! La belle vie ....

... Covid hat für den Gast glücklicherweise nichts verändert in der 5000 m2-Oase in Montpellier. Die gleichen liebenswürdigen Gastgeber, Bénédicte und Bernard, das gleiche charmante Appartement – eigentlich eher ein Cottage –, Zentrum zu Fuss oder mit dem Tram in kürzester Zeit erreichbar, Restos und Geschäft in nächster Nähe. Un revenir vaut toujours la peine!

Toll gelegen

Kurze Wege zum Centrum und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Trotzdem ruhige Lage und Top ausgestattet. Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Auch die Straßenbahnlinien sind in der Nähe zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Un séjour inoubliable

Ahhhh quel magnifique séjour nous avons passés chez Benedicte et Bernard, l’endroit est splendide, reposant et très bien entretenu. Le gîte est très confortable, décoré avec goût, et très bien équipé avec un beau jardin tout autour, tout ce qu’il faut pour passer beau séjour au calme. La piscine est super, un coin de détente parfait avec toute cette verdure. Le tram se trouve à 5mn à pied pour aller au centre ville en moins de 10mn. Bénédicte et Bernard sont un couple très charmant, accueillant et sympathiques, toujours disponibles et souriant, ce fut une très belle rencontre. Après 14 jours, et nous avons eu un pincement au cœur en partant. Je le recommande vivement et c’est sûr que nous allons revenir un jour. Hasna

Excellent séjour

C’est dans un cadre parfait que nous avons passé cet excellent séjour. L’accueil de Bénédicte et de Bernard est très chaleureux. Très vite, on s’est senti chez nous. La situation de cette demeure vous donne l’impression d’être à la campagne et pourtant située dans la ville. Nous recommandons cette location à ceux qui souhaite s’arrêter à Montpellier quelques jours.
