Casa Natalia is a beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property, with a gorgeous salt water Pool. Offering you a home away from home experience right in the centre of the Riviera Maya, conveniently located in the private, gated community of Puerto Aventuras.
Recently redecorated, this unit has everything you need and more to spend the perfect holiday in the Riviera Maya.
The very comfortable open plan living area turns into the terrace overlooking the tropical garden and pool. The terrace has a patio set for four and a gas bbq, where you can cook up a storm and enjoy endless hours of relation while listening to the sound of the waterfall.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking and baking needs to please even the most demanding cook. Drinking water is provided during your stay. Dinning room seating for six.
This condo is fully furnished and equipped with Samsung Smart TV 28" for each bedroom and a LG TV 43" with Apple TV in the living room. Satellite and internet services available.
Also for the music lovers, we have a BOSE Soundlink Mini Speaker in the living area and a BT228 wireless and rechargeable speaker that you can take with you on your daily excursions if you choose too. For bird and nature lovers we have a folding pocket guide outlining familiar species, Birds of the Yucatan Peninsula, along with a pair of Binoculars.
Case Natalia also has a Safe Box, so you can rest assured that your valuables are in a safe place.
With tropical plants and palms all around, you will feel completely at peace in this home. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach or commercial area, you have it all! The location is extremely quiet and calm, however, close enough to everything you could need, it is the best of both worlds.
You can spend a wonderful time here, or you can enjoy the many activities that the area has to offer. A golf course just walking distance, Family friendly Parks like XCARET, XPLOR, XEL HA, visit Tulum, Akumal, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Cancun, and the many beautiful beaches along the Mayan Riviera. And a long list of Cenotes that are situated around Puerto Aventuras.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this condo. It is very well equipped, the owner has thought of everything you could possibly need on vacation, beds were comfortable & the communication from Jessica was excellent. We would definitely stay at this condo again in the future.

Casa Natalia is very nicely decorated and has a fully equipped galley kitchen with more than enough pots, pans, dishes and utensils, the bedrooms are large and the beds and linens are very comfortable.The living room furniture was covered with cowhide and uncomfortable . We then placed towels over when in use. There is a wonderful breeze that flows from the patio through the entry door and with ceiling fans we rarely needed to use a/c. The patio over looking the pool was our favourite and most used area. The gas grill was great and used for most of our dinners. The salt water pool and palapa area are a little paradise in itself, very warm and relaxing to be around. Although this condo has a no pet rule, note that some other condo have dogs that bark . last on my review my wife and I used the front bedroom for the month and as a light sleepers we experienced a lot of highway traffic noise from the closed bedroom window at night. Jessica and Maria do a great job together and we needed nothing during our stay. Thank you, Ron & Dru

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Natalia. Close to beach and to groceries. Enjoyed seeing the monkey and kudamungees. Tha condo was very well equipped. Very quiet location. The main bathroom didnt really have any ventilation opened the window. The neighbors were very friendly. We loved the fruit basket. Close to Playa Del Carmen and Tulum. Would stay again. Thank you.

Why they chose this property

After travelling to the Mayan Riviera for many yeas, we finally made our decision to buy in Puerto Aventuras. After viewing many condos in the area we decided to buy (Casa Natalia), our little piece of heaven.
It has everything that we were looking for : Gated community, Security 24/7, walking distance to the beach, amenities and restaurants. And the big plus is that it is located in the very heart of the Mayan Riviera; which makes it very close to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, plenty of cenotes and local white sand beaches.
