Spacious, clean and well appointed apartment, perfect for skiing in Alpe d’Huez

Compared to other self catering properties in the resort (which may look more luxurious) this offers a lot: 3 comfortable double beds + sofa bed, spacious living area, well equipped kitchen (proper oven, plentiful crockery, glassware, utensils and even a raclette set) and a bathroom with full size bath and very good shower. Washing machine, plenty of storage and hanging space for ski wear and large dry ski locker also a plus. The location is at the bottom of the resort: 3 min steep walk up to Grand Rousses lift and a 4-5 min walk to the lobster pots. Supermarket, restaurants, ski shops and tourist office all within 5 min walk. Out host Carole was extremely helpful and answered all our questions very quickly. Only other thing to note, cleaning, bed linen and towels are not included. A really enjoyable stay. Thank you

Hôte très disponible. Répond très rapidement aux mails. Appartement très spacieux, très proche d’une remontée mécanique (grand sure). Commerce à proximité immédiate dans le quartier Vieil Alpe. Centre ville de la station, un peu éloigné mais la distance est raisonnable à pied, à défaut, il y a la navette. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes depuis le balcon plein sud. Excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien agencé, bien équipé et bien insonorisé. Proche des commerces, accès en 15/20min à pieds au centre et remonte pente à moins de 5min au dessus de la résidence.

Hard to beat

My wife, friend and I had a perfect stay in this apartment in June-July 2017. The apartment has everything you need except for wifi. The view from the apartment is flat out gorgeous and the location is perfect - close to cafes, restaurant and shops. The balcony is facing south, which is really nice when the weather allows for some sun. Carole was really nice and quick to reply. We will definitely try to book this apartment the next time we race La Marmotte. - We can't recommend this apartment enough! Lauge, Signe and Rune (from Denmark)

Bel appartement rénové très confortable

Bel appartement, grand, complètement équipé, très proche des pistes. Nous avons apprécié les petits trucs pratiques qu'on ne trouve que dans les appartements que les propriétaires occupent également, au contraire des locations agences (une paire de ciseaux par exemple!). Très pratique à tous points de vue, comme le carrelage ou la toilette séparée, la cuisine complètement équipée, les 2 écrans plats... Une petite amélioration possible : la mise-à-disposition du wifi. Propriétaire très sympatique et pas du tout envahissante. Un petit regret : le manque de neige et une météo un peu variable, mais cela aurait pu être pire. Rien à voir avec la location en tout cas. Nous avons également apprécié la station et ses nombreuses boutiques. N'hésitez pas à venir à l'Alpe, et dans cette location, vous ne serez pas déçus :-)

Appartement très confortable ,très bien aménagé et décoré .Nous avons aimé sa situation prés d'une remontée mécanique pour retrouver rapidement le centre de la station . Location très propre et bien entretenue que je recommanderai sans hésitation à mes amis. Cinéma à proximité et restaurant edelweiss très sympa .

"nous avons passé un séjour super sympa à l alpe d huez. nous adorons cette station... cet appartement est d un rapport qualité prix excellent... à deux pas des pistes..des commerces ... restaurants.. la déco est impeccable.. tout est neuf... nous y retournerons l'' année prochaine, si la propriétaire est toujours d''accord pour louer...
