Incredible place!

We had the most amazing time at the house. It is so beautifully decorated, every detail has been thought of and we felt so at home. The pool is amazing and the interiors of the house are stunning. It was the perfect place for us as a group of friends to hang out and eat and drink over a few days. Thank you so much, would definitely return!

A wonderful, beautiful experience!

The bastide was charming, large, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The pool was refreshingly cool and the outdoor cooking area was great for early evening BBQs! My wife, family, friends and I all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would definitely return. Frédérique was highly communicative, responsive and extremely helpful throughout the duration of my stay, I highly recommend the Grande Bastide!

Inspiering and wonderful place to stay

The Grand Bastide is wonderful! A 1624 building, thoughtfully renovated and adapted to everything you need for a pleasant stay. No generic Ikea furniture, and a lots of eclectic artifacts and items. No two rooms are the same, and all of them are inviting. A place to enjoy your stay, and not just a place to spend the night between busy sightseeing days. We took our time spending with a drink at the pool, and outside barbecue dinner. The place is big, and it fulfills its potential 5 persons upwards. Perfect for families and friends. (We were between 7-11 guests , for 9 nights) Frederique , the owner was very communicative, and Pascale, welcomed us and was there for all our requests ( The place leaved no requests open..) Highly recommended while planing to see and stay in the beautiful Luberon area.

TrĂšs belle bastide, extĂ©rieur trĂšs agrĂ©able, ombragĂ© avec une belle vue et trĂšs bien entretenu. L’espace piscine est trĂšs chouette. 6 chambres dont 5 grandes belles chambres toutes avec sdb attenante et wc. Pas de clim mais les piĂšces restent tempĂ©rĂ©es grĂące a l’épaisseur des murs. Il peut faire plus chaud dans les 2 chambres du dernier Ă©tage, des ventilateurs sont Ă  disposition. Le point d’amĂ©lioration serait la cuisine qui est dans son jus et pas toujours fonctionnelle quand on est nombreux. D’une maniĂšre gĂ©nĂ©rale, nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour. Le contact avec FrĂ©dĂ©rique la propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique et efficace. L’emplacement permet un accĂšs assez rapide Ă  de beaux coins de visites! Le village de Lauris Ă  5 mn en voiture propose Ă©galement tous les commerces nĂ©cessaires.

Séjour inoubliable au coeur du Lubéron

Nous avons passĂ© un magnifique long week-end avec ma famille dans cette Bastide superbement refaite et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut, du lit bĂ©bĂ© a la vaisselle, mĂȘme des livres et quelques jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec les produits de premiĂšre nĂ©cessitĂ©, on peut poser ses valises et profiter de la belle vue sur la Durance! Nous Ă©tions avec de jeunes enfants entre 2 et 5 ans, la maison est tout en Ă©tage mais les escaliers sont plutĂŽt larges donc cela ne nous a pas poser de problĂšme. La maison reste fraĂźche en cas de fortes chaleurs c'est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Et la piscine est sĂ©curisĂ©e et adaptĂ©e aux enfants avec une plage peu profonde oĂč ils peuvent Ă©voluer en sĂ©curitĂ© dans l'eau. Il faut absolument une voiture pour dĂ©couvrir les environs, la bastide est au calme absolu, sur les hauteurs de Puget, un bonheur de profiter du jardin pleins d'essences et du chant des oiseaux, on aurait envie d'y rester pour de bon! Accueil trĂšs chaleureux aussi par le concierge. En bref, je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un sĂ©jour en famille ou entre amis !!

Belle propriété familiale

La bastide Ă©tait Ă  la hauteur de nos attentes avec son coin repas ombragĂ© prĂšs de l’espace BBQ, son espace piscine pour les aprĂšs-midi en alerte de chaleur . En une semaine, la Bastide nous a offert tout le charme et l’art de la vie en Provence. L’architecture de la Bastide et ses espaces nous a offert la quiĂ©tude du havre familial . Sa localisation nous a offert une proximitĂ© gustative avec la Bastide du Laval pour l’huile d’olive, le chĂąteau de la Verrerie pour une dĂ©couverte de vin de culture bio dynamique, et le marchĂ© de Lourmarin pour les saveurs locales. Elle est Ă©galement proche du musĂ©e de la lavande pour la Provence olfactive sans compter les nombreuses ballade en garrigues pour y sentir le thym et le romarin. Je la conseille vivement pour qui veut goĂ»ter Ă  l’intimitĂ© et le cƓur de la Provence. 30 ans plus tard, venants de CompiĂšgne, de Paris, d’Aix en Provence, de la Nouvelle ZĂ©lande et du Canada, nous y avons remĂ©morĂ© des souvenirs d’enfance. Merci milles fois Ă  FrĂ©dĂ©rique pour ses communications, Pascale pour son accueil sur place et le jardinier pour sa disponibilitĂ© . Famille Gay

La communication a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs simple avec le propriĂ©taire. Le gros avantage de la maison est qu’elle reste fraĂźche mĂȘme quand les tempĂ©ratures extĂ©rieures sont Ă©levĂ©es (23 dans la maison quand il fait 37 dehors) ce qui est un vrai + surtout quand on a des petits. Magnifique sĂ©jour passĂ© Ă  la Grande Bastide! Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, impeccable (propretĂ©) et oĂč rien ne manque. Elle a l’avantage de ne pas faire « maison de location », ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Communication parfaite avec la propriĂ©taire, trĂšs arrangeante et flexible concernant les heures d’arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part, ainsi qu’avec la personne qui s’occupe de la maison. La rĂ©gion regorge de trĂ©sors... Une semaine passe trop vite dans ce cadre idyllique! 2 Ă©lĂ©ments d’information: - le tĂ©lĂ©travail n’est pas faisable avec la connexion wifi actuelle ou cĂąble ethernet; - s’il y a des enfants qui ne savent pas nager, il y a une vigilance Ă  avoir pour garder la grande porte fermĂ©e Ă  clĂ© s’il n’y a pas d’adulte autour de la piscine (la piscine se trouve dans un lieu de passage prĂšs de l’entrĂ©e de la maison)
